• barbara (8/5): Apartamento agradable - bien ubicado, casa agradable, cómoda , limpia llegamos al apartamento 1h antes para dejar las maletas y nos dijeron que había que dejarlas a 15 min de allí. El apartamento estaba listo y no nos dejaron entrar. Podría haber comentado antes que no estaba en el mismo alojamiento. Me hubiera gustado alguna ruta de recomendación pero solo era para decir hora de llegada y salida. El servicio de mantenimiento profesional vino a cambiar una cafetera por otra. la presión de la ducha de matrimonio no salía bien y poco caliente.
• Harm (8/5): Prima appartement en locatie maar kan wel wat verzorgder en met meer toewijding gedaan worden. - 3 slaapkamers 2 badkamers in 1 appartement, centrum Milaan Paar keer stroomuitval koelkast als zowel de vaatwasser als enkele andere apparaten worden gebruikt. De toegang tot het huis met codes is onnodig ingewikkeld . Geen kastjes / nachtkastjes in de slaapkamers. Minimaal ingericht.

Всичко важно е на пешеходно разстояние — магазини, заведения, забележителности и транспортни връзки. Апартаментът е уютен, чист и отлично оборудван с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой — от модерна кухня до удобни легла и бърз интернет. Особено впечатлява безупречната комуникация с домакина — винаги отзивчив, любезен и готов да помогне с всякакви въпроси. Локацията и удобствата го правят идеален за ваканция, романтичен уикенд или бизнес пътуване. Определено бихме се върнали отново! Всичко беше перфектно

• OSVALDO (8/5): O apartamento é bom e bem localizado, mas o chuveiro não funcionou no último dia. - Fiz uma solicitação de check in antecipado, mas me responderam que não seria possível antes das 16h. Diante disso, preferimos aguardar no aeroporto, pois seria complicado ficar andando na cidade com malas (o local disponibilizado para deixar as malas é longe da acomodação). Acontece que o código de acesso foi disponibilizado antes do previsto. Mas eles não me informaram e percebi isso após já ter ficado algumas horas a mais esperando chegar o horário de check in conforme informado inicialmente. Se tivessem me avisado que seria antecipado, ao contrário da informação anterior, não teria ficado enrolando no aeroporto com crianças pequenas após uma viagem internacional extremamente cansativa. Outro ponto negativo foi que a água quente dos chuveiros não funcionou no último dia e tivemos que tomar banho de água gelada.

• Márcio Eduardo (1/5): Péssima experiência - Informei na reserva que o nosso horário de chegada seria entre 02:00 e 03:00 do dia seguinte. Nas instruções de entrada, me informaram que deveria tocar o interfone e o portão seria aberto e, após isso, usaria uma senha na porta do apartamento para ingressar. O atendimento da empresa que administra o apartamento é todo feito automazido. Para nossa surpresa, ao chegarmos no apartamento às 03:00 AM, conforme o horário informado, após 26 horas de voo e com dois idosos e duas crianças, ao tocar o interfone, ninguém respondeu. Tentamos por diversas vezes, mas não tivemos contato. Liguei para o número informado na reserva e ninguém respondeu. Entrei em contato por Whats no número informado no check-in e, somente após algum tempo de respostas automazidas, um atendente de outro país respondeu. A pessoa que conversamos não sabia o que estava acontecendo. Após algum tempo, nos informou que não havia conseguido nenhum contato com seu agente em Milão para abrir o portão e deveríamos procurar outro local para passarmos a noite. Em nenhum, antes da reserva, momento foi informado que o atendimento seria pessoal. Acreditava que o interfone estaria ligado a uma central 24 horas que abriria o portão para nós. Após conseguirmos falar com policiais na rua que prontamente nos auxiliaram, eles percorreram mais de 7 hotéis próximos e não conseguiram encontrar nenhum disponível. A agente da Sweet somente avisou que o escritório de Milão abriria às 09:00 e não teria mais o que fazer até lá, pois não havia conseguido contato com nenhum funcionário de Milão. Após 4 horas sentados em frente ao prédio, sem banheiro, água e comida e chovendo, uma pessoa saiu pelo prédio e conseguimos ingressar no interior do prédio. Em nenhum momento houve alguma explicação pelo ocorrido e a compensação pelo ocorrido foi de somente 100 euros. Incrível a falta de profissionalismo da empresa.

• othman (7/5): - اللوكيشن ممتاز عشر دقائق مشي عن الدومو والشقة داخل السنتر الشقة آمنة والشارع الذي تقع عليه هادي أثاث الشقة قديم وكذلك الأرضيات وأحد الغرف لايوجد فيها تكييف الصالة كانت صغيرة لايوجد فيها الا صوفا واحدة

It was extremely clean, spacious and just a 5 minute walk from Duomo. It was minutes to walk to stores and there was a Starbucks conveniently located right under by the building. Thank you!

The lighting could be brighter especially in the rooms. Would be great if you could have a water filter dispenser with Hot and Cold, instead of providing bottles of water.

• Smita (6/5): great location, need to be more clear on the facilities - it was centrally located, very clean, and have enough space for 7 of us the elevetor broke down & there is a road closure when we arrived. Unfortunately there is no emergency contact number that we can call directly. Hence the 7 of us (elderly) need to carried our lugage from the next block , since no one can from sweet iin that can be directly contacted to provide guidance to our driver, and we arrive the elevator is broken and no on can be directly contacted (we need to use a chat which is not as effective) , and we need to carry our 10 big lugages to the 2nd floor. Really apprecite the staff who try to solve the elevator on the next 2 day, but it would be a more pleasant check in experience if the problems was solve directly.
• Sushmitha (8/5): Everything is good except for the shower in the master bedroom - I like the location it's very close to duomo and iconic shopping places. The house is clean and well maintained. And looks exactly like in photos. The shower in the master bedroom is a bit tricky; it's not possible to turn on just the hand shower without also turning on the overhead shower.

• Taylor (9/5): We felt this was a great property. The management was very responsive and they were easy to work with. We highly recomme - We loved the location, the air conditioning and how clean it was.
• Elizaveta (9/5): good location, big appartment - location is very good, close to subway and centrum. Kitchen is good (teapot, nespresso machine, etc). For our big family it was a great choice. only one physical key, a bit noisy from the street (but it's downtown - i think it's expected), stairs - so not so easy with baby stroiler

• Sara (9/5): Superb - Every thing was exceptionally amazing. The size of rooms, the staff, and location was excellent. Every thing as described. The air conditioning was cold except one room that didn’t work. Finding the apartment was not easy due to construction and we hope that the host explains how to reach the apartment especially that we luggages to put. The lobby is 15 minutes away from the apartment which is not convenient when we wanted to leave luggages.
• Kate (10/5): will come there next time. - all was good . the location is great. enough space for 6 people. the apartment is quite clean, there were washing products in the bathroom, the kitchen is equipped. the mattresses were comfortable, bed and towels were white and clean. sometimes there was not enough warm water from the boiler for everyone to wash in the shower.
