Pour le reste, nous avons dû payer un supplément pour que personne d'inconnu ne vienne s'ajouter dans notre chambre, l'enregistrement à prit 25minutes. Pas de bouilloire ou tasse et café dans les chambres. Taches suspect sur les murs prêt des lits. Champignons dans la douche et caca entre les deux planches de toilette. L'évier de salle de bain dans la chambre sans porte à la vue de tous. Nous avons dû insister pour que l'on nous donne du papier de toilette, un rouleau pour 5 personnes c'était très peu. Le personnel ne parle pas le néerlandais en HOLLANDE !!! Très, très peu de choix pour le déjeuner. Pour le reste, nous avons dû payer un supplément pour que personne d'inconnu ne vienne s'ajouter dans notre chambre, l'enregistrement à prit 25minutes, pour moi le fait que c'est un "dortoir mixte", ne veut pas dire que nous aurons une personne inconnue avec nous dans la chambre, dû coup nous avons du payer la place de la 6e personne pour que la chambre devienne privative. Nach mehreren Versuchen Kontakt aufzunehmen habe ich keine Antwort bekommen und die Kaution habe ich nicht zurück bekommen.

The hotel is right by Amstel station, 15 minutes away from the city center, so I would 100% recommend if you're looking to explore Amsterdam. The staff is kind and helpful. I worked in the hotel and there are nice coworking spaces, good wifi collection. It was a bit pricey for the accommodation I chose

- Christoph (8/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Bahnhof ist direkt daneben und man kommt gut in die Stadt. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt parken. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Bad ist geräumig. Im EG gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Küche. Frühstück kann man aber auch beim Hotel dazu buchen. Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Hafen mit einigen Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Usamos a máquina de lavar roupa no hotel e haviam uma cozinha equipada para fazer as próprias refeições. Apesar de um pouco afastado da região turística da cidade, a locomoção de trem e de ônibus era muito fácil. Pegamos um quarto quadruplo e as fotos de divulgação mostram um quarto bem mais espaçoso, com fácil circulação, enquanto na realidade, a beliche fica colada na cama de casal (que são duas camas de solteiras). O quarto é tão apertado que se alguém estiver de pé do lado da cama, não tem como outra pessoa passar.

Ideaal. - Betalen voor het opslaan van je bagage vind ik als hotel zijnde wat ver gaan. Waar is de service gebleven? - Het ontbijt is op zijn best matig.. weinig keuze en niet heel lekker. Ook zelf je tafel afruimen is gek als je wel de hele tijd heel veel personeel als kip zonder kop ziet rondlopen. - Hygiëne.. onze kamer was niet heel schoon. Op 2 krukken zaten opgedroogde resten frisfrank.. niet een klein vlekje, maar volledig vol. Ook veel vlekken op het beddengoed. - Alles voelde aan als een budgethotel, waarbij je vervolgens voor elk extra’tje moet betalen. We overnachten vaker in Amsterdam.. er zijn echt betere opties dan dit hotel te vinden, die ook qua locatie gewoon goed zijn.

- Sergei (4/5): Convenient location, old hotel. - Location mostly - it's right next to the big train station and right above the parking. So whatever you need by transport is there. Everything else 😅 it was very "used", some leaks from the walls, facilities are dirty, lift halls are weird and smelly. It's “too close” to train station, I guess, and a lot of random people are around, smoking weed etc. So it was an awkward experience for not so cheap price. I guess it's passable by Amsterdam price standards, but can't recommend.

Hay un supermercado enfrente y lo mejor, puedes cocinar en el hotel. Hay una cocina para los huéspedes equipada con todo. En las habitaciones, las literas son demasiado incómodas para personas de más de 10 años!! Para un adulto es imposible bajarse porque no hay espacio para sentarse al borde de la cama. Los sartenes de teflón deberían cambiarse , están todos repelados.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir avoir une facture par chambre, de ne pas avoir pu avoir une vraie facture le jour-même et d'avoir été obligée d'en faire la demande via Booking, d'avoir dû m'y reprendre à plusieurs fois car le chatbot est visiblement buggé et qui plus est d'avoir reçu une facture à un mauvais nom!

- Juri (5/5): - В принципе отель хороший, но больше похож на хостел, с идеальным расположением прямо рядом со станцией метро, железнодорожным и автобусным вокзалом Амстел. До центрального вокзала мин.10 Номера имеют просторную собственную ванную комнату. Персонал на ресепшене очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. В комнате достаточно розеток чтобы заряжать несколько гаджетов одновременно. Имеется кухна для гостей - где ты сам можешь приготовить и разогреть еду. Вокруг достаточно много вариантов с едой где можно хорошо посидеть вечером или по быстрому перекусить. Также рядышком продуктовый магазин. Завтрак: очень ограниченный выбор, отсутствие яичницы и полное отсутствие чего-то соленого (маринованные огурчики и рыба).Завтраки однообразные и в основном все только сладкое и сухое. Через пару дней завтракать уже в отеле не хочется, но есть рядом другие варианты (но дешевле точно не будет) Уборка столов также была неудовлетворительной. В первую ночь обнаружили что на простыне была прилеплена жвачка.... Но самое ужасное это шум от вентиляции ... Сам ты никак регулировать не можешь, а она включается когда сама хочет ( видимо датчик стоит где-то). Одну ночь было довольно таки прохладно, на другую ночь - наоборот. Окошки не открываются - проветрить комнату никак. Но все бы ничего если бы не постоянный шум от вентиляции и включения выключения. Это ужасно....Жена спала с бирушами и то не помогало.... Второе: зачем-то у изголовья кровати приделаны розетки, выключатель и идиотские совсем не нужные "ночные" лампочки (которые, к тому же ещё и еле держатся). Одну ночь я локтем случайно задел выключатель и включил свет.... всех этим разбудив. И третье: изоляция окон слабая. Под утро начинают ходить поезда - и слышен каждый стык рельса.... В общей картине с шумной вентиляцией - незабываемая ночь.
- JoeriB (5/5): Check-in ruiniert den Aufenthalt - Location ist gut, direkt am Bahnhof Amstel. Parkhäuser direkt in der Nähe. Aufenthaltsraum in der Lobby. Unfassbar schlechtes Check-In Erlebnis. Diskussion ab der erste Minute, hauptsache keine Fehler gestehen. Drohen mit Strafen bei Zimmerkarteverlust. Besonders unfreundlich. Zimmerausstattung eher Basic. Geschlossene (nicht kippbare) fenster in einem Vierbettzimmer.
