• Tilda (1/5): The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Do yourself a favour and book another one - The only thing good about this place was the location. Nothing else Once I entered, it smelled and felt like a crack house. The smell of weed, dirt everywhere, no one was really working there and literally people sitting high in the couch. It felt like the really really bad frat houses you hear about in US movies. I would never ever in my life stay here again and I highly recommend you to book somewhere else, even though it’s more expensive. Please reconsider when booking this. The rooms smelled horrible and there was no space to store luggage, neither the rooms smelled horrible or early check in. There was a fridge in the room, which was nice, but every time someone opened it, the whole room smelled like old rotten eggs. No idea who was actually working there, and it was hard to actually get in to the house. The bathrooms where disgusting to say the least

• Amelie (1/5): Wir haben die Tage gezählt, wollten den Aufenthalt abbrechen, nicht weiter zu empfehlen. - Lage Die Hostel Bewohner, die dort wohl dauerhaft leben, veranstalten jeden Abend eine Party. Es schlafen dauerhaft fremde Leute dort auf dem Sofa. Es ist so laut, man kann kein Auge schließen. Die Zimmer sind super dreckig es stinkt.

Close from blue cat bus and close from a lot of restaurants, bar and clubs of Northbridge No staff is in the place, no physical reception. Maybe because I stay during the weekend and public holiday no one clean the toilets and kitchen. Also, there is a lot of noise after 10pm because no one is there to control... Also the bed is not comfortable,the mattress should be changed

• Harvey (1/5): I wouldn’t stay here again - I liked that the property was close to central The point of contact here does not reside in the country and customer service skills are not great either. The place is not managed, only threats of $10 dollar via Facebook messenger daily, the cleaners are people that live in the hospital in exchange for free stays an those are the same ones that leave the place is a complete mess! The mattress and pillow is very worn thin dirty dishes piled up in the sink left around the place, rats and mice running around because of this

• Alexandre (1/5): - This is, unfortunately, the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty, run-down, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable and noisy — to the point where I would wake up my friend with every movement. The entrance of the building, covered with trash and debris, feels more like a squat than a place meant for accommodation. The overall hygiene is nonexistent: we couldn’t even use the kitchen because of how unclean it was. The showers and toilets are constantly dirty. We also found — and had to kill — a cockroach in our room. There is a complete lack of respect for guests. A group of Italian visitors permanently occupies the common lounge, smokes indoors, watches TV at maximum volume until midnight on weekdays, slams doors, and cooks after 10 p.m. while making a lot of noise. It is also common to see people sleeping in the communal areas without any supervision. There is no reception or staff member on site, which only reinforces the feeling of abandonment and insecurity. In short, this establishment fails to meet even the most basic accommodation standards, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

• 17 (1/5): - Nothing, it's the most bad experience of my life. I buy my room for me and my girlfriend, and because the "manager" was not on the place but in Philippines, and I don't like my face I PUT ME OUT. At 10pm of the night!!! AND NO REFUND!!!! so don't go ir. Only the people inside was super cool, he help me so much for the problems but the manager was so crazy. And maybe Paranoid.

• Marcos (3/5): Close to CBD but... - Good location, cleaning staff was kind, washing machine and dryer available. The building is a bit worn down. Hostel has no reception, so there's no control over the place. Front door (with code) was always open, even at night, and street fence too. 2 times we had people talking loudly at 2 am and even a drunk argument/fight in the hall, vaping inside its a regular as well. There was no heating whatsoever, so in combination with all the doors left open, it was freezing cold, even in the rooms, with the bed linen being barely enough. Social area was messy with a lots of leftover stuff piled up so the only inside table had 2 or 3 spots for eating. The other tables were outside and again, cold. Wouldn't come back, price is in line with other nicer hostels.

From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by the state of the room: Strong smell of urine in the toilet and mouldy odour in the bedroom Visible mould on the ceiling fan, air vents, and window corners (can be dangerous for your health) Worn-out, uncomfortable bedding Freezer completely full of ice Old rice in corners and on shelves, showing serious lack of cleaning Dust everywhere, sticky doors, chewing gum stuck to furniture Papers, lighters, and empty bottles on the floor Underwear left in common areas for several days, with no cleaning or response from staff Empty beer bottles in the bathroom and outside They should stop receiving customer.

• Mohammedali (5/5): Disappointed 🙁 - The location 📍 is not far away from the city centre The room was dirty the bed was dirty and crowded with different things thrown around the room. It was really disappointing as I have arrived I wanted to book a hotel but I didn't have data to use for map 📍 to go to the hotel. What frustrated me was the house and the room looked clean and organised in the pictures.

• Joseph (1/5): Dangerous. Property should be closed down. - Nothing. This property was absolutely awful, I cannot comprehend how bad of an experience this was. There was major building work going on and this was borderline dangerous! My room was full of dust and I was unable to stay there. I made a complaint to booking.com and they were unable to give me a refund as the payment was made directly to the property. The property have ignored booking.com and will not give a refund. 6.30 I was woken up by heavy machinery and tooling breaking up the ceiling right outside my door. Falling wood and roof rafters were dropping right outside my bedroom door. This property is dangerous to stay at. It is also extremely unclean and dirty. Mould is in every room. This property should be shut down.

The room was dirty, mattress & pillows unhygienic, fly screen broken, the fridge in the room has never been cleaned both inside and out. The showers were super dirty full of hair from everyone. the kitchen was also definitely not in order, tap broken, stove that did not work. Also the refund that we should get after 14 days, still not in my account after 1 month. The entire stay is NOT worth the money you pay. I will never recommend this to anyone.

• Amanda (5/5): It was fine enough but was run down. Not worth the price we paid. - Toilets/showers were good and kept clean. Having a code on the door was good as well. Fridge inside room. Friendly people. Doors were almost always unlocked/open so anyone could walk in. Sheets were stained and only one blanket provided and fan was very dirty. There was a rain storm and it was leaking into the hallway and ‘staff’ working didn’t bother putting a bucket under it. No in person reception/proper staff so had to either use Facebook or email to contact someone.

They monopolized the common space until midnight and watched TV at an unreasonably loud volume even after midnight. The worst place to stay.

There's a nice patio with plenty of seating outside. -Location is perfect. -Very welcoming community in the hostel. -There isn't a receptionist. Communication with the manager is great, so it's not a huge deal, but just something to be mindful of during the booking process. -There is NOT parking available on the premises, but there is free parking nearby. May have to move your car every few hours. - There is wifi, but it's not always reliable.

• Mei (7/5): Decent bed and fridge in individual room! - Overall fair experience because everything is clean. Only IF the guest who stays obey the rules and keep the house tidy. Kitchen, bed and shower are okay. There's fridge in every room which is perfect to keep our food. The sofa at the living room is kinda dirty and so torn, it should be replaced ASAP. There are unknown food that seems to have gone bad in the fridge of our room but nobody claims it's theirs, and the whole fridge just stink because of that.

• Jef (1/5): DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! - I would say the price but to be fair I wouldn’t even stay here if it was for free !!!! Honestly in the 2 years I’m travelling this is by far the worst place I have been to, its dirty, smelly and loud. The beds where dirty and i dont thinke the rooms are ever cleaned, there was no a/c which made the place an absolute sauna.The lady who runs it (roxanne)is not even there and is very unfriendly to deal with(via facebook). Its clear she just wants to make quick money and doesn’t care at all about her place and how its run. There is no lock or anything and who ever wants to can just enter as they pleas, which gives you a very unsafe feeling. So please anyone who is consider going here, DON’T !!!!

• Erika (1/5): Horrible!!! - Location The private room (number 12) seemed horrible to us. The furniture was old and everything was dirty. There was a very high ceiling fan but I was hoping to find an air conditioner. The only thing they do when a guest checks out is change the sheets, then they don't wipe the furniture or vacuum the floor. There is a refrigerator in the room and it was full of hair and food remains. The screen window was broken, taped together and obviously falling down. The only decent and more or less modern thing is the bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen because it seemed dirty to us, it made us sick to even boil water. We saw cockroaches. The room is very expensive (100 per night) for the shameful service they offer, they didn't even give us towels. I attach photos of the room since they do not appear in booking. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was so messy and dirty when I walked in that I didn't want to spend any time there. The common room was dirty and again there was stuff everywhere. The ladder to the bed wasn't fully attached. People kept propping the doors open so anyone could come in. Would only recommend if you are desperate
