ITALIA (8/5): - The views from all apartments were amazing, but I believe that in all 5 apartments that were rented the amazing views and decor didn’t match the outdated appliances. Furthermore, due to safety, you are only allowed one elevator key and for your specific floor, which is madness if you are traveling with a big family that are placed in different floors. I am thankful for helping me accommodate a big family, in rooms with amazing and comfortable rooms.

Great people but they only give you one key and it makes it hard for two not along three of us to make separate plans. One of us could not go to the pool while the other went to get something to eat or sight see. because of only one key. Also The AC and Television need repair. Great Host, Great location and great view.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Right on the Malecon. A short taxi ride to the airport. Full glass windows right out across the river...it was spectacular. Lots of restaurants just below to choose from. A five minute walk to the bottom of the path for Santana, which has 444 steps to the top along a cute path through houses and restaurants. There is a little church at the top and a great view.
Verified traveler (2/5): NO hospedarse en esta propiedad - El dia anterior a mi llegada llamaron a preguntarme a que horas llegaba y conteste 5 a 6 pm. Al otro dia otro teléfono me pregunto lo mismo, al parecer NO quieren que nos hospedemos en ese hotel y me cancelaron la reserva el mismo dia que llegaba. Deberían retirar esta propiedad de sus opciones en Guayaquil.
Bayardo (4/5): - Difficult to rate objectively as we had a dissapointing experience with the apartment and the hosts. First the pros: communication with host prior to arrival was good, even agreed to accommodate us before regular check in hours as we arrived early to the city. The property location is very good in a nice building with incredible view. Now the cons: No hot water, the thermostat was damaged and the host didn't solve the problem after we presented our claim! The pool was very cold also, not a pleasant experience. Host was not friendly with children, I have 2 little kids and the host insinuated that they drew on the floor regarding some dirt spots from my mother's shoes, even though we had to clean the floor while the host watched us having a very uncomfortable moment, so at the end we decided never to return. So, if you want a good location and view, don't mind bathing in cold water, having to clean yourself under the watch of your host, and have no children, this is the perfect place for your next in Guayaquil.
