- Hilke (7/5): Gut geeignet für eine Nacht aber Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen! - Für eine Nacht sehr praktisch, da sehr gut gelegen. Sehr hellhörig. Das kleine Zimmer lag zum engen Hinterhof, weshalb wenig Tageslicht im Zimmer ankommt. Da es gegenüber dem Eingang der Pension liegt, hört man jede Bewegung. Insbesondere, wenn andere Gäste spät in der Nacht in ihr Zimmer gehen und keine Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste nehmen. Für eine Person und eine Nacht auf der Durchreise akzeptabel.

Handy cafes for coffee and breakfast and good restaurants within walking distance. Pintxos in old town a must experience. The room was bright and airy , plenty of room for clothes, comfortable bed. The owners(?) were very friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about or to improve on .

You're a walk from old town, you're in great spot for shops, ton of cool cafes and of course tapas bars around. excellent for budget. It was very noisy and they only had sheer curtains for the window, so it was hard to sleep at night as there was a ton of light coming in!

Me incomodó bastante el ruido por la noche cuando la gente llegaba de madrugada y el piso de arriba que arrastraban todo ,yo fuí unos días para descansar ,pero por la noche no dormí mucho. - Tammy (7/5): Great location in San Sebastián. Does have some issues. - Wonderful location, comfortable bed and the staff was great and informative. The rooms are not soundproof so you could hear other people talking and walking around so if you're a light sleeper you may find that annoying. There are stairs so if you have mobility issues that could be a problem as the elevator stops between floors leaving you to have to go up a set of stairs before getting to the elevator and after getting off. The facilities could use some upgrading for sure.

Al entrar olía a humedad y se notaba moho en algunas esquinas, parece que no se había ventilado en mucho tiempo. Las paredes estaban sucias y no se habían pintado en mucho tiempo. Los muebles eran antiguos y no tenía donde deja la maleta. La cama estaba hundida y la almohada parecía una piedra. Para colmo era una cama de matrimonio con dos sábanas de 90 superpuestas, por lo que al moverte se abrían. Las paredes parecían de pladur, se escuchaba hasta cuando estornudaba el vecino. There is a ln indoor market opposite the hotel and bars etc nearby. The old town is about 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again

- Eszter (10/5): Great location at reasonable price - Great location, only 5 min walk from Concha Beach, apartment is clean and spacious. I have booked one with a balcony as I was staying with a dog. We got plenty info about the area at check-in. We will return.

The communication with the host was easy and they gave us clear instructions on everything, especially on parking which is needed as parking in the center is nearly impossible. We used the free parking next to the stadium and took the bus for a short ride to the city as the host suggested. Room had everything needed. The host was a bit overwhelming with their messages and really insisted on our time of arrival, although we mentioned that we will be on time for the regular check in time.
