- Bart (2/5): Quickstay sucks - Check-in and check-out took more than an hour each. Parked where guard told me... got a ticket... The ‘Quickstay’ customer service was horrible. They ask you to text ‘call back’ and then they don’t call you back got hours...
- David (10/5): Great play to stay in Toronto - Lovely apartment to stay in, all the amenities you could want or need for a pleasant stay in Toronto. As there is no check in, a tiny improvement could be a handbook detailing how appliances such as washing machine, heating etc work, local interest and maps and walking routes to points of interest.

- Alex (4/5): - We almost could not get into the building, if not were a warm hearted stranger who told us that the keypad that we used was not working. He directed us to the other keypad on the other side of the building. We texted the owners multiple times, but got no response. The room has great view, no question about it, but the conditions of the condo was not great. A bedroom door was broken that could not be closed. There is no instruction on how to deal with the trash, etc... Worst of all, we were charged 119CAD for cleaning fee. We would not come back again

- Ian (8/5): Great unit but some small issues. - Unit is great. Only problem was no TV instructions so no TV and the glass and balcony was filthy. With a property on the 29th floor its important to have clean glass. Apart from smudges & handprints there was sticky tape on the inside of the glass in the lounge room. Beds & pillows great. Bonus was washing machine & dryer. If more than one family you may need to ask for more than 1 set of entry keys. Had property managers call to point out these issues. If they are resolved it would rate 10/10. Handy to city-we walked everywhere and a supermarket close by to supply the kitchen
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We were told check-in had to be delayed from 3 pm to 4 as the condo was not ready. At 4:30when we arrived the unit had still not been cleaned. It was very upsetting. However a few messages to the owner and a cleaner showed up an hour later. Otherwise we were very pleased with the location and the space.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Rented the property for my partner and two of her friends to have a fun Oscar Night. Friends are from out of town and wanted to treat them with a special place to stay. The light fixture in one of the bathrooms was broken with shards of glass all over the floor. We swept that up immediately. The view outside was lessened by the windows along the balcony being absolutely filthy. I started cleaning them but didn't have proper supplies available to make the job easy. I was pulled away to try and get the TV working only to find out this premium condo didn't have cable! Quickstay representative could not get quick response to these problems. I spent over two hours getting a computer and routing it through the TV to provide streaming. After several e-mails and phone calls and requesting compensation for the inconveniences of our stay, Quickstay provided a discount off the bill. That refund took another half hour to collect through Expedia and Quickstay. Finally, the kitchen was poorly appointed; crappy wine glasses and no bowls for snacks. All in - the place has great potential but the owner certainly doesn't know the definition of Premium.

- ana (6/5): Great location but lacking 5 stars - Location is great and very central to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. However, the mattress was ok and bed pillows were terrible. Also the light above the bath sink in master was not working making the bathroom very dark. The tv remote was initially not working. The owners sent someone to replace batteries. My son got it to work but a day later it was malfunctioning and working on & off. The kitchen did not have any paper towels and bathrooms had no tissues. For the per night rate, all these things should have been included. Overall it was a nice condo.

- Kim (10/5): Great location for a night out in Toronto! - The location was perfect and the condo was great. A 5 minute walk to the Rogers Centre, with all kinds of bars and restaurants nearby (highly recommend the Mexican one 2 minutes away). We were 2 couples visiting for the night and the condo was perfect! Had a nice balcony with a view of the city and there were 2 full bathrooms. The communication was great and no problems following the instructions for checking in and checking out. Parking was also included which made this more affordable than each of us staying in separate rooms at a hotel! We would definitely stay again.
- Amy (8/5): Worth it for the view - The condo is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The views of the city and lake are absolutely fantastic. We experienced a little difficulty when entering as we didn't know that we were not at the main entrance to the building. We were at another entrance, got in past the entry door, and then got stuck between two locked doors. We had to wait until another tenant came in to get to the elevators. It would be good to specify in the instructions that you must enter at the lobby where the security guard sits. Also, one other negative: there was a party in the unit below one evening, and ma group of guys spent hours shouting and screaming while watching TV. Their balcony door was open, so it was like having them in our unit. Nothing to do about it, as there was no one to complain to. We lost over five hours having to listen to them shouting and yelling at the top of their lungs. Otherwise, everything else was great. It's a great condo in a good location, with restaurants, a grocery store, and the lake all within a minute's walk. Definitely recommend.
- Edward (10/5): Blue Jays - Great location. Just what we were looking for. A few things I will say though. There was no coffee carafe.. Pot was there however we looked all over the place and no pot to go with. Was a little challenging making our coffee in the morning. We did it though lol. Also the garbage under the sink was not taken out before our arrival. Other than those 2 things it was a great stay
- Adam (2/5): - Embarrassing and disappointing. There were flying bugs all over the wall. I sent a few pictures to the coordinator. They reassured me a few times that the would look into it and get back to me. It’s almost a month later now and no refund or adjustment.
- Kathy (10/5): - Overall wonderful. Only complaint cleaning has to be improve . Attention to detail is extremely important. Location is wonderful , apartment is huge . Area is safe a lot of stores . Again overall wonderful just some minor complaints.
