• Johanna (10/5): - Het waren onze eerste dagen in Nepal en de hosts hebben ons goed geholpen: ze maakten ons wegwijs en waren altijd bereikbaar voor verzoeken en vragen. Verder was het eten heel lekker en was de accomodatie proper. Niets.

• Amina (7/5): Bon logement pour faire une halte dans la capitale. - J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement qui était pas très loin à pied du quartier de Thamel, un quartier très animé. L’isolation était assez décevante car on entend les chiens aboyer toute la nuit, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger, je ne conseille pas.

• Bo (9/5): Superb - The only thing I want to say is that the place is great for people who want to visit monkey temple. The owner is very nice, he helped me book the bus ticket and tell me the direction. I took a bus from monkey temple to Pokhara.
• Gourab (3/5): It was average. - The room was clean. The owner and his wife were not good. They are just money-minded people. They did not even provide any soap. They just provided a towel. That's all. Not even a water bottle they provided in the room. The room was very small.

• Cooper (7/5): Great place, bad location for solo female traveller - The staff are lovely There is a balcony The dogs attacked me. I was coming back to the property after 10pm, and noone warned me that there is a pack of dangerous dogs on this street. I had to scream for my life and I was very nearly bitten. The locals told me, "this is dangerous street. These dogs are dangerous. Do not go out after 9pm." Not only that, i couldn't get inside after that. It took 15 minutes to get back inside because it was all locked up. I had to wake someone up. Would not recommend the location for safety reasons. Warn your guests about the dogs or do something about them before someone gets hurt.

• Ivanka (9/5): A great place to stay - The place is cozy in a lovely neighbourhood near Svayambhunath. The stupa is a 10 min walk from the guesthouse. The room was nice, with a big window and lots of sunlight during the day. I had a shared bathroom - there was hot water in the shower. All in all, a great place with ample choice of restaurants and cafes around. I liked everything

• Horváth (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing. Really close to the Thamel, but not busy. The building is beautiful, amd our room was so cozy, we really felt ourself at home. To be honest, its my favourite accomodation in Nepal, not just in Kathmandu. The biggest joy that is really a homestay. Our host are relly like a family. We were their guest, but in the best way. They offer to bring us to the bus when we went to Pokhara, we drink rakshi together, they always aking how we feel ourself amd helping with everything. We gonna go back!! I can recommended!

Overall I like my staying here — location is not far from central, nearby area is quite safe. The owner of the place is very nice and helped me to arrange taxi to airport, helped with luggage. Recommended! Wi-fi connection was weak sometines but it's kinda common thing for Nepal in general.

• David (1/5): Avoid this place. - The location to the Monkey Temple is the only thing going for it. The cleanliness of this property is shocking ( See pictures ) The room itself had never been swept there were drinks marks lashed up the walls and hair on the floor. The rooms kitchen had grit and dirt everything not seen a cleaning ever. There is also an extra charge if you wish to use the kitchen within the room. the bathroom was super dirty the mirror and shelf should be transparent they had hair and other people toothpaste waste all over it. ( See Picture ) The family in charge of the is property were so rude and vacant it was very very difficult to communicate and all they were interested was money. When I was leaving I asked about a taxi to the airport and the mother offered her son to drive for 1000 rupees. I should not have accepted this. firstly that price is wrong and secondly he did not know how to drive a manual and then proceeded to drive me to the wrong location pull over and dumped me in a location 15 minutes in the opposite direction. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I had to get another actual taxi to get me to the airport on time. All round the worst place I have visited on Booking.com
