The staff's excellent service The bed linen The breakfast options menu but when I back I noticed I found the same menu. My son left his NPWP card the last time we stayed but nobody messaged me or called me. If we nor come back maybe they will not let us know until I back to Australia. The drainage in the shower area has to be repaired because the water shower spread outside the shower area. No face towel available hand towel or spare facial tissue in the bathroom

• Chiquita (8/5): Enjoyable stay at the hotel while attending event at ICE - Beds are comfortable to sleep in, the aircon can be self adjustable, food that we get at the Atmosphere are good and the friendly staff makes the stay more enjoyable. Sounds from the traffic in front of the hotel will sometime seep into the room esp. when a motorcyclist decided to revv up their engine.

There were miscommunication a bit in the checkin process due to the nature of Indonesian culture always using Whatsapp for communication and assuming that my Indonesian number has Whatsapp, even though I clearly stated on earlier message via apps that I have different Whatsapp number, made me almost lose the booking but eventually we sorted it all out. Not a major issue, though.

• Mel (9/5): Clean hotel with minimal frills - The room was generally clean and comfortable. The restaurant (Atmosphere) served daily local cuisine breakfast (e.g., Bali, Central Java) and had a pretty decent food selection for lunch, dinner and room service. Hotel was located within 10-mins car ride from Aeon Mall and ICE (convention centre). The shower in the bathroom was leaking a little and the coffee cups in the room were not cleaned properly.

• April (9/5): Superb - I like that there are different menus of foods every breakfast it was the only time that we are able to eat some Indonesian local cuisines. The staffs are also accommodating. They always helped us to book a taxi whenever we go outside the hotel. 😊 Maybe the smell of cigarettes outside the room? 😅
