I have visited the city a number of times for business over the last 4-5 years but have never stayed at this hotel. I had a great experience - the hotel is well managed and staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. The restaurants offer a nice variety with reasonable pricing and the spa is a nice facility. I especially appreciated staff friendliness and helpfulness.

The location is amazing, the amenities were all to the standards of a 5 star hotel, and the staff were so all so friendly. The restaurants are also very good. The breakfast is order based rather than a buffet style and i enjoyed most of the items on their menu. Also Chao Chao is an amazing rooftop restaurant that i recommend for everyone staying here to try at least once

I could fix many meetings at the mall and local people were willing to travel there. The room was awesome. The bathroom had a bath tub overlooking the city. The bedroom was big. It has a closet too. The amenities in the room was very good. Water was given in glass bottles - seriously awesome! Special shoutout to housekeeping who cleaned my room twice on 1 day because my room became overused in one afternoon. They would have checked and cleaned again. Really, never experienced this anywhere else. They have an excellent roof top bar. Please go there at least 1 evening. Breakfast choice is limited with ala carte options only. So, for a family with kids might be challenging. The WiFi can be of better quality I was on the 7th floor and there was traffic noise from the busy road below which disturbed sleep specially in the morning. The bathing area in the bathroom has a problem - the water leaks into the main bathroom. There is no partition. It is expensive. Costed me MYR 5000 for 3 nights. So, around USD 372 per night. But, I think mainly it can be justified mainly because of the location

Slightly more on the expensive side but the same is made up by room size and service. WiFi quality can be improved better. Breakfast choice is limited. Amazing rooftop bar. Amazing housekeeping services. Sleep quality gets affected because of traffic on road outside, I was on 7th floor. Room amenities are awesome.

However, this stay exceeded my high expectations. I was made to feel like an honored guest in the hotel. The staff greeted me by name every time they saw me. Instead of a lounge, they provided Globalist with breakfast and dinner (happy hour) in the restaurant. The food quality in the restaurant was top notch and much better than typical lounge food. I was upgraded to their largest room, which was not a 2 room suite, but was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Although this is a category 3 Hyatt property, my stay was equivalent to a 5 star hotel stay. I highly recommend the Alila hotel when visiting Jakarta.

The view from the top is breathtaking, offering a panoramic look at the cityscape that makes for a perfect setting to unwind. The drinks served were well-prepared and flavorful, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, with only minor room for improvement at Vong’s bar. • akh74 (10/5): Tallest Building in Town - I am so happy to have stayed here. The pool on the sixth floor outdoor roof-deck is huge and good for laps as well as child’s play. My room was elegant and comfortable and well stocked with chamomile tea, water, coffee. Breakfast at Epice downstairs is delicious with something for everyone; I personally loved the liver and chicken. Staff are lovely. The bar on the 29th floor has a ‘secret’ happy hour.

• Pl (8/5): Small Changes would make a Big Difference - The rest of my stay has been pleasant with very efficient and attentive staff. The 3-legged stool in the room is a safety hazard it's not stable and both of us fell off it twice! Please consider to change it as this would pose danger to more fragile guests. The twin room although spacious, is still an inconvenient layout especially if housekeeping wants to get to the curtains they would have to step ON the bed before they can reach it! This is really unhygienic!

Great room, comfortable, very quiet, the bluetooth speaker was nice to have in the room as well. Convenient location to the Pacific Place mall next door. • Peter (8/5): Great hotel, great location, inexperienced staff - The hotel is brand new and very nice. The location is excellent - numerous restaurants and a great mall right across the street. My only complaint is that the staff is still very inexperienced. There were a number of situations that highlighted this fact. I should note that the staff was always friendly and accommodating, but they still need training and practice. This will be a great hotel in time once the new staff/ new hotel bugs are ironed out.
