• Iraida (10/5): Ruhiges sicheres Hotel - Sehr ruhige Lage, in der Nähe Restaurants, Cafés Geschäfte. Im Hotel sehr ruhig und sicher (Kameras). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ist per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Das Hotel ist leider sehr weit von Zentrum, das Wasser in der Dusche war bisschen kühl für mich.

• Gimena Gattás (6/5): Bien ubicado - La habitación, aunque pequeña, resultó ser cómoda y el baño es funcional. Sin embargo, mi experiencia se vio afectada por la temperatura del agua. A pesar de contar con calentador, el agua apenas salía tibia. Insisto que en una ciudad con el clima de Bogotá, y considerando que la habitación no cuenta con calefacción y tiene exposición al exterior, el agua caliente debería ser un estándar garantizado. Aunque al final no desayuné en el hotel, pero igualmente no tienen un lugar organizado para el desayuno. Podrían tener una máquina de café con costo para el huésped.

• Michele (7/5): A disappointing stay! - Wanted to stay in a different area of Bogota at the end of my trip as I had stayed in La Candelaria at the beginning & did all the main tourist sites & museums then. From here I visited Zipaquira & the Botanical Garden. It's a very upmarket area with expensive international restaurants so I found a couple of cheap places to have empanadas for dinner! Not a single backpacker in sight yet I had read on Booking.com it was located in guests favourite area! At least I felt safe wandering around on my own in the evening & used Uber to go to the bus station, botanical garden & airport plus it was quiet. The staff were helpful & friendly & the Wifi worked! I would not describe Zana as a boutique hotel. I was disappointed with this accommodation. It doesn't match the upmarket area. My room was very basic & there wasn't even a proper breakfast room. The breakfast was very simple & nothing like the photo on Booking.com.

• Hannah (7/5): Basic, but just what we needed. - Friendly staff, in a safe location. The room and bathroom were quite basic, but had everything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was by the entrance walkway, so we could hear people talking loudly when they arrived at the accommodation early - so would recommend ear plugs! The shower was also not brilliant - we were only able to get hot water working with minimal water pressure.

También el personal nos atendió muy bien, muy agradables. El lugar se ve un poco viejo para mi gusto, y si eres una persona que le molesta mucho los ruidos este lugar es un problema porque se escucha todo lo que ocurre. Ese fue mi problema con el lugar

• Patricia (9/5): Excellent location near cafes, bars, restaurants and markets. - The staff at Zana were lovely, friendly, and available on-site 24 hours. All rooms are accessed by outdoor staircase and walkway -nice views across the rooftops of Usaquen and up to the tree-lined hills. Breakfast on Sunday was limited - there was no bread left ( only chocolate croissant with your scrambled eggs!) which was odd!

• Bogdanova (9/5): Dé must-stay: heel comfortabel en in een veilige buurt. - Vanaf het eerste moment heel warm onthaald en dit gevoel is alleen maar versterkt met de dagen. De gastvrouwen stonden altijd voor je klaar. Zeer goede communicatie. De locatie is dan wel ver weg van het centrum, maar meer dan waard naar veiligheid toe! Het plaatje klopte volledig! ‘S avonds is er een beetje geluidsoverlast van een dichtbijzijnde discotheek, maar het was niet storend.

La ubicación es excelente porque cerca están ubicados restaurantes y centros comerciales además de la carrera 7a que es una de la principales de la ciudad. El desayuno, siempre busco hoteles que incluyan el desayuno y este ha sido el peor de todos. Una mini porción de fruta (como poco así puede ser aceptable), un solo huevo revuelto preparado en un sartén que tuvo tiempos mejores, mentalmente me preguntaba cuántos contaminantes estaba consumiendo cuando la señora intentaba arrancar ese único huevo que incluyó el pegado y acompañado por una arepa sin más opción de desayuno y sin incluir bebida, un desayuno que se sintió miserable. Al día siguiente simplemente no desayuné en el hotel y preferí salir a comprar desayuno. Mi habitación tenía la base de la alarma de incendios pero el equipo no estaba. La ducha de mi habitación solo tenía agua extremadamente caliente (sentía que podía quemarme), era imposible graduar la temperatura por lo cual el personal del hotel sugirió bañarme en otra habitación, así lo hice aunque en el nuevo baño tampoco podía graduar la temperatura del agua pero al menos salía tibia. Yo adoro bañarme con agua fría, pero acepto hacerlo con tibia; esa fue una gran decepción con el hotel. Viajé por una cita médica y en este momento tengo la movilidad limitada, al momento de hacer el checkout la recepción estaba vacía y al preguntarle a alguien del personal me dijo que la persona encargada estaba en los pisos superiores, pero tampoco hizo el esfuerzo por llamarla, por lo que tuve que esperar todo el tiempo hasta que apareciera la encargada de recepción.

La arrogancia y grosería del Presidente que se llama Juan y la recepcionista que con hipocresía me dijo que dejará la maleta en la recepción para después poder cobrar $125.000 por 3 horas . Las habitaciones son sucias, no tienen jabones , además del ruido es impresionante. Por experiencia no recomiendo este lugar.

Cuenta con una pequeñisima zona para tomar un tentempié siempre que el tiempo cambiante de Bogotá lo permite, ya que está al descubierto. El nombre del hotel lleva a confusión. El concepto Hotel Boutique es establecimiento pequeño e independiente, de entre 10 y 100 habitaciones, que se distingue por ofrecer una experiencia personalizada, un diseño único y una atmósfera íntima y acogedora en lugar de la estandarización de las grandes cadenas. Este establecimiento es, en realidad, más semejante a un hostal: un lugar muy sencillo, con precios muy asequibles pero muy lejos de ser una instalación única, como deja entrever su nombre: Cama doble de 135x200. Habitación espartana, Ducha de agua que no permite regulación temperatura. Escaleras, sin ascensor. En las noches que lo usé (3) no hubo servicio de limpieza ni cambio de toallas.

• BEATRIZ (7/5): Agreeable, affordable and convenient for long stays for travelers with a budget. - Above all location. Simple but comfortable, nice mattress, warm water and a portable heater in the room that was very useful as nights were cold. A breakfast of fruit, arepas, eggs with coffee or chocolate was provided. Staff was extremely helpful arranging safe transportation when required. Nothing that I didn't like. Only a suggestion, and it could be optional, a small fridge and a coffee maker for longer stays might be useful.

Takes about half-an-hour to get to La Candelaria and the airport. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything you needed. It can get a bit cold, make sure you bring warmer pyjamas.
