• Madalina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was exceptional. It was my daughters 5th Birthday. The reception manager kindly gifted us the biggest room in the hotel. They also have her flowers balloons and toys for the children. Very lovely staff and food. Had evening entertainment which was wonderful. They also have a lovely gaming section with over 10 ps5 . Soft play was lovely. Food was nice and fresh 10/10. Thanks for everything will definitely come back

• Milena (1/5): Не бихме повторили следващ път. - Хареса ми красивата гледка от високия етаж към морето. Не ми хареса поведението на гостите в ресторанта и по асансьорите. Разлятите напитки по пода в ресторанта и храната по пода. Пререждане по асансьорите, пререждане при вземане на храната, никакво изчакване и липса на възпитание от страна на чужденците. Хигиената по почистване на стаята бих оценила като добро, персоналът усмихнат и отзивчив. Не ни харесаха и много меките матраци на леглата.

• Viorica (7/5): O experiență dezamăgitoare - Mâncarea a fost foarte bună, lucru care a fost un punct pozitiv în sejurul nostru. Am fost dezamăgită de condițiile de cazare. Camera era cam mizerabilă, cu lipsă de curățenie vizibilă și deloc îngrijită, lucru pe care nu îl aștepți de la un hotel de acest nivel. În plus, deși am ales locația pentru a avea parte de relaxare cu vedere la mare, camera primită nu oferea absolut deloc această perspectivă.

• irimin (9/5): Foarte frumos! - A fost un sejur, super, copiilor lea plăcut foarte mult, au putut sa se descurce singuri, sala de jocuri, piscina cu topogane, parc ptr copii, înghețată, pizza, suc si mia plăcut k daca plăteai puteai sa bei o cafea facuta la aparat expreso,si multe multe alte facilități. Personalul era foarte serioasa, nu prea ii vedea zâmbind.

• Samuel (5/5): 5 jours en famille en août - Nourriture correcte, pas mal de choix surtout pour les produits et plats locaux (ce qui est très sympa). Chambre propre et nettoyage quotidien. Beaucoup trop de monde par rapport a la capacité de l'hôtel !! Autour de la piscine les transat sont collés les uns aux autres, sans quasiment pas de place pour passer. Au restaurant énormément de monde, attente ++ aux buffets et bon courage pour trouver une table (et surtout nettoyée!). Les boissons sont à base de mauvais alcool et les sodas sont une sorte de concentré de produits chimiques (fluo :)). Les équipements de la piscine sont assez vieillots. Le personnel n'est pas tres agréable et accueillant! (exception faisant la dame chargée du menage au 5e étage, tres souriante et sympa)

• Marina (9/5): Чудове співвідношення вартості і якості - в цьому готелі відпочивали вдруге. Все подобається, їжа дуже смачна, всі умови збережені. Повернулись би щє. За виключенням моментів, описаних нижче Не сподобалось те, що ми бронювали номери в готелі Prestige Deluxe Hotel Aquapark Club, а по ітогу нас переселили в Prestige Aquapark. Причина: готель мав закриватись через 2 дні після нашого приїзду. Чи повідомили це нам- ні. Ні Booking, через який бронювала номер я, ні готель туристичного оператора, через якого бронювала тур моя подруга. По ітогу: ми замовили таксі саме в цей готель, а валізи мали нести в інших готель (по сходам, важкі валізи, мами з втомленними дітьми, посеред ночі). Після наполегливих натяків, що нам в цьому мають допомогти- нам звісно допомогли. Нормальної відповіді на питання чому ніхто не попередив- не отримали (думаю і не планували). Ми хотіли саме в цей готель, бо там зручна зона барбекю/ піци+ морозиво з 10 до 17. ), - батьки зрозуміють що це немаловажно, оскільки в готелі Аквапарк це можна отримати тільки в обід в самому ресторані, а не в проміжках між зазначеними періодами сніданок/ обід/ вечеря. В цьому готелі більшість номерів без нормальних сейфів. (нормальний в моєму розумінні- це кодовий замок, а по ітогу отримуємо сейф на ключі, який на руки не видають, можна відкривати і закривати, викликаючи людину з рецепції.). Зручність даного процесу- максимально незручна. Прибирання - не стабільне. Іноді гарно, іноді рушники забрали і нові не надали. Хотично, залежить від зміни. В дні прибирання спокійно можуть проігнорувати пісок на підлозі, а потрібно знов шукати і просити щоб пропилососили.

Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив, винаги готов да помогне.Децата много се забавляваха с аниматорите. Чистотата на хотела също беше на високо ниво, което направи престоя ни още по-комфортен.Вътрешния басейн беше с перфектно топла вода. Определено бих препоръчала този хотел и с удоволствие ще се върна отново!

• Paula (10/5): Wyjątkowo dobry hotel - Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Różnorodne sałatki i mięsa. Wszystko dobrze doprawione. Co wieczór niesodzianka przy kolacji:koktajle, fontanny czekoladowe dla dzieci, wieczór bułgarski.Specjalny bufet dla dzieci. To jeden z nielicznych hotelu, który dostał ode mnie tak dobra opinie. Plac zabaw dla dzieci i bawialnia. Muzyka była trochę za głośno. Woda w basenach zewnętrznych we wrześniu bardzo zimna, szkoda że nie podgrzewana, bo zjeżdżalnie fajne.

• Lazar (5/5): Se poate mai bine. - Mâncarea foarte bună, personal amabil, liniștite pe timp de noapte, loc de joacă pentru copii și activități pentru ei. Baia foarte murdară, miros de mucegai și aer închis, nu aveam prosoape în cameră, a trebuit să cerem și după o zi jumătate ne-a adus și asta fiindcă am insistat, curățenie nu vine să îți facă decât dacă pui un semn, oamenii vin în costum de baie la masă, iar semnul spune ca e interzis și nimeni nu ia măsuri, iar asta nu este profesional, piscină interioara super aglomerată și unii oamenii fac săruturi în apă când semnul spune ca e interzis.

• Eva (10/5): Incredibly good value - Great value. We tried 4 hotels in golden sands and sunny beach. This was the cheapest and had the best food and service! It is obviously not “ultra luxury” so don’t expect that. The drinks could have been better quality but the beer and gin are fine
