JOSE MANUEL (10/5): Mejor, imposible! - Reservamos por Booking, el hotel en general está muy, muy bien. Buena ubicación, cerca de todo y el personal muy amable. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda, el espacio de la habitación era correcto, tenia minibar, ventana al exterior (no se oía nada de ruido), aire acondicionado y televisor. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, opcionales de huevos al gusto, fruta, bebidas, etc. Muy a gusto, seguro volveremos. Nada.

Hilari Francès Cabanes (6/5): Decent hotel surrounded by noisy clubs - Good location in Medellín. El Poblado is very safe and there are tons of bars and restaurants. Staff were generally nice, especially the man working at the front desk at night. Breakfast was also good, but it lacked a bit of variety. The hotel is surrounded by clubs, and the windows aren't very good. That means you hear the clubs blasting music like they were just in the next room until 4am EVERY DAY. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway or rooms next door.

Not sure why it was different, but it was incredibly different.

Chegamos antes e Juliette antecipou nosso check-in e ainda nos deu um upgrade de quarto sem nenhum custo, nos orientou e reservou passeios e retorno ao aeroporto. Recomendo total! De nada.

Misha (9/5): Amazing hotel - The location was fantastic, 3 min walk to Provenza. Many bars and restaurants nearby. As a solo traveler I felt really safe. The rooms were nicely decorated and the staff were very kind and helpful. The only issue I had was with noise from people in the hallway. This is not the hotels fault, but if you want to sleep in or have a nap in the middle of the day, it is really hard as you can hear everyone who is talking in the hallway next to the elevators.

La cama era cómoda.y la habitación tenía un tamaño razonable, con todo funcional. El desayuno era muy desorganizado , a pesar del amable esfuerzo de la señora que lo preparaba. No fue fácil encontrar todos los elementos necesarios.. La calidad y la variedad de los alimentos es muy mejorable. En un país tropical, que no sirvan bananas y papayas, por ejemplo, es una pena. La comida no era renovada frecuentemente.

Francesca (8/5): - Struttura che ha il suo punto di forza principale nella posizione, davvero a due passi da Provenza e da diversi ristoranti/bar nella zona più sicura della città. La camera era molto molto calda e l’aria condizionata faceva dei rumori molto strani quindi non potevamo tenerla accesa a lungo, inoltre ogni 30 min/1 ora c’era un forte rumore come di un motore che si azionava che veniva da fuori, non abbiamo capito cosa fosse ma era un pochino fastidioso, soprattutto la prima notte. Colazione migliorabile, c’è un persona che cucina le uova fatte al momento in vari modi e sono molto buone, ma potrebbe esserci qualche opzione dolce in più (es. yogurt da mangiare con la frutta fresca che già c’è) :)

Stanza molto ampia, luminosa e pulita. Pur essendo in una zona centrale di bar e movida, l'ambiente rimane silenzioso e sicuro!

Gies (10/5): - sehr freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit gut, gute Lage, natürlich laut, aber das ist El Poblado;-) Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob der Zimmersafe funktionierte, aber in Medellin hat man sinnigerweise keine größeren Wertsachen dabei.

Malomir (7/5): Okay for short stay. Noicy area. - Good location, rooms were fine-ish. Not much light in the room and there was some ventilation next to my window. No mosquito net. I had to modify my booking and staff repeated countless times that I need to pay extra like I wouldn’t pay. I felt looked down.

Daniel (9/5): Excelente Ubicación.!! - El Hotel esta en una excelente ubicación "literal" a la vuelta de Sector Provenza a 2 cuadras de parque Illeras, el desayuno esta bastante completo. La habitación limpia y el tamaño justo. Sin duda volvería nuevamente. Nada, todo bien.
Francisco Calvo (10/5): Excelente localización y confort en el Poblado - La localización y el confort son los dos puntos fuertes del alojamiento. Además, aunque está muy certa de las discotecas y locales nocturnos, el ruido no fue un problema para dormir en la habitación en la que nosotros nos alojamos. Se podrían mejorar las opciones vegetarianas o veganas del desayuno. Quitando la fruta, prácticamente todas las demas opciones del menú llevan productos de carne, leche y huevos. Los clientes que no comen estos productos se sentirían mejor acogidos si se les presentasen opciones vegetarianas/veganas pensadas para ellos.

Alice (8/5): Cool hotel in noisy area - The hotel is cool and in a central area of El Poblado. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we saw a guest bring some ladies into the hotel and the music of the clubs around was so loud at night we had to sleep with earplugs

Karolin (10/5): Great location to explore as. S - Great location and well isolated walls, we couldn’t hear anything from the streets or other rooms. The staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Andrés who was extremely supportive and flexible after we arrived quite early the day of the check in. Would definitely go there again!

Jose manuel (10/5): - El hotel fue todo un acierto, tiene una ubicación inmejorable Las habitación era cómoda, amplia y muy bien equipada. Destaco especialmente la limpieza, todo estaba impecable y bien cuidado. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para alojarse y totalmente recomendable.
