Incredibly romantic 🥰, furnished with so much love and perfectly coordinated in every detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Truly highly recommended. All perfect. Just the overall price is for our understanding at the upper side, which we compare with other areas at this place.

• sue (9/5): Super boutique hotel - The property is very well cared for and beautifully decorated. There is an infinity pool and the grounds and views are beautiful. The rooms are lovely , we had our own terrace which was lovely as we have two dogs. You are well catered for in the rooms, fridge kettle etc. lovely toiletries in the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Free stay for pets which is super, plenty of on site parking. We absolutely loved this place. It’s a shame that there is no longer a restaurant, there is breakfast which we declined as we thought it a little expensive, we are not big eaters . However , you are well informed prior to your stay to bring drinks and snacks. It is possible to walk to the village, although the terrain is quite challenging.

De bedden zijn groot en matrassen van topkwaliteit. Het is er heerlijk rustig. Prachtig om vanuit de Posada wandelingen te maken. Het ontbijt is super! Heel royaal en lekkere koffie! Toiletsædet sad løst. En enkelt morgen manglede der varmt vand. En lampe på badeværelset gav elektrisk stød, hvis man havde bare fødder. Morgenmaden kostede ikke det, der var oplyst ved bookningen, men 6 € mindre.

• Lisa (10/5): - I can't fully describe how this place made me feel but if you need real rest and peace for mind body and soul I'd advise you go to the Posada Morisca . The views are breathtaking. The staff couldn't be lovelier. Rooms comfortable, cosy and well equipped with even plates ect so you can bring your own snacks. If you like partying and busy places dont come here, but if you want to escape from our busy world, do 💗 This isn't a don't like but just be aware you'll probably need a car to get there and the road in feels a little scarey 1st time but its totally fine. You can easily walk into Frigilliani if you have basic fitness and are ok with hills.

• ANDRES (6/5): Las expectativas y el precio están por encima de muchos detalles que ofrecen - Es muy tranquilo y ayuda a relajarte, buenas vistas y el personal es amable Ha habido varias cosas que han hecho que la experiencia sea peor de lo que esperaba, los colchones son muy blandos y la almohadas no le han resultado cómodas, pero eso es algo personal, habrá gente que le guste y gente que no, el baño bastantes cosas, no tiene porta rollos, el plato ducha es muy pequeño, no tiene espejo como tal en el lavabo, tiene uno de adorno en un lateral muy pequeño y para las mujeres arreglarse etc pues no sirve, luego el secador está totalmente fuera de lugar, muy antiguo, roto el soporte donde se apoya el de la habitación 5 que ha sido la mía, y encima el primer día no pude ducharme porque tenían el calentador muy bajo de temperatura, normalmente dicen que lo tienen a 60 grados y lo tenían a 20, a la mañana siguiente ya salía caliente.

• Jan (8/5): Een prachtige locatie maar door de dochter was het ontbijt wel erg duur betaald. - De locatie en het kleinschalige hotel waren fantastisch. We waren met nog een ander stel de enige gasten. De eigenaresse was erg vriendelijk en is een geweldige gastvrouw en wilde het ons volledig naar het zin maken. Helaas zagen we de gastvrouw maar 1 x bij het ontbijt en de andere dagen waren we overgeleverd aan de nukken van haar dochter. Tijdens het ontbijt was ze constant aan de telefoon en heeft ze niets bijzonders voor ons betekent. Zelfs geen verse jus d’orange gemaakt of scrumbled eggs wat haar moeder wel deed. Ze gaf ook verkeerde informatie over de schoonmaak van onze kamer en werd boos op mij toen ik niet wist hoe de koffiemachine werkte. Totaal ongeschikt om daar met gasten om te gaan. Heeel jammer, want de eigenaresse kan dit juist uitermate goed.

Spijt dat we ontbijt niet hadden geboekt, zag er geweldig uit. Bed oké, in een van de kamers, in de andere te hard. Tweede ochtend geen warm water, maar dat kan met de storm te maken hebben. Al met al uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De bedden hadden wat beter gekund. Maar al met al geen klachten.

• anamaralda (10/5): Vistas perfectas - ¡Vengo enamorada de la Posada, de María y de Frigiliana! Es un enclave muy especial. Las vistas son increíbles: se ve Nerja, el Mediterráneo y el pueblo. Lo mejor es que puedes llegar a Frigiliana andando en unos 15 minutos por un camino precioso entre casas, campos de aguacates y naturaleza; un paseo muy agradable. La posada en sí es una maravilla: la decoración, las plantas y las luces por la noche crean un ambiente acogedor e idílico. El desayuno buffet es estupendo, sobre todo tomándolo en la terraza con ese paisaje. Mención especial a María, la dueña, que es un encanto, nos ayudó en todo y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además, el trato a nuestras perritas fue excepcional (tuvieron detalles con ellas y las trataron como parte de la familia). La habitación tenía una decoración exquisita y una bañera de hidromasaje muy amplia. El acceso en coche hasta la posada es un camino algo sinuoso, especialmente si conduces de noche, aunque una vez allí merece totalmente la pena por la tranquilidad y las vistas. En cuanto a la habitación, la bañera de hidromasaje es fantástica, pero quizás le añadiría alguna mampara o barrera para evitar que el agua salpique fuera al usarla. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

• Karen (9/5): - The rooms are stylish and very comfortably furnished. Each with a private balcony and view of Frigiliama and the sea. Very comfortable beds the pool area is also lovely with loungers and bar service from 4pm. Very relaxing. It's not a walk to the centre of Frugiliama so factor a short drive or taxi in. The location is great for views and peace and quiet though.

Die Einrichtungen waren komfortabel und das Frühstück recht gut. Obwohl die Gesamtausstattung schön und gemütlich ist, war das Zimmer selbst etwas dunkel und sah alt aus. Das Personal war manchmal nicht so freundlich und manchmal hilfsbereit, als ob sie sich selbst daran erinnern müssten, nett zu den Gästen zu sein.

Our mobile phone failed to function and we urgently contacted Booking.com to obtain details of our other booking in Frigliana. This information was not forthcoming despite numerous phone calls and texts to Booking.com and we therefore needed to find urgently alternative accommodation for the night. It was getting late and we had travelled from Marrakech. Our welcome at Posada Morisca was wonderful. We were provided with food in addition to drinks from the bar despite the fact that it is usually a B & B. There is nothing we didn’t like.

• Jean-Philippe (7/5): Hôtel au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur Frigiliana - La vue depuis cette maison d'hôtes est magnifique sur Frigiliana et la mer au loin. Même si on n'en a pas profité, la piscine est sympa aussi. La petite terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner est agréable. Dommage de ne pas proposer de repas le soir, car le village est vraiment loin à pied. Le personnel n'est pas toujours très attentionnés vis-à vis des clients.

• SteveP (6/5): - We chose this hotel due to location in a Mango and Avocado farm away from town for our last days whilst travelling for 5 weeks. The hotel was great in this respect with a great pool and view over Frigiliana and Nerja. It was close enough to both places for dinner and a swim in crystal waters in ocean left of Nerja. Paid staff were v nice especially Jessica! Room had a large balcony with hammock with great views. We had a mostly relaxing stay at this hotel, and with some improvements, it could become a truly special place. The shower needs a curtain as whole bathroom gets wet and no mop to mop up. The breakfast, which costs €18, was initially quite sparse and lacking in variety during the first few days. It seemed like they weren't restocking items like cheese, cold cuts, and even basics like avocado and honey regularly. There was no mango available despite it being in season, but when we asked, they kindly added some to the buffet the next day. Jessica was a lovely staff member and even gifted us a whole mango for our room, which was a nice personal touch—something the hotel could do more of for a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere. On a positive note, the breakfast improved on the last day, with a better selection of cheese, cold cuts, and fresh fruit. Overall, with better resupplying of breakfast items and a more welcoming staff environment, this hotel has great potential.
• Patty (5/5): Ondermaats - De plek is erg mooi met uitzicht op Frigiliana. De kamer was sfeervol maar klein. Zwembad is fijn vooral als het warm is. Ik verbaas me over bovenstaande reviews. Je wordt door niemand ontvangen als je in de middag/ avond aankomt. Je krijgt de sleutel van je kamer dmv een code, heel onpersoonlijk. De dochter vd eigenaren was meer met zichzelf bezig dan met de gasten. Totaal geen interesse, Er kon in de ochtend amper een goedemorgen vanaf. Het ontbijt was slecht. Er lagen een paar stukjes mager fruit. Hardgekookte eitjes die zo hard gekookt waren dat ze blauw zagen. Yoghurt die na twee keer al bijgevuld moest worden. Wat goedkope ham en plakjes kaas wat meer op plastic leek. De hond die continu door de ontbijtruimte heen liep en een hele sterke geur afgaf. En daar betaal je dan 18 euro pp voor, echt schandalig. Gelukkig waren er leuke gasten en de mevrouw vh ontbijt was heel lief, die kon er verder ook niets aandoen. Helaas staat gastvrijheid niet hoog in het vaandel.

• Mollie (7/5): Lovely peaceful hotel with great pool and rooms - Great location and views, lovely infinity pool, very comfortable room and bathrooms, peaceful and quiet. They do not serve lunch or dinner so you need to leave to get this each day which is a shame. Drinks only served between 4-8pm. Breakfast is fine but not worth €18
