• Jose Miguel (1/5): There were bedbugs in the motel! And it was dirty! - The location was amazing. The location is central to where I needed to be. Between Orange and Villa Park. There was a bed bug that bit my hand four times before I caught it and killed it. Then I realized the the mattress was dirty and had some blood stains. It was incredibly dirty under the bed. With dirty and hair. And the bathroom was patched up in the most unprofessional way.
• SANG MAN (2/5): Very outdated. - Bath tub was in terrible condition, overall the room was very outdated and rusty. They seriously need to update the rooms.

• David (6/5): - As soon as I walked in I noticed the floor was dusty. Headboard on the bed was dusty. Toilet was running. The kitchen has a window that can be opened. No locks. Did not feel safe. Motel owner assured me that it was safe but regardless it should be able to lock and it did not have a lock. The one thing that bothered me the most and I will never return to this hotel and I don't recommend it to anyone, when I got back to my room after dinner about 9pm, shortly after entering my room, the front desk (or owner) told me to go back to the office and he charged me $17 and change. When I asked why and what the charge was for, I could not understand his reason because of his broken English. I have never had front desk ask me to go to the desk and then charge me for something, after already checking in and I don't even know what the charge is for. The add on Expedia is deceiving. I should of done my due diligence so it's my own fault.

• Missy (2/5): Disgusting; Dirty; Don’t risk it - Not as advertised Photos are definitely photo shopped Bathrooms are scary Bed stains are scary Light switch covers are scary Nothing about this stay was pleasant. It was too late for me to leave so I slept on a towel on top of a dirty sheep as dirty bedspread I did not shower. I had to give them. $20 cash deposit When I went to check out early no one was there at 8:30am I tried contacting hotels.com to get one night of my $ back since this place is uninhabitable. No luck.

• Anthony (2/5): - One of the only reasons I booked this hotel was because they advertised a EV charger on site. When I arrived, I didn’t see one and it wasn’t until after I had checked in that the front desk clerk notified me that it wasn’t working. This hotel is a total dump! Very outdated, missing outlet and switch covers, and there is tons of mold in the tub/shower area. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

• Amanda (2/5): - This was the most dirty hotel room I have ever been put in. There was literally human hair all over(bed and ottoman), human handprints of unknown substances in the bathroom (I'm pretty sure some were CSI covered fingerprints)and other substances wiped on walls around the room. Staff came and helped with the A/C immediately before we checked the room. We quickly changed and left for a concert. We came back and decided the room was just too dirty to stay in. They said since I didnt report it immediately, I wouldnt get my money back. I took videos, and still might call the health department. It was the grossest thing I had ever seen. We didnt even stay. I dont usually review anything, good or bad, but this was quite literally the worst. We wouldnt sit on anything, take our shoes off.

• Andrew (10/5): - Very large and comfortable room, with two large beds and a sofa that apparently is a sofa bed though we (party of three) did not open it. Three chairs, a round table and a desk, making it possible for us to use laptops to do some work. No clothes hangers in the closet, and a missing bulb in the bathroom light fixtures. Easy parking. An older motel in a convenient location. Overall, an excellent value.

Fridge and microwave were locate under the closet bars so you couldn’t hang anything and there were no hangers anyway. Otherwise it was a nice stay for under $100

• Patricia (2/5): trash hotel - this was the worst hotel. upon arriving there were police in the parking lot. the rooms were dark and dirty, this picture does not give it justice, we checked in and checked back out, this should not be fit for your website, my daughter and I were scared to stay there. I would like a resund.

Bathroom cleanliness similar to a busy locker room and same smell. Would have shared with desk, but no one there in the morning and would not answer buzzer. Maybe tired of hearing from disappointed guests? Photos in listing must have been staged because nothing like the actual rooms.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Worth it - Decided to have a night away and I’ve stayed here a few times before so I went ahead and booked a room. Never had a bad stay here. They don’t have a lot of commotion going on. Nice, private and quiet. Plus it’s in a good location with pretty much anything you might want or need close by. Good free Wifi. Not to bad of price comparatively. All the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I’ll stay here again for sure.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Don't expect a five star quality - Dirty Bath Room. The room was hot and the Air Condition was very loud. There was a coin operated ice machine and soda vending that did not work. I do not expect a five star quality product and service but for the amount I paid, there are better choices. Service at the lobby was friendly and with a smile. I even got a bottle of water, which I did not expect.

• Nolan (10/5): Only the Best Diamond in the Rough in Anaheim - Extremely peaceful. No noise. Peaceful guests. Very intelligent staff. No bums or loitering suspicious activities. Easy parking, with CCTV everywhere. Clean . Efficient. Plenty of all nationality restaurants across the street. Target with Starbucks across the street. Round table pizza and Norms down the street. My bonus was the 24 hour fitness across the street. So I checked out, went to the gym, then work. Yup. Good times. Thank you to Tan and Her Family who take care of this well built establishment. Thank you again for a peaceful night's sleep.
• cpv (2/5): - There was a pair of men's underwear near the bed at check in. Also, the bathroom window was open and no screen. Could hear a drug deal going down outside the window. Check in person at night was kind. Person who appeared to be owner not friendly at all. When complaint was made not a good response. Location good but will never go back.

Lots of great food close by including the Hawaiian grill as well as the Bakery directly across from parking lot. No coffee but who drinks from room coffee pots anyway and the coffee giant is a easy walk. Quiet for the most part and safe parking.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice stay - This was an overnight stay. The room was cozy and clean. The only thing missing was a closet to hang my clothes. Great microwave, refrigerator. There was a landline phone but there was no phone jack to be found. The bathroom sink was aged and cracking but still usable. It was close to shops and restaurants, walking distance. It was a very nice stay.

The location of the hotel is so great because it’s so close to the Orange mall and there are so many different places within walking distance that you can eat and shop. There was even a Trader Joe’s, CVS, and sprouts! The staff was extremely nice; even offering us water at check in. The room was a king bed and bit weird because there was no real fluid color scheme but the amenities in the room were really good. We enjoyed having a couch to sit on and the microwave and refrigerator. It’s an older hotel; but only the bathroom showed it’s age. Overall, this is a great value for the price and the location is great!
