• Anna (8/5): Fabulous location and lovely welcoming hotel. - Location, staff, interiors, nothing was too much trouble Balcony was barely in the sunshine so we didn’t get to use it at all sadly and no view as expected we’d be on a higher floor, but it didn’t really matter. Lack of basic toiletries - ear buds, shower cap etc would have been nice.
• Björn (9/5): Tolles, sauberes Hotel, mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. - Sehr ausgiebiges und leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Kathedrale oder an der Shopping Meile. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Schön war auch der Pool auf dem Dach, mit vielen Sonnenliegen. Poolhandtücher gab es vor Ort, sogar für den Strand wurde eine Tasche mit Liegetüchern zur Verfügung gestellt. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Die Matratze war mir persönlich etwas zu weich.

Kamer ruim en voorzien van alle comfort. Extra's als welkomsdrink, gratis minibar en koffiezet op de kamer, extra deken, keuze in hoofdkussen enz.

• Lauren (9/5): Highly recommend for quiet no-faff stay for people on the move. - Location was great and was a lovely modern hotel with a quiet rooftop pool. Can imagine it gets too crowded at times but was ok for time of year we went (April/May). To be picky - The hotel next door has hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at Quadrat which is convenient but wish this hotel did more bites to eat even small plates would be good or fresher not mass produced pastry. Overall was perfect stay.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und es gibt eine nette, kleine Bar, wo man vor oder nach dem Abendessen einen Drink nehmen kann.

• MICHAEL (10/5): Excellent stay, special hotel in an amazing location - Staff were extremely friendly, the gentleman who greeted me was very welcoming, recommended places the best places to go and even let me borrow a charging adaptor. I didn't catch his name but he was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, with excellent facilities including rooftop pool and free mini bar. My room had a view of 2 cathedrals which was a bonus.

Breakfast was lovely and good value for money considering city prices. Cleaners were great, nice attention to detail. Beautiful building We were in the accessible room so can't comment on other rooms but we felt the lack of surfaces to put things on. A larger table in the bathroom would have been good and bigger bedside tables also. My husband has some mobility restrictions and although there is a lift to all the floors. the roof top pool is only accessible via stairs. This wasn't clear enough when booking i don't think. Bed was two singles pushed together and they were slightly different heights.

From the huge welcome we received from Mario at the front desk, to our beautiful, comfortable room, to the astonishing rooftop views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great as well. Very walkable. We will be back! We loved every single thing.
• Ann (8/5): A really lovely stay at Hotel Basilica - Lovely breakfast, great location, fabulous & helpful staff, excellent check-in experience and our room had a pretty balcony. The beds & pillows were very comfortable (great to have a choice of pillow type) and our room (back of the hotel, not the street front) was really quiet. The rooftop area & pool were very tiny which is not what I expected at all. I knew the hotel didn't have a gym when I booked, but I still found I missed not having a gym handy. Having said that, the hotel is in such a great location that it's easy to walk everywhere around Palma as alternate exercise.

On arrival we were offered a glass of cava and sat in the outdoor terrace to enjoy it. Our garden room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious! We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

• Deirdre (10/5): Great location, lovely rooms and wonderful staff - The hotel was very clean, well maintained and the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were all very attentive and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location to reach all attractions. The suite was on two levels with the bed upstairs and the bathroom was on the lower level so it would not be suitable for elderly travellers if they had to use the staircase during the night to use the bathroom.

Das Frühstück war lecker und alles von ausgesuchter Qualität. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war das Zimmer im 4. Stock, welches etwas dunkel war. Durch die Dachschräge gab es nur ein bodentiefes Fenster etwa 70 cm hoch..

You can tell the effort and care the staff and management put in to make a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend! Room size is on the smaller side, bed is a bit firm, but still a great deal/value.
