- george (10/5): - A very nice hotel in downtown. Right next to a shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was large and a great city view. Staff if outstanding.
- Nick (10/5): - This is my second stay at this hotel and still my all around best choice for Kyiv. I find the location extremely convenient to all needs in the city, with most things walkable and easy pick-up for taxis. Both the rooms and main hotel areas are extremely comfortable. I think the variety and availability of menu items and level of buffet breakfast is not quite up to where it was last time, but still filled my needs. I discovered karaoke in the sky bar Friday and saturday, which was a nice thing to have in house. I also had my laundry done, which is typically expensive in the standard hotel method of charging per item, but there was a slight discount for over ten items, and the diligent staff held back one item a little longer because they wanted to put in extra effort on a persistent stain, which I appreciated. Sky Loft remains my recommendation for Kyiv.

- igorsp175 (10/5): Amazing Stay at Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv by Rixwell! - I had a fantastic stay at Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv by Rixwell! The location is perfect - right in the city center, close to everything. The rooms are modern, spacious, and offer stunning city views. The beds are super comfy, and I slept like a baby. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel with great service. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
- Elham (10/5): - Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd.
- Andriy (4/5): Was better when it was the Aloft - This hotel was good when it was the Aloft. It’s very cheap and run down currently. Not a very good hotel and expensive for the service you receive.
- Nick (10/5): - Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations. Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am.

Didn’t try the restaurant or the gym because I stayed only 1 night, but breakfast was good and sorted well. The chairs are so close that you can hardly walk to the buffet, that’s not so nice. For a city hotel it was also relatively quiet, so not much noise coming into the room -that’s great :)

The rooms have a fantastic view and are very cleaned. Each room is equipped with everything that you need. The only drawback were the constant air alarms during our stay, but that was understandable of course. Personnel very understanding and comforting. Helping with transport and any requests we had.
- MarkYat88 (8/5): 8,5/10 - Everything good, especially location. However, very slow and bugging Smart TV, and toothbrushing set/hotel slippers were not placed. Reception brought them freely by request. We broke one of champagne glasses and dealt with that while checking out. Reception worked out really well!

- abrahamgutnick (10/5): Probably the best in its class in Kievfor great price - Absolutely great value service etc. Only 2 issues. Temperature control in the rooms don’t seem to react to well to adjusting. Bar fridges need to be colder as they are set quite low and drinks not very cold at all and more drinks in the room for purchase and bigger variety should be made available as one cannot drink the tap water.
- Nadiia_dxb (8/5): Perfect location! Good, clean hotel, perfect for short stay - Perfect location- you have everything in walking distance! Rooms are clean, staff at the reception very helpful and nice. Check in and check out was super fast without any problems. A bit disappointed with the food at the restaurant, actually cannot recommend their food at all- ordered veal rack and it was awful. Breakfast didn’t look attractive for me. But overall experience quite good! It’s a good value for money! And definitely will stay there for my next short trip!

- OSVK (6/5): A doable compromise - Firstly, the hotel location is excellent. Secondly, the staff serving the breakfest is kind and hard working. Here the good things end, however. The room was full of dust, including the bedcovers, pillows etc. Every time you lie you would just start sneezing. The reason for that is probably the absence of windows which you could open, and the constant AC which dries the air. The bathroom wasnt clean either. The biggest disappointment was, however, the staff at the reception check out. A relatively young woman, couldnt be more impolite, without even greeting us in the end. We received no proof of payment either. She just took the card, returned it with всё…. Мы пошли… The overall cost-benefit is just fine, it just doesnt hit the standard which the centre of Kiev offers.

- Paul (8/5): Good nor great - This is a solid business class hotel in a very good location for just about any purpose you'd be in Kyiv. I've stated there 5 times in the last 12 months but there are some things lacking. The towels are pretty low quality and the edges of every towel on this recent stay were frayed due to age (except 1). That's inexcusable at a hotel at this level. Get new towels. Second, I had to ask for a replacement laundry bag for two days at the front desk. Phone to front desk didn't work despite complaining a couple times and when request was made in person it was forgotten. Will probably stay again due to location but I had to check out due to an unanticipated trip extension, the didn't have rooms supposedly andcthe new hotel is a step above for sure in service and quality. After stayung in the new hotel a few days Skyloft may have lost me

- MR J C (10/5): A perfect hotel in location and comfort - A lovely comfy, clean hotel. Such friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were of a good size and if you can get the City view rooms it is worth it.

- Yverick (10/5): Very modern stay, close to major shopping centre - Very clean experience. The staff is bilingual, friendly and professional. The hotel is not exactly in the historical part of Kyiv (still walking distance) and it seems more business-oriented. However, it is a fine stay for vacationing if you like the modern vibe and high-rise lifestyle.

- Danial (8/5): Modern but no fresh air - Pros: Hotel is in a new building, pool table in the lobby and looks all new and modern. The bed is comfy and room design is modern with all the necessities. Cons: But the main issue is that you cannot open the window at all, the whole building is built in a way that there is no way to open the window which is very weird and first time I see something like this. So the only source of air circulation is a small fan in the bathroom which doesn't turn on. The AC unit just circulates the air inside the unit so after 3 nights was getting cough and headaches in the morning cause of the air quality. So if you have asthma or sensitive to air that would be a problem. Had to change the hotel, the staff was nice enough to refund me the remaining nights though. The shower could be better it is like a dormitory style one shower handle. Restaurant closed at night but a 24/7 grocery store is in the next building. Staff's english speaking was ok but not the best.

My room would be cleaned but I had to ask for coffee. Small things make a big difference. Bring back the Marriott please!

Hotel can arrange for a covid test done in your room prior to your travel. Great price for what you get compared to other hotels in the area. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

- Blake (10/5): Where I'd stay if traveling to Kyiv again. - Clean, modern, had everything I needed. Most comfortable bed of my trip. Nice views of the city. Easy layout and quick elevators. I didn't try to bar or food. Central location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The gym is very spartan, the leg machine was busted, no free weights beyond 45kg if I recall.

Location is excellent with many places within walking distance, one major observation on the shower water, was extraordinary dirty, not only for seconds but for couple of minutes to the point i could not shower. They came and they fixed it bit it was unpleasant.
- Feodor (10/5): Nice Hotel - Nice hotel on one of the main streets with a shopping mall adjacent to it. Room size was decent, nice big comfortable bed. Lobby is already always busy due to the bar and people just hanging out. Security is always on alert so no issues.

Gulliver mall next door helped when the temperature fell below 20. The staff was extraordinary. Always accommodated me and got all my problems sorted out as best they could. - Paul (10/5): Very nice hotel that could be a great hotel - Very nice upscale hotel in a great area. You are not far from shopping, dining and evening activities. Rooms are clean, modern, and nice sized. The bed and bedding (most important) are as or more comfortable than in any hotel at any level in the world. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of selections but not memorable. I have two small gripes, my junior suite was large but the bathroom was a little small and there was no bathtub. If you're out in freezing weather all day, it's nice to come back to the room and soak in a hot bath. Other issue is there is no bell boy. You're on your own with luggage which is silly for a hotel this size and level. Raise the room rates 20 grivnas and hire a bell boy! Hotel can be hard to find for some drivers because access is not actually on the street listed on the website. It's best to use an app to pin the location rather than count on the address on an app.

The wifi gets spotty during the overnight hours and you have to sign into their wifi everyday. Which gets annoying. Other than those small complaints, everything has great
