- Angela (5/5): has potential but needs higher standards - staff was helpful & friendly. shower water was okay. bed linens, pillows were smelly and didn’t look clean. Room also has a weird smell when you walk in. I don’t think I can come back because of these reasons.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - 最悪です。これ以上悪いものはないでしょう。 私の運転手を宿泊させるため予約しましたが、当日チェックイン時「ブッキングされていないため、宿泊できない」と言われる。 しかたなく運転手に付き添い交渉するも、ブッキングされていないとの一点張り。 宿泊番号、予約画面を見せると、態度もかえることなく、 わかったと部屋の鍵を渡される（チェックイン手続きなし）。 部屋を確認すると、ベットメイキング、掃除などされておらず、宿泊できるような部屋ではなく、そのまま車中泊を余儀なくされた。 どうしようもないホテルを予約したほうが悪いですが、このような先を掲載していることがあっていいのでしょうか。詐欺まがいですね。 この体験談を見られた方は、どのようなことがあるにせと予約などしないほうが良いです。
