Very small rooms cluttered with furniture some of which could not be used because of other furniture stopping the drawers being opened. One breakfast was far from good and we had to ask for HOT tea and coffee. We waited nearly 15 mins for coast one slice of which was only done on one side.

The food quality albeit being published grub style was well cooked and inexpensive. The breakfast has to be the one of the best ever, great variety and superbly cooked. The staff were excellent, and the food was lovely and good value for money. The cooked breakfast in the morning was superb!! Our only negative would be the mattress on the bed but overall it was a very pleasant experience. 9/10
