A step in shower recess would be preferred. More shelf space around the bathroom sink is desirable. Power points beside bed were a good idea but not easily accessible for our cpap machines and hearing aid charger.
• Michael (8/5): Top spot for a Geelong stay - It is in a great location, on the edge of, and walking distance to, Geelong’s CBD so we were able to use it as a base for our daily travels. Just around the corner is a great pub (elephant and castle) and the old Geelong gaol. Communication with the manager was very good Nothing

• Tanai (8/5): Enjoyment couple time - We enjoyed our stay. Michael was always available to answer our questions. My Mum booked our airbnb as a surprise for us. It was our first time away from home as a couple. Michael provided chocolate as a welcome gift for us which really touched our hearts of how thoughtful he was during festive season. The bed was very comfortable. The whole apartment was clean. Location was great. The place was clean and we got everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed everything and appreciate Michael and his commitment to make our stay extra special. Sorry we didn't take many photos as we are a private couple but we highly recommend the place. We will return.

• Don (8/5): Relaxing stat at Midbnb - More like a motel room than a traditional B&B but in a convenient location, particularly if needing to stay near Barwon Health Hospital. A light airy room with cooking facilities, cutlery and crockery. Widescreen TV. Very plush bath towels and toiletries. Free parking on site makes a pleasant change from Geelong's love of parking meters around the CBD. Pillows were like marshmallows and lacked the support I crave. The shower screen tends to let water through no matter how cautiously you shower this leaving a wet floor.
• Karen (8/5): Good location but noise can be heard from other rooms - Location was great and came with parking facilities. Bed was comfortable and place was super clean Shower head needs replacing. Could not adjust pressure. Also not sure if host can do anything about it but walls are thin and we had noisy guests, but in addition we could hear them plugging things into sockets, opening the sliding wardrobes and even talking.

There were two single beds pushed together and they were both so uncomfortable to the point I could feel the springs. The pillows also need to be updated. I appreciate a clean room but the amount of bleach that was used was so overpowering even to the point of when I boiled the kettle I could taste it in the water. Very dangerous.

• Muralidharan (9/5): Comfort and value for money @ Geelong - I stayed at the Unit 3 of the Geelong CBD accomodation The property was located very close to my workplace and convenient to walk to work It was very clean and the keys were sent to my email prior to check-in It was very convenient to just walk into the room on arrival the bed and linen were comfortable and cosy the kitchnette was well stocked with cutlery and I found it very thoughtful the bathroom was very clean - the cleaning staff do a faboulous job the linen provided were also very clean some coffee and tea were also kept which was good to use on arrival The property is located at walking distance from the westfield mall, waterfront and all the eateries on ryrie and malop/lt malop which was excellent the railway station is also convenient to reach Micheal, the property manager is the one of the best things about this place - very polite, prompt and enterprising and was a tremendous help through my stay there It was great value for money there is no laundry on site which is a drawback. however the property manager was very helpful and gave directions to the nearest laundrette where I could get it done

• Warwick (8/5): Clean unit, nice bed, quiet surroundings, and convenient for a walk to town. - Situation, cleanliness and quietness. Instructions for entry were clear and precise. A few minor things which could be easily fixed. Replace the coat hangers with something strong at very low cost. Replace the frying pan which has lost all its cooking surface and is extremely hard to clean. The shower head needs a new grip fitting on the upright water pipe. Make it easier for height adjustment. I understand the door locking system but it gives very little time for elderly folk to bring in suitcases, etc., before the alarm goes off. If possible make an adjustment to give a longer time before the alarm fires off. Other than that the accommodation was fine!

My stay here was just one part of a long and complex trip and Michael helped me in a number of ways over and above his contractual requirements, e.g. by facilitating my room to be cleaned first to allow an early check-in and providing assistance with parking. The room was fine and met all requirements. No complaints about anything. Thank you.

The keyless entry was confusing because there was a keypad outside too and the one on the front door could not be seen through the screen door. • Marie (8/5): Reasonable - Good location, quite reasonable for a 2 night stay. Armchair very small and rickety. Parking bays 3 - 5 could be more clearly marked. Couldn't see them for the shrubbery.
• Dian (9/5): Perfect 2 night stay - Easy access, lovely decor, roomy, comfy bed, lovely carpet, great bath with toiletries and large thick luxury towels. Kitchen with all you need to prepare your own meals including microwave. Air conditioning. I use a rollator/walker and this was perfect as it would be for a wheelchair user. It was super quiet and I did not hear any noise from the other units. Communication from Michael was always prompt and helpful. Great value. As i did not have a car this trip, it was a little far from the sites I wanted to see, otherwise it was perfect, and there is parking on-site.

It was also very quiet. Communication with Michael was excellent and prompt and he was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable too and proximity to the hospital, and the centre of Geelong was great . Having a 7Eleven close by was a bonus! Nothing to dislike!

Great comfortable accomodation in a very convenient location. - Had a very comfortable, convenient and thoroughly enjoyable 7 day stay at Mibnb Geelong. Accommodation was very clean and the location was great for all our needs, eg shops, meals, transport, the waterfront and botanical gardens etc. Tariff also included parking-a bonus. All our needs were met.
