- Varvara (10/5): - Стильно, ТИХО! Супер-качественные окна с вентиляцией. Просто ни единого постороннего звука! Качественная косметика. Чисто. Качественный матрас и подушки. 3 остановки до Оперы. Трамвайная остановка в 1 минуте ходьбы. Напротив супермаркет. Не хватило тапочек. Второй свет в коридоре ничем не закрывался. Под утро приходилось вставать и закрывать дверь в спальню. Но это не критично.

- Melahat (10/5): - Biz balkonlu odayı tercih etmiştik, odada ihtiyacınız olan herşey var, klima, kahve makinası, su ısıtıcı, ekmek kızartma makinası, fırın, çatal, kaşık, tabak, tencere, bulaşık deterjanı, temizlik bezi ve sünger. Tek sıkıntısı oda 4 günde bir temizleniyor, ekstra temizlik isterseniz 25 Euro alınıyor ve otele giriş yaparken otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonraki günlerde iade edilmek üzere 150 Euro da depozito alınıyor. Biz önceden bunları bildiğimizden çok sıkıntı da olmadı.

- briscan (8/5): I loved the - Everything was very clean and neat. Nearby are a lot of stores and food places and I loved how quiet it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You have all you need in the kitchen, even a dishwasher. Very nice, I will gladly come again! There were ants around the apartment. Not everyone but on the table and around the kitchen. We left some food for about a hour or two and when we came back the ants were even in our juice glasses. Some were crawling on the chair and on the wall.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, if I had to say anything then the only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the apartment. But, that certainly didn’t impact on our stay.

- Teresa (7/5): Great location, average rooms, a little on the pricy side - I liked the location, it was a few minutes walk to the tram location. I liked that laundry was free and included, the only downside was that there are only two machines and it takes forever to dry and even then it comes out damp. The beds were comfortable enough and there's also a kitchen with a fridge as it's an aparthotel. Its also close to a grocery store, Billa, which was convenient to get some breakfast breads before I had to leave. The receptionists were nice. For the price, I expected a little more. It wasn't as nice as I expected. The room itself was average, but the price was high. The lights in the outdoor hallway were dim in one section but bright in the other.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kombination aus der ruhigen Atmosphäre im Appartement, dem sehr bequemen Bett, in dem wir nach einem ausgiebigen Tag in Wien wunderbar geschlafen haben, und 1a ist die Lage, da die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür abfährt und man auch super schnell am Hauptbahnhof ist, liegt einem praktisch ganz Wien zu Füßen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit mitten im Geschehen und kann die Stadt in vollen Zügen genießen. Einfach klasse! Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist zudem der Spar-Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe, in dem man sich super für ein eigenes Frühstück eindecken kann.“ „Bei unserer Ankunft war leider niemand an der Rezeption, weshalb wir eine Viertelstunde auf den Check-in warten mussten. - Jan Niklas (9/5): - Ein super schönes und modernes Hotel, das gleichzeitig wie eine Ferienwohnung ist. Gerade wenn man länger da ist, ist diese Mischung wirklich ideal. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terasse. An sich ist diese sehr schön gewesen, aber leider war zwischen dem Nachbarzimmer und unserem keinerlei Trennung. Dadurch teilt man sich eine Terasse und man hat keine Privatsphäre. Ein kleiner Trenner wäre hier sehr wünschenswert.

- John (9/5): Excellent location and good value for money. - Location to all public transport was good. We could walk into the centre of Vienna and down to the Danube if you like walking. I Facilities in the kitchen were good for breakfast, a snack and a drink. Very quiet room at back of hotel. The reception staff were excellent. The terrace garden was very small but it was nice to have it.

La struttura é molto accogliente e gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi. Il nostro appartamento era un bilocale con soggiorno e cucina e balcone, quest'ultimo comunicante con la camera da letto. Il bagno molto ampio con doccia walk in. Con un bagno così grande...si potrebbe installare un bidet... (Ovviamente non è una critica, capisco che é una abitudine di noi italiani).

- OSNAT (10/5): בהחלט נחזור שוב למלון במידה ונגיע שוב לוינה - זו השהות השניה שלנו במלון ושוב לא התאכזבנו. הפעם היינו 2 אנשים ולכן לנו בחדר סטודיו שהיה ממש מרווח ומאובזר היטב, המיטה נוחה מאד, המטבח שימש אותנו היטב, מקרר גדול, ידענו מראש שלא מסדרים ומנקים את החדר מידי יום, אבל סיפקו לנו מגבות חדשות מתי שביקשנו. החדר נקי והמקלחת והשירותים נקיים ונוחים לשימוש. המלון ממוקם ליד חשמלית לכיוון המרכז שמגיעה בתדירות גבוהה, המלון מצוי ליד 3 סופרמרקטים וליד מסעדה טובה ונמצא באיזור טוב. הצוות עזר לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים - צוות שירותי מאד ומקצועי מאד שנתן לנו תחושה טובה במהלך השהות שלנו. כלום.

Walking distance to Belvedere , botanical garden , & excellent cafe! Little light & noise at night, considering the city location, Comfortable beds. Wifi, & fridge would have been better without minibar items - we preferred to stock it with our own stuff.

Our apartment (Suite Deluxe Junior with terrace) had two balconies, one in living room with view of the street and one in bedroom with the view of the courtyard. We had a full kitchen so we could make our own food. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is great. The bathroom has enough space for all the toiletries and it is well lit. I love also the light in the bedroom as it has three different types of lights. It was very close to Billa and Spar, and the tram station which was connected to the inner city. There is also a great Italian and Asian restaurant across the street. The door has a terrible key hole and key :) It requires some adjusting before you can unlock the door, and the size of the keychain is a bit too big to properly unlock the door as it gets in the way and you have to hold it in two hands :D I would also like to point out that there is only one kitchen towel, and there should at least be two.

- Thomas (7/5): Gut - Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top! Lage sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Hell und modern eingerichtet, eigentlich alles vorhanden in den Apartments. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie 2Weingläser wären super. Es war nur ein Glas vorhanden. Eine kleine Pfanne wäre gut. Zimmer 14 Ein paar kleine Dinge die uns nicht so gefallen haben. 1. Tiefgaragenplatz ist überteuert. 2. Duschkabine, keine Tür, somit läuft das Wasser raus. 3. Kein Waschbecken im WC, obwohl viel Platz vorhanden ist. 4. Frühstück im Hotel wäre super. Dies gibts nur vom Lieferanten und nur aufs Zimmer.

Rezervasyon yaparken giriş günü gece iki gibi giriş yapacağımı ilk rezervasyon gününden beri yazdım.oel tarafından erken check in gerekeni yapacaklarını ilettiler. Ancak yolculuk başlamadan aradığımda bana girişlerin öğlen yapılabildiği ve gece o saatte gelirsem ayrıca ücret ödemem gerektiği son anda bildirdi. Ben otelden yardım talep etmeme rağmen istersek ilave bir gün için normal rezervasyonuma göre çok fazla bir gecelik tutarda (150 Euro) fiyat istendi. Tabi son gün yolculukla gelip rezil olmamak adına teklifi kabul etmek zorunda kaldık. Bu beni ve ailemi son derece üzdü.
