- AleASM (10/5): Melhor quarto da viagem - A localização é muito boa, pois está bem no meio entre o píer e o centrinho, possibilitando fazer tudo a pé. O atendimento foi cortês desde antes de nossa chegada até o final de nossa estadia. O quarto superou nossas expectativas, bem espaçoso e muito confortável (foi o nosso preferido da viagem!). O café da manhã é um menu com 3 sets diferentes, no primeiro dia não nos agradou muito, mas o do segundo dia, tinha uma opção mais próxima do que estamos acostumados e foi muito bom.

- Giancarlo (10/5): Un'esperienza speciale. - Nel nostro viaggio in Cina siamo stati bene ovunque, ma il soggiorno presso Yangshuo Lisa Boutique Hotel rimane nella memoria come un momento particolarmente piacevole del viaggio, per l’atmosfera di accoglienza che si percepisce gia` all'arrivo. Lo staff cordiale, sorridente, attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza (ci hanno preparato un’ottima colazione molto presto il giorno della partenza), la posizione in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima a tutto, la pulizia ed il confort della camera ne hanno fatto un’esperienza davvero speciale. Se avete la possibilita` di trascorrere almeno una notte qui, magari dopo la bellissima crociera lungo il Fiume Li, avrete sicuramente arricchito il vostro viaggio di un’esperienza memorabile.

- Judit (10/5): - The room was a good size with an excellent view of the nearby mountains. The bathroom was well laid out, with a separate toilet, shower, and sink. The hot water and water pressure were both excellent. Breakfast offered a choice of three set menus, all of which were very good. The hotel is set slightly away from the main busy street, making it peaceful and quiet both day and night, yet the main walking street is only a couple of minutes away. The service was truly impressive. The staff were always happy to offer advice on things to do in the area and could assist with booking tickets and arranging transportation wherever needed. However, what really stood out was how they went above and beyond when I needed medical attention after falling from a bicycle. I was about 7 km from the hotel, and they came to collect me, took me to the hospital for treatment, and stayed with me the entire time—something I greatly appreciated as I don’t speak the language. They even accompanied me the following day for a follow-up visit to check on the wound. I cannot thank them enough. Needless to say, I highly recommend Lisa’s.

- William (10/5): Lisa’s is an excellent spot to stay in Yangshuo. Close to everything and attentive staff. - The location and the service at Lisa’s was excellent. If you are coming to Yangshuo from Guilin by ferry, it is a short walk from the ferry. Kelly looked after us in many ways and suggested and booked a very relaxing ferry trip and a car trip. The generous breakfast was an excellent start to the day.

We took the room with the terrace on the 5th floor, a great spot for afternoon drinks, with a massive bath. The location was very good, nearby to the busier areas but in a very quiet street. Kelly and the team were lovely and helpful organising tours for us. Generous breakfast included in a street that houses several small family restaurants serving excellent and cheap food. La habitación maravillosa, con unas vistas impresionantes, la decoración preciosa, todo cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es ideal, a cinco minutos a pie de la calle principal y la orilla del río. Un desayuno bastante bueno, sabroso y completo.

Stanza ampia, bella, tutta in legno. Ad uso degli ospiti anche una lavanderia. Sulla mia comoda permanenza la differenza l’ha fatta la gentile impiegata della reception, miss Kelly, che con molta gentilezza ha risposto ad ogni domanda e subito risolto tutti i piccoli problemii che ho avuto al momento del mio arrivo, dandomi anche molti consigli utili sul cosa vedere in città. La mattina ha anche preparato e servito, con professionalità, una piccola squisita colazione con prodotti freschi e buoni (si sceglie tra due composizioni che vengono prima illustrate in foto). La sala colazione la sera fa anche da ristorante e pur non avendolo provato, attesa la qualità del breakfast, presumo sia di ottimo livello. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Strategically located, just steps from the cruise ship dock. The hotel has a welcoming, retro charm and is very clean. The room is spacious, beautiful, and all in wood. A laundry room is also available for guest use. The highlight of my comfortable stay was the kind receptionist, Miss Kelly, who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and quickly resolving any small issues I had upon arrival. She also provided me with lots of helpful tips on what to see in the city. In the morning, she also professionally prepared and served a delicious breakfast with fresh, quality ingredients (you can choose between two options, which are shown in the photos). The breakfast room also serves as a restaurant in the evening, and although I haven't tried it, given the quality of the breakfast, I assume it's excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

- Xiaoning (10/5): 完美！ - 在这家酒店我们经历了从些许失望到非常满意的转变。从推开房门开始，我们对粗糙的墙壁和显得老旧的房门感到颇为失望，但是住下后发现，这家酒店真可以说是良心酒店，绝对物有所值，每天提供的四瓶水是农夫山泉，冰箱的软饮每天免费添加，纸巾是维达的，提供的一次性拖鞋品质也非常好，床软硬适中，床上用品干净熨烫整齐，大大的落地窗能看到阳朔的群山与日落。另外还有可以免费借旗袍拍照，款式和花式都非常优雅，也很新！早餐是提前点餐的方式，种类丰富，份量大，味道好！还有免费洗衣干衣！总之就是越来越满意！ 没有！

La dueña nos contactó en todo momento por WeChat y nos consiguió una recogida de equipaje para no llevarlo bajo la lluvia (caminando unos 5-10 minutos). Nos dio la posibilidad de elegir entre 2 habitaciones (ambas muy buenas). El desayuno es cerrado y te da 3 opciones (1. Huevos fritos con tostadas y salchichas, 2. huevos revueltos con bacon y tostadas, 3. desayuno con dumplings, fruta, congree etc...) Nos dio al llegar un catálogo de diferentes propuestas turísticas para poder hacer por la zona. También nos consiguió un transporte para ir hasta la estación mas económico que DiDi. Nada a destacar.

El desayuno esta perfecto, las camas super cómodas y si necesitan un masaje, háganlo!!! Mención aparte para las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Fueron super amables y siempre predispuestos a ayudar con todo. Si viajan con bastante equipaje, el hotel tiene ascensor. Todo bien!
- Agnes (7/5): It’s not suitable for people with mobility problems. - The property is within walking distance to the pedestrian street with lots of good food. Like it that they provide both types of slippers - for the room and bathroom. The set up of the beds and table were uncomfortable as these were Japanese tatami style. We are in our 70s and climbing up and down to get to the beds and table was dangerous and inconvenient. We were not aware of the set up of the room at the time of booking.

- Tracy-Lee (10/5): Loved Lisa's Hotel! - The staff, Kylie and Xiao Li were extremely helpful!! Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped us enjoy the night lights on top of the building by bringing us wine glasses and a table cloth. We loved the soft sheets on the bed, fantastic pillows, the warm toilet seat that flushed itself!! The location was QUIET but close to West Street which was so convenient. We had breakfast each day and enjoyed the variety offered. THANK YOU Kylie and Xiao Li for making our stay very comfortable and memorable. The morning breakfast was a little limited. Also, we believe the rooftop area could be utilised much more as it was delightful to sit and view the surroundings there.

El personal muy amable, nos ayudó a conseguir entradas, taxis, moto y bicicletas. Incluso nos indicaron una ruta muy linda para nuestro paseo en bicicleta, la recomiendo. Había polvo y pelusas en las esquinas y bordes de la habitación, al parecer solo hacen aseo superficial. Las luces se desconfiguraban fácilmente.

They were friendly and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on the day we left early. They let us choose between several rooms. They offer free laundry service, which is ideal. The bathroom in the room had an excessively strong and unpleasant pipe smell.

- EJNO (10/5): - West street까지 도보로 5분 거리에 있으면서도 한적한 거리에 위치하고 있어 조용하고 평온한 호텔이에요. 방이 넓고 해가 잘 들어 밝고 창문을 열 수 있어 환기도 할 수 있어 좋았어요. 방에서나 복도에서나 카르스트 봉우리를 감상할 수 있어요. 샤워 수압도 좋고 물이 밖으로 새어 나오지 않아 쾌적한 상태를 유지할 수 있어요. 기대하지도 않았던 마스크팩까지 필요한 아메니티는 모두 갖추어져 있어 부족함이 없었어요. 아침식사는 간단한 세트메뉴로 3가지 중 하나를 고를 수 있었는데 맛이 있어요. 또 하나 좋았던 점은 세탁기와 건조기를 무료로 사용할 수 있어 여행 기간 동안 쌓였던 세탁물을 빨 수 있었어요. 그러나 무엇보다도 좋았던 점은 매니저인 Kelly의 친절함을 들 수 있어요. 무엇이든 궁금한 점을 자세히 알려주었고 Sanjie Impression show, 우롱강 래프팅, 여의봉 케이블카, 양숴역 까지 드롭오프 등 모든 투어를 교통편에서 부터 티켓팅 까지 처리해줘서 편하게 여행할 수 있었어요. Kelly! 나흘 동안 머무르면서 양숴의 좋은 추억을 많이 담아갈 수 있게 해주어 고마워요 없어요

Excelente el servicio incluso porque hablaban algo de ingles para entendernos. El desayuno consistía en rodajas de pan que se podían tostar, manteca y dulce, cafe, té y jugo (no exprimido) a servirse cada uno, y un plato que ellos preparan con dos huevos, salchicha algo de verdura y fruta, suficiente.
- Helena (10/5): Cosy and cute hotel with friendly and helpful staff. - On a hot day we arrived at the hotel following the clear walking instructions from the pier that was sent by Lisa via WeChat. We were extremely friendly received with a life-saver huge mug of very good iced tea. We could choose from different room types which were shown to us upon arrival. What a lovely gesture! The room was comfortable with extremely good quality amenities. Staff are very friendly and try to help in English. Translator apps help a lot. We had a lovely view onto the mountains. The hotel has an excellent location and is within walking distance to all the lively shops, restaurants and the river. Do not go to bed early. There are too much happening in the streets to watch and experience until late at night. Just make sure of the correct name of the hotel that is displayed outside. Yunwu Lisa Hotel. We had a very good and huge Western style breakfast which was very well presented. There are also choices for Chinese cuisine breakfasts.

- Marilyn (10/5): Juste Wow…ne passé pas à côté - L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre mais juste un peu à l’écart pour avoir la tranquillité. La décoration est parfaite et les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, tout est bon le petit déjeuner et les soupers!! Mais le gros plus qui fait aussi toute la différence c’est le personnel qui est tellement attentionné. Kylie est juste merveilleuse. Elle était au devant de nos demandes et a su nous faire découvrir Yangshuo en toute facilité. Des que nous avions une question, elle nous trouvait la réponse! Cela est tellement apprécié en voyage. On aurait pas pu demandé mieux.

Nos alojamos en una grande, con una distribución muy buena y super-cómoda. El personal muy amable nos ayudó a organizar la visita. Aprovechamos para hacer una visita al spa y disfrutar de un masaje de cuerpo entero que no dejó preparados para continuar con nuestro viaje. El desayuno muy bien y también el aperitivo que te ofrecen al llegar. Muy buena ubicación.

El hotel está precioso decorado con mucho gusto y muy cerca tanto del Río como de la calle principal. No pudimos disfrutar del desayuno y nos prepararon un café, sándwich y fruta para llevarnos. Ojalá haber pasado allí más de una noche!! Nos gustó todo!!!

The breakfast was very delicious and freshly made for us. Since we have a Lisa in our family, it was very fun to stay at a hotel with the same name. The room was big and spacious and had a cute little sitting area for tea. The hotel building had a lot of character and was very attractive looking. We were very happy with our stay.

- Roberto (10/5): Assolutamente consigliato - Probabilmente il miglior hotel in cui siamo stati in cina, nulla da invidiare alle grandi catene di lusso. Lecamere sono pulite e con vista, vasca da bagno enorme. Il servizio e l attenzione al cliente è precisa ed efficiente. Kelly è stata bravissima nella gestione del nostro pernottamento e ci ha anche consigliato bene i ristoranti e le escursioni.

- Oscar (10/5): Excelente opción para alojarse en Yangshuo. - La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a unos 5 minutos a pie del bullicioso centro de Yangshuo y si llegas en barco desde Guilin, se puede ir andando desde el muelle al hotel en unos 10 minutos. El desayuno, aunque es a la carta, ofrece varias opciones: occidental y oriental. Nosotros probamos la occidental y estaba realmente buena. El hotel también organiza excursiones y permite alquilar motos para visitar los campos de arroz cercanos al río Li. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con camas muy cómodas. Limpieza de diez. Nada, todo estaba perfecto.
