• Alina (10/5): IMMER WIEDER GERNE! - Wir lieben das Marc Hotel! Das Personal ist das freundlichste und aufmerksamste, welches ich je erlebt habe. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, wie zuhause. Und wir haben auch unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängert. Für mich war es das 3. Mal im Marc Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und wir wurden sogar einmal vom Personal angerufen um zum Frühstück zu kommen, weil wir verschlafen haben und sie uns ganz lieb daran erinnern wollten, es nicht zu verpassen. Jeder Wunsch wird sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel ist 3 min Fußweg vom Hafen entfernt und mitten im Geschehen. Das beste : man hat komplett seine Ruhe & kriegt im Hotel nichts mit von den Bars, Clubs etc. Das Hotel arbeitet mit dem SasakBistro zusammen welches direkt vor dem Hotel ist. Dort wird jeden Abend tolle Live Musik gespielt und die Mocktails waren die leckersten die ich auf der ganzen Insel getrunken habe. Alles in einem - TOP! -

• Wayne (8/5): - Great central location in the heart of Gili. Staff friendly and willing to help (but need a bit of work on following through). The room was nice and the facility was good, but there were issues with the power (had tripped at several points in my room before arrival and staff couldn't organise a simple reset for 3 hours. May have been a comms breakdown, but I was very clear with the Receptionist who said she understood, I even showed her the fault). Wifi unstable and kept signing me out to the point of annoyance. Several power spikes taking the wifi offline as well, but that may had to do with work in area). A bit noisy with workers outside room hammering away in the arvo and the AC seemed to become very noisy in evening too. With all that said, I would stay there again if they change wifi providors / setup. 650K for an espresso was a rip off though. More expensive than my home country.

• Jessica (3/5): Abgewohnt und dreckig - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. - die Zimmer waren dreckig - die Möbel waren allesamt beschädigt - Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer und keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen - es hat wegen der Feuchtigkeit unangenehm gerochen - keine Möglichkeit, die Badesachen zu trocknen - Zimmer im Keller mit Ausblick auf einen Drahtzaun - Frühstücksbereich, Eingangsbereich und Flure dreckig und stellenweise kaputte Möbel und Fliesen Zusammenfassend wäre es eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, wenn es denn gepflegt würde.
• Anika (10/5): Paradise & the best customer service! - The staff were the best part of the property! Truly the most friendly and helpful service! The property is very well located and the rooms are completely sound proof. Rooms and pool view were amazing!
• Ernina (2/5): The staff were the highlight, the hotel itself was not comfortable and would not stay again - The staff are lovely, and dedicated it’s a shame the quality of the hotel is poor, from the outside it looks nice First impression wasn’t great – the bed sheets had paint stains and holes all over. We asked to have them changed, and the staff did, but the new ones still had a small hole (at least no paint this time). The bed is super thin and really uncomfortable. Walking down the hallway to the room, there’s about a 50/50 chance you’ll smell a dirty toilet. The room has scuff marks everywhere and holes in the curtains, and the setup just feels kind of poorly thought out. The pool has cracked and missing tiles, which could hurt your feet.

• Ömer (7/5): Fijne hotel - Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Goede ligging! We moesten veel trappen op, er was geen lift beschikbaar. Dit is zwaar met een kinderwagen en koffers. Was niet heel hygiënisch.
• katiemcguire2000 (8/5): Great location on Gili T - Good hotel and a perfect location on Gili T, right near the port and lots of bars and restaurants but it is still nice and quiet at night. We were put in a basement room at first, which did smell a bit damp but we were then moved to a room on the 1st floor which was much better so definitely request a room on 1st or 2nd floor.

He made sure all our questions were answered and eve - The property was right beside the harbour and in the heart of the action. We did not have to take an expensive horse and buggy to get to our place. Everything was great. The lighting was a little bit low in the rooms, but it was not a big deal.
• Jaime (1/5): - Hicimos una reserva de una noche y al llegar dijimos si podíamos ampliar una noche más y nos dijo que si sin problema, la sorpresa fue al día siguiente que cuando bajamos a desayunar nos dijo que teníamos que dejar la habitación en 1 h . Por eso motivo perdimos la excursión de este día , ya que tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. No nos ayudaron en nada. Pésimo hotel , las habitación muy deterioradas .

There were some issue during our stay, leaking on outside bathroom room door, white curtain hasn’t been hanging and phone doesn’t work, but they are kindly enough to move us to another room. Although they made a lot of noise like 5:30 in the morning when we called the receptionist around 6:15 asking what it was all about and they told us our room is above the restaurant. Thought gonna be more mindful but no, they didn’t stop moving around table and chairs around.
• luis (1/5): Error reserva en este hotel - Nada Nada más llegar para hacer el check in consultamos con la chica de recepción si era posible hacer una noche más de la que teníamos reservada, su respuesta fue que si. Todo bien hasta que al día siguiente nos dicen que tenemos quien hacer check out porque no había disponibilidad y nos dejaron sin hotel y con el equipaje en la calle. Todo esto cuando nos confirmaron que si podíamos ampliar un día más. Debido a eso perdimos horas de un tour que teníamos contratado . Muy mal el personal
• Ineke (9/5): Heerlijk en dichtbij de haven! - De geweldige ligging dichtbij de haven en leuke horeca en fijn ingerichte, schone kamers waren erg fijn! Minder was dat we uitkeken op blinde muur. Verder alles meer dan ok! Geen uitzicht vanuit raam, zaten in soort kelder.
• Dessy (10/5): My serenity haven😍 - My room was amazing beautiful decor was in heaven😍 so comfy to sleep and so comfy on my lounge chair loved reading there and got to finish my book😍 and passed it on at reception on there book stand the pool was nice but just not very accessible in going in the water close to tables and people eating but still was worth enjoying a swim. Wouldn't bother with buffet go out and explore local food was yummy😊 overall staying here was worth it highly recommend here😍 Just the pool access getting in out of pool just be careful. But worth swimming overlooking on the main road as it was a infinity pool😍

Sporco ovunque, in merito al personale una ragazza della reception mi ha riso in faccia quando ho segnalato la sporcizia senza ascoltare le mie richieste di cambio biancheria. Mi era stata assegnata una stanza al piano -1, con finestra che dava su un muro e mi è stata cambiata soltanto dopo che ho chiesto di chiamare direttamente booking dal loro telefono. Le federe dei cuscini, a quanto pare, le mettono solo se le chiedi espressamente, altrimenti all’arrivo hai semplicemente dei cuscini macchiati. L’ultimo giorno mi sono svegliata con un odore nauseabondo di pesce proveniente dal bagno. Colazione misera e foto su Booking assolutamente ingannevoli. Piscina con mosaico fatiscente e pericolosa in quanto dentro ho visto anche residui di lattina taglienti. Credo offrano anche dei teli mare ma non ho avuto il coraggio di chiederli. Sul soffitto della nuova camera che mi avevano assegnato c’era della muffa. Corrente che andava e veniva. Non hanno una spiaggia con lettini, credo. Un’esperienza pessima sotto ogni aspetto.

• Susan (9/5): Perfect location for a couple’s getaway - The location was great. Literally a couple of minutes walk from getting off the boat. Staff always smiling and helpful and as soon as we arrived at the bottom of the steps to the hotel(maybe 14) a member of staff was there to help us up the steps with our luggage. Amazing! Our room was made up beautifully as a surprise for our Pearl Anniversary too!Breakfast was nice with a great view out across the water and again nice staff. The bar and live music at the night were the best. Staff again were outstanding. A great team and the live band were so entertaining. Lead singer, Dom, was very enigmatic, so even if you were not familiar with the music he kept you thoroughly engaged and entertained! Pool area a little small but not really a problem. The beach is right there in front of you if you want to go and sprawl out. A misunderstanding with the GF menu but rectified immediately with a very attentive Hotel Restaurant Manager. Thank you for that.

• samantha (6/5): - I really wanted to like this hotel and try to keep potistive after some issues but it is so hard to write a good review without pointing out some issues. The cleanliness of the hotel over all was disappointing. The pool seems as if they havent cleaned it in weeks. The room sheets were stained. It looked as if they used white out to cover some of the small stains. For two days we had no towels for our room. Literally zero. Not even to dry off after the shower or to dry our hands. Staff was nice though and the buffet breakfast was good.

• Maria (5/5): Non come le foto - La struttura presenta una posizione eccezionale. Le camere sono distribuite su due piani, peccato che uno sia il sottoscala. Senza finestre che si possono aprire. Le lenzuola e le federe erano sporche, il piumino era stracciato il che è abbastanza inaccettabile in un hotel a 4 stelle. Le camere non sono dotate di cassaforte e il personale è molto scortese. Per quanto costa cercate una struttura più pulita. La piscina non esiste perché sono solamente due puffi a bordo piscina ma non era particolarmente pulita

• Dorota (5/5): Ontevreden! - Ligging Steeds problemen met handdoeken en stranddoeken ( die waren gewoon niet !!!) Van 4* hotel verwacht je niet dat je in de kelder zit met uitzicht op de muur 🫣 , ontbijt matting , in land met zo veel fruit krijg je sap uit de concentraat of zo , niet te drinken. Smerig koffie uit de automaat. Als je lekker koffie wou moest je bijbetalen. Handdoeken en beddengoed lang niet meer wit en met vlekken. Dat is allemaal niet wat je van het 4* hotel verwacht! Heel erg teleurgesteld

• Cloé (9/5): - La localisation près du port est très pratique, et surtout dans la rue animée donc facile pour aller manger et boire un verre ! La chambre est joliment décorée, agréable, la literie est bonne ! C’est bien insonorisé. Salle de bain parfaite, propre! Toilettes séparés et vraie douche. L’hôtel en lui même est très joli, super bien décoré ! Piscine avec vue mer 😍 Petit déjeuner au top avec plat salé et buffet de sucré, du choix, et bon!! Les cocktails sont bons aussi avec un happy hour avantageux. Concert sur la terrasse les soirs 🎤 avec un super groupe. L’équipe est très gentille et aux petits soins 😊 Il n’y a pas de transats pour se poser au bord de la piscine (5-6 poufs disponibles) et pas de transats sur la plage non plus (beaucoup de bateaux à cet endroit donc peu propice à la baignade) (il suffit de marcher un peu pour aller se baigner) La piscine mériterait un petit coup de neuf ☺️

The internet also had issues for two days, so that was a bit complicated. For the price, I expected a little more. But the staff there is amazing, always charismatic and attentive. The following day they gave us mat towels :/ and no toilet paper. I had ask for proper towels and extra toilet paper. Laundry was lodged 9:30am and paper stated receive by 6am they didn't get it to us until 9:30pm after for St I saying we had to wait till 11pm as washing was 3pm This made no sense since we handed it very early and the sheet said otherwise

• Hajar (1/5): Beurk 🤢 - L’emplacement pas plus Our 2-night stay at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. The room was dirty upon arrival, and no towels were provided. When we finally received towels, they were in unacceptable condition — dirty and full of sand. The overall service was unprofessional, and the receptionist was openly disrespectful. During the night, the electricity went off around midnight, and no one responded to our repeated calls to reception. Breakfast was extremely poor, especially considering the high price we paid. It also appeared that unqualified and underaged staff were managing most of the hotel operations. The swimming pool was in a shocking state: dirty water, broken tiles, visible mold, rusty tables, and generally unsafe to use. The entire property is poorly maintained, unhygienic, and does not reflect the standards expected for the rate charged. We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel — it is not worth the money and fails to deliver even the most basic level of comfort and service.
• cristina (8/5): Mediocre alojamiento - El alojamiento estaba muy centrico y cerca del puerto. El personal era muy amable y atento y el desayuno esta muy bien. La habitación no estaba muy limpia. Las sabanas tenían manchas y el nórdico estaba agujereado. Algunas de las toallas también tenían manchas. La piscina esta descuidada, faltan muchos azulejos y deja manchas de óxido en el bañador.
• Manijè Eleonora (4/5): Buona la posizione fronte mare, ma tutto il resto non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative - La posizione La pulizia, il persistente odore di umidità/muffa nelle camere (che ci ha costretti a chiedere un cambio stanza, senza però risolvere il problema), la colazione di scarsa qualità e per nulla varia, la piscina priva di lettini e con soli quattro pouf a disposizione, oltre alla mancanza di un ascensore per raggiungere la hall e i piani delle stanze.

• Marialessia (1/5): Non vedevo l’ora di andarmene - Niente Arrivati in hotel non è stato possibile fare il check-in e ci hanno fatto cambiare nel bagno della hall: quello delle donne era rotto e quello degli uomini era peggio di un autogrill. Le valigie ce le hanno fatte lasciare nel corridoio incustodite in mezzo ad altre tante valigie di altre persone persone che non potevano ancora fare il check-in. Al nostro rientro in serata dal mare pensavamo che ci avessero portato le valigie in camera , invece erano ancora abbandonate incustodite nel corridoio. Arrivati in camera il peggio: lenzuola sporche con macchie , cuscini senza federe e asciugamani sporchi . Alla richiesta di cambiare le lenzuola sono state sostituite con altrettante sporche . Il bagno era pieno di calcare , e il doccino completamente nero sui fori del getto d’acqua . Su tutte le prese di corrente una sola era funzionante . Neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua minerale in camera . La colazione offriva meno dell’essenziale. Non vedevo l’ora di andarmene .
• ChIllileaf (5/5): I probably wouldn't recommend it - Location is great, staff is great. Breakfast is really bad. Not only the hot food is served cold but also people touch food precut with fingers as it's not covered with anything. We both got sick during the stay there, and that the only place we ate the same thing. So the suspicion is on the breakfast The worst part is the design of the room, or rather bathroom. The toilet is literally in the bedroom, with door that doesn't fully shut, there is a gap by design of about 2 cm. I don't understand when we collectively in the hotel designs decided that people on holiday don't like privacy when going to the toilet. It needs to stop I attached a photo of the toilet door gap , you can make an eye contact with person in the room.

• Leanne (7/5): Sufficient for a short 2 night stay to enjoy Gilli T - Very close to harbour easily accessible and central to all bars and restaurants. Rooms are very small but they use space efficiently.
• Ahlam (10/5): - Everything was super perfect the staff is nice and helpful The pool floor definitely needs fixing because it kept hurting our feets
• James (8/5): - Friendly staff, great location, breakfast buffet and cooked options were good. The room was nice but had a bit of a damp smell until the air con had been on for a while, and no balcony/ personal outdoor area made it difficult to dry clothing after being in the sea. All things considered I would stay here again :)
• Nicholas (6/5): Good location - The location is brilliant,near enough opposite the port,the band on a night are amazing and the view from the pool is great, staff were really helpful and friendly The bed was dirty when we arrived but staff moved us to a new room,the shower let water into the bedroom slightly, breakfast is okay although coffee was but good
