- Christina (10/5): Underbart hotell med mycket trevlig personal! - Först och främst den gudomliga utsikten! Att sitta på balkongen och njuta av vyn över borgen var otroligt fint! Rummet var välstädat och sängen skön. Swimmingpoolen och solstolarna. Tyvärr var vädret inte så bra så vi badade bara en gång. Väldigt hjälpsam personal som hjälpte oss med olika saker. Tack till Edi och Roland. Restaurangen som serrverade god frukost och som också erbjöd vacker utsikt. Märkligt att ena delen av duschen var öppen så att vattnet rann ut på golvet, märklig konstruktion, helt enkelt… En stackars papegoja satt ensam i en bur utomhus. Dess partner var hos veterinären. Men det var kallt ute. Papegojor skall åtminstone ha +22 C värme inomhus eller varmare. Den darrade och satt så ensam. Vi påtalade det och dagen efter hade man ställt in buren. Det var bra! När det är varmare kan den gärna sitta utomhus men gärna på en plats där den kan få lite besök! Det

- OSCAR J. (10/5): HOTEL LIMPIO Y EN MUY BUEN SITIO - El hotel es muy bueno, con muchísimo encanto, con muy buenas vistas desde la terraza, arriba. Un desayuno buffet muy completo. La recepción muy amable y el del parking también. La habitación triple en la que nos alojamos muy grande, de las mejores que he estado nunca. El baño perfecto. Y la climatización también muy bien. Además, a pesar de lo que se menciona en Albania, permitían pagar con tarjeta sin ningún problema. Es difícil que vuelva a Berat porque hay mucho mundo que descubrir, pero si volviera, no dudarían ni por un instante en alojarme en éste establecimiento. Nada, todo correcto.

- Des (10/5): Delivers on every level. - It is effectively a one stop venue for Krujë, excellent accommodation, food and services all delivered by staff who genuinely want you to enjoy the experience. Panorama by name and delivers on excellent views of the town, Kruje castle and the surrounding area. Close to the tourist village which is good value and a polite haggle. My recommendation is to do bundles and try to get a better price. Shop around and view everything before deciding. I can’t really think of a thing.

Everything fresh and homemade! Would stay again just for breakfast, with made to order specialty coffees, which is not common at many places. Location is best in Kruje. Strong chemical smel in room, perhaps from cleaning products. Need blackout curtains or a way to turn off balcony lights.

- 797SusanB (10/5): Magical location and delightful hotel - Delightful hotel - my large room had a balcony which overlooked the town - but a bit too close to the Mosque as the call to morning prayers were incredibly loud. Outdoor pool on the top floor which I had all to myself - bliss! Breakfast was extensive with good choice for vegetarians and the staff made fresh toast. Shout out to the gentleman on the Main desk for providing a kettle - just wish we were staying more than one night!!!

- Evictor (6/5): 3 out of 5 - You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye you use to review a Western hotel. While nice, this property had some problems. It is modern but sparce, it had a very nice bathroom. There was a safe in the room and a mini-refrig. There was no coffee maker, it had very weak WIFI and weak AC master controlled from the front desk. The shower was slow to drain, the vanity sink drain was broken, there was debris on the floor in the entry foyer. It had a great balcony. We had dinner here and the food was quite good.
- Danielle (8/5): Prima voor een nacht en directe toegang tot de "highlights" van Krujë. Vereiste: goed ter been zijn! - De ligging van het hotel. Direct aan de "bazaar" (waar overigens alleen maar kitsch wordt verkocht en alle winkeltjes hetzelfde assortiment leveren) en op loopafstand van het kasteel. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is fenomenaal. Ook fijn dat er een balkon is. De medewerkers zijn stuk voor stuk erg klantvriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook de parkeergarage was erg fijn, want je kunt daar echt nergens fatsoenlijk je auto kwijt. Jammer is dat nergens duidelijk beschreven stond dat je, om de bazaar en kasteel te bereiken, een behoorlijk steile trap af (en weer op) moest. Hierdoor kon mijn moeder daar dus niet naartoe. Bovendien is de bestrating in de bazaar ook ontoegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De hotelkamers zijn qua inrichting wat gedateerd en het licht is er erg ongezellig.

- RACHEL (9/5): טוב מאוד - החדר מרווח ונעים עם מרפסת צופה למצודה ולהרים.יש חניה מסודרת של המלון מעבר לכביש, המדרחוב של הבאזר ממש מתחיל מתחת למלון. האינטרנט טוב. המלון היה טוב, אבל המסעדה איכזבה, הזמנו שיפודי עוף והובטח שיהיה רך, אבל הבשר היה קשה ויבש, כשאמרנו זאת למלצר, הוא אפילו לא התנצל ואמר שתמיד זה ככה. בארוחת הבקר שמתי בצד חצי פרוסה שלא סיימתי, מייד קפץ המלצר מקצה המסעדה לבקש שלא אוציא, וזה ממש מבייש ולא נעים,הם צריכים להיות יותר אדיבים לתיירים.
