Freddie (9/5): Excellent stay. Wifi in rooms please - The place is nearby all tourist attraction sites. The host was friendly and explained every little detail . The drive way space between the rooms should be adjusted to suit even drivers that are not good. Rooms are without wifi, only on the pool area. The swimming pool is also small in terms of width.
Rose (5/5): Was okay but can get better - Shops and restaurants are just all around,the place is peaceful and calm They don’t offer coffee,tea and sugar. There’s a swimming pool but no hair dryer The housekeepers doesn’t really clean up or change towels we stayed 4 nights using the same towels and no mat on the floor it gets wet when you wash up as it’s small.

Josephine (7/5): Awesome, peace and quiet. - I love the peace and quiet of the place. It's near most of attractions and I just feel safe there. It's such a good place for relaxing. Property could upgrade a bit not change the place it's old and have history interior and furnishings they can be old style don't mind but comfortable especially sitting area and bed. Overall I do enjoy staying in this property

There was also a leak in the bathroom. The toaster was not working. Some cookware was also missing. We also lost some money from the cabin.

Everything else was great and the host is such a lovely lady who welcomed us with so much warmth. There was no wifi in the cabins, you could only connect t when your by the pool area. And the gate had to be opened manually. Otherwise everything else was great.

Mashudushudu (7/5): - The location was good aa it was close to ahops. But the weather was not favourable it was very cold and rainy. The rooms were stuffy and there was a smelly carpet . I had a hard time sleeping due to the smelly carpet and my nose was congested. I was not happy with the hygiene of the rooms. And the toilet was blocked it couldn’t flush. They have a swimming pool but it was dirty and not appealing so we never got to use it.

It's about what we didn't like but about what they can improve.. The wifi coverage should cover all the cabins and not just cover a specific place.. The place can do with smart boxes on the tv's instead of the ovhd boxes.

Unser Haus war geräumig, mit einer Küchenzeile, Herdplatten und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet, sowie mit einer Sitzecke und Fernseher. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nur ein entscheidendes Manko :die Matratzen der Betten in Bungalow 11 sind komplett durchgelegen und müssen erneuert werden- aus diesem Grund ist die Bewertung nicht gut ausgefallen - sonst kann man sich in der Unterkunft wohlfühlen Matratzen alt und durchgelegen - betrifft Bungalow 11/ für andere kann ich nicht sprechen

Maga a bungalló tágas, kényelmesen el lehet benne férni, minden van benne, ami egy pár napos tartózkodáshoz kellene. Extra tip: ha szeretsz sötétben aludni, hozz szemtakarót. Van függöny ugyan, de az nem sötétít. Wifi csak a medence környékén működött. A medence koszosnak hatott, hiába volt napsütéses idő, emiatt senki sem szívesen ment be a medencébe. A konyhában lehetne éles kés az evőeszközös között és rendes mosogatószivacs is.

As a result, we had no water and no electricity, which significantly delayed the start of our trip. To make an intolerable situation worse, your communication was abysmal. No one from your team had the decency to provide us with proactive updates. We were left in the dark, forced to repeatedly call to find out what was happening. The property gates were left unlocked, and there was no security guard on site. This is an unacceptable safety risk that no guest should ever have to worry about. Your staff lied to us saying they’ll be security The staff member we reached was unfriendly, unhelpful, and at one point, simply stopped answering our calls. This is a complete dereliction of your basic duty to your guests. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was a total failure of service and professionalism. You need to do a lot better, starting with basic respect for the people who pay to stay at your property.

The were people walking around and talking very loudly next to our cabin which made us feel unsafe, as we did not know if it was other guests or intruders.

Only if they can work on room service that they promised but no one came to offer the service We were there for 4 nights. The last time we saw any of their staff was when we checked in. Not welcoming at all. We were provided toilet rolls for only 2 days over 5 days we were in the facility. Booked 2 rooms, but the other room used by my daughter had no hand wash liquid in the toilet. Our room had a bread toaster that doesn't work.

LEIRE (9/5): - La ubicación era perfecta para poder hacer la ruta panorama. Y la cabaña estaba ideal para 4 personas. Tenía parking privado Por poner alguna pega el baño tenía bañera

nosizwe (7/5): We had a lovely stay in the log cabin. It was very clean. The staff were helpful. - That it was clean. And their mattress is a good mattress. The log cabin looks outdated.they must make them modern.
Janine (5/5): - Host was friendly and helpful on arrival. Rooms were neat and clean. Property was well groomed. Host came to tell me I had to be out by 9:30 next morning, I was checkee in for 2 days. The kitchen even though it had basic equipment for cooking, the utensils we of poor quality. WI-FI was not good, you needed to go to the pool area. The pool looked awful.

She brought an old one the next day, that didn't have a lit at the back to protect the batteries from falling. We were not informed in time that wifi was only accessible at the pool.
