• Nassima (10/5): Un séjour parfait pour un week-end en famille ! - Tout était tip top ! Le logement était propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. L’hôte était très accueillant et sympathique, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Grande surprise pour les enfants : une piscine intérieure est également prévue, ce qui a rendu leur séjour encore plus amusant, même par mauvais temps. Une connexion Internet est disponible, ce qui est très pratique. L’emplacement est idéal pour un week-end au calme, en pleine nature, tout en étant facilement accessible. Il y a de nombreux espaces pour se détendre, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Je recommande vivement « Aux Trois Voisins » pour les familles, les groupes d’amis ou même pour un séminaire. Un endroit à découvrir et à recommander sans hésiter !
• Shirsha (1/5): Avoid at all costs - This was hands down one of the worst travel experiences of our lives. Our check-in time was 8 PM. Due to a severe Friday evening traffic jam, we were delayed by just one hour and informed the owner at 7:15 PM that we would arrive around 9 PM. At 7:30 PM, the owner coldly replied that he would not accommodate us at all and that we should “find other accommodation.” This was for a group of 16 people, including children. After that message, he completely stopped responding. No calls answered. No messages returned. When we physically arrived at the property, no one was there. We tried everything. We asked neighbors for help. We even called the police, who also tried to contact him and failed to reach him. We stood outside in the cold with children until nearly 11 PM, stranded and shocked. Finding last-minute accommodation for such a large group at that hour was nearly impossible. We had to desperately call multiple places before finally securing something else. Nowhere on the listing did it clearly state that late check-in after 8 PM would result in total cancellation or be treated as a no-show—especially not for a delay caused by an emergency traffic situation. Despite everything, the owner has still not returned our money. Even more alarming: both the neighbors and the police did not have a positive opinion of this owner, which says a lot. This was not just poor service — it was completely irresponsible, inhumane, and unsafe. Do NOT stay here. Avoid at all costs.

• Etienne (10/5): - Le gîte est très spacieux, chaque chambre est équipée de son wc et de sa salle de bain, la literie est de qualité. Etienne, notre hôte, a toujours été disponible à la moindre sollicitation. Il est dommage que la température, très basse pour un mois de septembre, n'ait pas permis l'utilisation de la piscine, la pompe a chaleur n'ayant pas chauffé suffisamment l'eau.

• Anne (9/5): Sehr entspannter Ort mit einem netten Gastgeber. - Das Häuschen liegt in einem kleinen, sehr ruhigen Ort und hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Terrasse. Wir haben uns den Holztisch immer an den perfekten Ort gestellt und im Schatten der Bäume oder am Haus gefrühstückt und Abend gegessen. Drum herum war immer noch genug Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Étienne, unser Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Morgens gab es frisch aufgebackene Croissants. Nachmittags haben wir das Schwimmbad genossen. Das Haus wurde sehr schön saniert und die Zimmer sind hell, komfortabel und sauber. Die Küche könnte mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

• Jwm (6/5): Peaceful, but with problems. - Nice cottage on the outside, spacious on the inside, quiet surrounding area. The cottage is very nice and comfortably furnished for a maximum of 4-5 adults. There is a large picnic table in front, and just behind it, a space for 14 people, which can get loud and restless. The large garden is not enclosed from the street side. There’s a large plum tree by the garden door. The fruits were not picked, so due to the countless flies and other insects, it was impossible to use the table set up there or even keep the doors open. The cottage was fairly clean, except for a dirty and old sofa. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet in the cottage. We preferred not to use the bathroom on the half-floor because of the steep stairs leading to it without a railing. The plumbing is old and not functioning well. The pipes often get clogged, causing unpleasant blockages and leaks from the system near the boiler in the toilet, even flooding the entire bedroom. This happened to us on the last evening, and we had to take our soaked bags with clothes on a long journey. The owner was informed about the incident but just shrugged it off. The deposit was returned to us, but rather late, and a forgotten small plastic rosary with significant sentimental value was not sent back despite numerous requests. The area is beautiful and quiet, but not suitable for walks—you need to drive everywhere.

The buildings are old and worn, but it’s clear that every renovation has been done with love. There’s an honesty to the place; it doesn’t try to be more than it is. Host Etienne Cambier understands the value of a good meal and conversation. He’s the perfect host, but you must invest in the relationship to fully appreciate it. He’s always there with a smile, genuinely interested in your experience. The food is simple country fare, but every bite tells a story. It’s cooked with care, using local ingredients, and the flavors reflect that. It’s hearty and honest—a direct reflection of the place and its people. The dishes may be straightforward, but they still manage to surprise, each one feeling like a warm embrace after a day spent outdoors. The beer selection is carefully curated, chosen to perfectly complement both the food and the relaxed atmosphere of the place. Nothing is left to chance, though everything feels natural and effortless. Les Trois Voisins doesn’t aim to impress in the traditional sense. It welcomes you as you are, offering warmth, honesty, and time to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. It may not be luxury in the conventional sense, but in its own way, it’s something far more valuable. It’s genuine.

• Johan (10/5): - B&B Les 3 Voisins is a cosy, atmospheric little place, run by the friendliest of people, in a beautiful part of the Ardennes. Perhaps not the most luxurious or modern place, but that makes it all the more attractive. The food, cooked by the host himself, was superb.

Patrons très a l'écoute de ses clients nous y retournerons
• Jean Antoine (2/5): Impossible pour un séjour de détente - Aucun rapport avec la présentation de Hôtel. Com . Outre un crochet au mur avec und seule boule rien pour suspendre ni ranger les vêtements. Chambre sans aucun confort que l’on vite envie de quitter. Les conditions prévoyaient la moitié du règlement lors de la réservation et le solde sur place , tout était déjà encaissé. Je n’ai eu qu’une seule envie : partir sur le champ. J’ai demandé l’établissement d’un facture au fin d’avoir des recours . Ace jour je n’ai rien reçu aucune réponse malgré la promesse d’envoi. J’ai dû trouver autre chose dans le département des Ardennes. Étonnant que cet établissement figure chez HÔTEL.COM!!!

A lovely relaxed village and Etienne made us feel very welcome with his warm hospitality and excellent cuisine - highly recommend! Beautiful garden and if you value tranquillity, a genuine sense of ' bon vivant' then book yourselves dinner and a room, and take a walk around Bourseigne - Vielle. No fancy frills just genuine warmth and a sense of fun and a life well lived.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Super verzorgde en gezellige B&B - Gezellig verblijf met vriendelijk personeel en vriendelijke eigenaar. Goed verzorgd ontbijt en zelfs mogelijkheden om er in de avond goed en lekker te eten. Heerlijk rustige omgeving met prachtige natuur.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Een gezellige en ontspannen B&B - De eigenaar en zijn personeel stelt zich heel flexibel en open op. Bij onze laattijdige aankomst (door file) werden we met open armen ontvangen en kregen we alsnog onze warme maaltijd aangeboden.(huisgemaakt en lekker) We hadden zeker niet het gevoel dat het hen teveel gevraagd was! Er is daar een ontspannen sfeer tussen het personeel/eigenaar en de klanten, een thuisgevoel. Voor mensen met honden is het daar de ideale plek. De hond mag mee op de kamer, in het eetgedeelte en in de ontspanningsruimte. Er is een afgesloten wei achteraan voorzien waar de honden vrij mogen rondlopen.De B&B is gelegen op wandelafstand van de vele bossen en de vele wandelroutes.
• EllenRoan (8/5): Heel gastvrij B en B. - B en B in een ongeveer 100 jaar oud huis. Prima bedden. Lekker eten (met veel producten uit de eigen tuin) die met zorg bereid worden door de eigenaar. Enige minpunt is de rioolgeur in de badkamer/ WC. Toch een aanrader, wanwege de enorme gastvrijheid van de uitbaters!
• Kirsten (10/5): Nice food. Friendly host. - It turned to be a very nice stay for one night. We enjoyed be hospitality. Got a very nice meal with homemade smoked pork. Our host is having quite some meals to offer and nice selection of beers and wine. The house and rooms are cozy and makes you feel like home. Despite the rural situation, we would have loved to stay longer.
• Robin (8/5): Leuke B&B midden in de bossen - Heel gastvrij ontvangen! Stond gelijk voor ons klaar. Prachtige omgeving midden in de bossen. Mooi huis met ruime kamers en een grote tuin. Aanrader als je van natuur en historie houdt! 5 minuten van de b&b zit een prachtige beverdam.
