• de Visser (9/5): - De locatie is prachtig, de ene kant ligt middenin de natuur en de andere kant ligt aan een gezellig dorpspleintje. De kamers zijn mooi en ruim en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ik verbleef tegelijkertijd met een aantal bruiloftsgasten in het hotel waardoor er ‘s avonds wel wat geluidsoverlast was.

In generale mi è piaciuto tutto, nella nostra stanza mancava la televisione e forse per le mie abitudini il materasso era troppo morbido.

• Steven (10/5): Great location and comfortable digs in a postcard town - Panzano is a sweet little town on a ridgetop, and this hotel is right in the middle of it all. If you have a car, there's good, free municipal parking a few hundred steps away. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the valley on the north side of the town. The hotel has lots of common space where you can sit and read and chat. We were there in March when it was still chilly out, but in warmer weather the inviting outdoor spaces look like they'd be terrific. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and the staff was helpful. There's no elevator and our room was up two flights of stairs, so if you're elderly and have problems carrying your bags you might ask about being on a lower floor.

• CARMEL (9/5): Fabulous place with fantastic people - stay there if you're in Panzano. - The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We needed to leave before 8 am, and they start serving breakfast at that time. We asked if they could serve us at 7 am and the kitchen staff accepted to come in early just for us! The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. WiFi connection was good. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were given an very good continental breakfast. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the centre. Panzano is adorable! The scenery is breathtaking. There is no TV in the room but that's not much of a bother.

Excellent service all round, would love to come back in the summer when the pool is open as it looked beautiful. Complimentary welcome wine from the dispenser what more could you want. I loved it all

Staff accogliente e disponibile, stanza pulita e spaziosa (con un terrazzino molto carino), posizione centrale a Panzano con parcheggio vicino ma comoda anche per raggiungere città come Firenze o Siena (entrambe a meno di un’ora). Bar fornito, colazione spaziale! Offre diversi servizi interessanti, purtroppo vista la stagione non abbiamo potuto usufruire di piscina o palestra all’esterno ma è solo un problema del periodo che abbiamo scelto. A due passi dall’Antica Macelleria Cecchini, dove noi siamo stati a cena, e se venite per quello consiglio di alloggiare qui perché veramente si tratta di attraversare la strada. Non siamo riusciti a trovare punti negativi

• Lyudmila (10/5): - We stopped there overnight because we had dinner reservation at Dario Cecchini in December. It was low season, almost empty but the staff was super helpful and nice. Room is big, warm, you can open the windows, comfortable king size bed. Grounds have beautiful Tuscany views. There were 2 steps to get to the bathroom in our room, if you have to go there at night, just have to mindful.

Nos deram cartão cortesia para utilizar nos produtos e vinhos do hotel, serviram um café individualizado com produtos de alta qualidade e super delicioso, as instalações de quarto e banheiro são excelentes. Nada a reclamar, tudo perfeito! ❤️ Como já havia visto em outro comentário, para quem quer ir ao restaurante do Dário Chechini ali com certeza é a melhor opção, fica do outro lado da praça e há pouquíssimos passos da Micelaria! Se estiver em Florença e precisar vir de ônibus ele também para exatamente na porta do hotel e chega pontualmente! Zero problemas! Gostei de tudo!

• EUNHEE (10/5): 다시 찾고 싶은 완벽한 숙소 - 숙소가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 덕분에 판자노에서 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 직원들이 친절했고, 조식 서비스도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을 옮길 때는 조금 불편했지만, 건물 관리가 잘 되어 있고 객실도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 전반적인 시스템과 운영 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 야외 수영장도 있어 여유롭게 휴식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 위치 또한 매우 좋았습니다. 숙소 앞에서 도보 2분 거리에 무료 주차장이 있어 앞쪽 자리가 가득 차도 걱정이 없었고, 조금만 걸으면 아름다운 뷰포인트도 있습니다. 평화로운 판자노 마을에서 진정한 힐링의 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶을 만큼 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

Front desk staff also tried to help with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The shower floor was hard to balance on due to slopping floor where you entered. Also would appreciate being able to make a quick tea or coffee in room rather than going to common area.

L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la colazione: la fascia oraria 8:00–10:00 non è del tutto adatta per chi lavora o ha attività già a partire dalle 8:00. Inoltre, la formula proposta – un vassoio uguale per tutti, con l’unica personalizzazione rappresentata dalla scelta del caffè – risulta piuttosto limitata rispetto allo standard offerto da altre strutture e alle aspettative dei clienti. Suggerisco di chiarire questa modalità già in fase di prenotazione.

• Féline (10/5): Heerlijk hotel omringd door Toscaanse vlaktes middenin levendig dorpje. - Prachtige oase in het Toscaanse platteland tss Firenze en Siena, baken van rust maar perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Zalig boutique hotel met heerlijk ontbijt op het overdekt terras buiten, geserveerd op een plateautje met verse eitjes naar wens. Levendig dorpje Panzano, o.a. bekend voor tv-kok/slager, biedt enkele super restaurants en wijnbar, reservatie aangeraden! Zondagsmarkt op het aanpalende pleintje. Geniet van de verzichten en heerlijke wijnhuizen in de buurt. Wij komen graag terug! Gewoon top! Geen rechtstreekse parking aan het hotel, 200m stappen naar openbare en niet overdekte parking. Gratis! Altijd plaats gevonden. Kortparkeren aan hotel mogelijk voor laden en lossen.

• Keli (9/5): A gem of a hotel in the Chianti region - This is a gem and a half of a hotel, so much so we didn't really leave it for 3 days! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great touch of having an honesty bar and wine machine! The decor is just the right side of contemporary to fit in with the surroundings. And the views are like oil paintings! There are a wide variety of restaurants just outside, recommend to book though, or within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and room regularly cleaned. Breakfast was just right, served on individual trays outside and very lovely staff. The pool is perfect! Right amount of sunbeds and seating and the right temperature and perfect size. Views are to die for! Our room could've done with a bit more natural light but for the little time we were in there it was fine. Could do with a few more pillows in the rooms but you can ask for these.
