I was set to check out at 11am but was rudly awakened by front desk pounding on the door at when even tried to enter the room but luckily the security latch was locked just to ask if we were still checking out at 11.. which to me was out of line and invasive.

- mikey (2/5): Bad stay - I would not stay at this hotel ever again they didn’t have the cart for me to bring my stuff up to the room so I ended up having to bring it all the way to the 3rd floor by hand one at a time luckily I had help from some of the other guests I didn't have any help when I left and the cart was still not down there 7 days later when I checked out so I was forced to have to carry it all my items down by myself with no help at all the kitchen was missing certain items and they did not do any sort of housekeeping at all after a long day out I came to my room to it locked and when I found out the reason I was pissed becuz I was hit with a $25 linen fee which I’ve never had to pay for at any hotel let alone them locking me out of the room for it and it happened to be the day before I check out which I felt was jus insane the people at the front desk were unprofessional in every manner and provided very little help jus an overall bad experience I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone

- Gloria (2/5): - We got there and doors were lock and nobody was at the front desk, I had to call and when they finally answered they couldn’t gives exact directions on where was the front desk, when we found it, he finally open the door and open the window for the front desk. Was rude and didn’t explain where the elevator was or where was our room. Building was hot all over. Room ac didn’t cool off enough and because of the conditions we had to leave at 5am, room temp was unbearable. When we were trying to return the room key the frond desk was closed and when I called he took again forever to answer and told me just to leave the keycard by the window. When we were leaving also it was a random man sleeping in the lobby and when he heard us he got up and look at us and walk out. This was our worst experience. I’ll appreciate if a refund will be issued to us for the horrible experience and also we didn’t even get to rest to continue our trip. Please I’ll appreciate if we get our money back. Thank you

As we keep staying, I started noticing molds in the shower, and saw baby roaches about 4 times during my stay. They come from the bed frame, AC, and in the wall cracks. I even saw one crawling on THE BED during my last day there. The bed was also making me itchy and I had bug bites. It was so gross.

My key stopped working 1 morning and when I went to call the front desk at 8:25 I was met with an attitude. I informed them my key stopped working and I was locked out with my dog and was running late for work. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the front desk staff wasn’t available 24/7. 2. The second floor where all the dogs were, stinks. The carpet has visible stains and there was dog feeces left in the hallway one day. The carpet needs to be ripped and replaced with title if that’s the “dog floor” 3. A few times I had to close the side entrances that were propped open. 4. I take extremely hot showers. One day I stepped out of the bathroom and the fire alarm went out. When the manager came, she went into my room alone and left me outside, I could hear her rummaging through my stuff - nothing I signed said staff could go through my things without me or anyone else there. She swore she smelled cigarettes - I don’t smoke cigarettes 5. A few days after I checked in and paid my fees there was an additional charge made to my card and no one explained why

The property manager was amazing I can’t remember her name but my gosh was she amazing at handling business! The lobby attendant was amazing also we stayed for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter Tour… the amount of time these girls were willing to put in for us to make sure we were safe while attending events around Houston should be illegal! I was very adamant about coming to this property because of the reviews but turned out it was lies. 100% will be coming back here for my next trip to Houston! Thank you girls so much for everything you guys did to make sure we had a great stay and perfect trip!

Elevators smelled of animal ammonia along with the hallways and room. Shower door didn’t even close all the way, when I asked for a new room front desk staff stated that all of the rooms looked the same way.

- Latoria (8/5): - Felt very safe. Loved the full kitchen, it felt very homely. I will say I gave it 3 stars because the following morning I seen a baby roach in the bathroom. I absolutely hate roaches. Yuck! Ruined my whole experience!
