• Katja (9/5): - Lokacija je dokaj blizu Schonbrunna (do palače je kratek sprehod, prav tako do postaje podzemne železnice), a stran od mestnega vrveža, je mirna in primerna za družine, zelo blizu je otroško igrišče z gugalnicami, toboganom ipd. Velika prednost je rezervirano parkirno mesto v bližnji garažni hiši. Lastnik je bil z nami zelo prijazen in gostoljuben.

• Adriana (7/5): - The apartment is close to Schönbrunn, and the Billa supermarket is just a minute away. The parking spot is in a private parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment. We stayed there in early May; it was still cold at night even though it was around 22 degrees during the day, but since the apartment was on the mezzanine level, it didn’t get warm. We asked them to turn on the heat on the first night; they turned it on for a little while, then turned it off, and I think they turned it back in the morning because around 1 a.m.—I woke up because it was cold. The next morning, they texted me saying it was warm during the day and that it had been 16 degrees at night. He sent a man over in the morning to check the boiler and told me that the previous night it had been 16 degrees and that he had slept with the window open. The following evening, I texted him that it was cold and asked him to turn on the boiler, but he ignored my message, and I returned home with a nasty cold.

Ne bih preporucila rezervaciju u zimskom periodu jer je i u maju prilicno hladno u apartmanu jer se nalazi u prizemlju zgrade. Nema nikakav pogled jer su prozori zatamnjeni. Veoma malo posudja u kuhinji. Cistoca bi trebala biti malo bolja

Spacious and well equipped apartment. Quiet neighborhood. We received detailed instructions for parking and key retrieval. Fifth chair was missing.

• Silvia (1/5): NU RECOMAND!!! - Apartamentul a fost decent, curat. 1.In primul rand, NU ARE PARCARE GRATUITA asa cum scrie in titlu, nici macar parcare privata/rezervata, deci lasi masina unde apuci. 2. Nr.de contact al proprietarului NU functioneaza si NU raspunde la mesaje. 3. Ne-a scris un cod GRESIT pt intrarea in cladire. 4. Cand am ajuns era foarte frig in apartament, caloriferele reci, fara posibilitatea de a porni caldura. Am ajuns seara pe la ora 8pm. Nu stiam unde sa parcam pt ca parcare privata NU are, iar singura parcare e cea publica din fata cladirii si pe strazile alaturate, care e cu plata, dar nu exista pe strada nici un indicator cu modalitati de plata etc. Nestiind unde sa parcam, am sunat proprietarul la nr.de telefon pe care l-a furnizat si care exista pe booking. Numarul NU mergea. Am scris mesaj, la care nici pana azi nu a raspus. Apoi am incercat sa intram in cladire, sa vedem daca nu am luat teapa cu aceasta rezervare. Codul care deschide usa, care l-a trimis proprietarul in mesaj cu detaliile privind sosirea noastra era GRESIT! Norocul nostru a fost ca un domn care a rezervat de la aceeasi persoana apartamentupl vecin avea codul bun. De asemenea, nici el nu putea contacta proprietarul nicicum, avand aceleasi probleme ca si noi (inclusiv cu parcarea). Cumva am intrat in apartament. Era foarte rece, caloriferele complet reci, robinetul era luat jos de pe fiecare, termostat nu exista ca sa poti porni caldura, asa ca am stat in frig (maxim 17 grade daca erau) toata noaptea si a doua zi. A doua seara a pornit caldura, dar nu foarte mult. Totusi a fost ceva mai acceptabil. In apartament am gasit 1 tichet pt parcare, pe care l-am pus la masina (dupa ce am cautat destul de mult pana am gasit 1 loc liber, pe o strada alaturata, pe la ora 9pm). Dimineata, surpriza, amenda de 50 de euro pt ca nu aveam tichet!! Era 1 tichet care nu era valabil, dar noi nu aveam de unde sa stim si nici pe cine sa intrebam. Mentionez ca parcarea cu plata era pana la 10pm. Este cea mai neserioasa si nasoala cazare la care am fost!

• Ines (10/5): Sehr gut - Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr sauber und der Austausch war super. Ein früherer Check-In wurde möglich gemacht. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos direkt um die Ecke in einer Tiefgarage. Es war nicht ganz ersichtlich, dass es sich bei dem Einzelbett um ein Beistellbett handelt. War aber auch kein Problem, weil es im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch gab, sodass man 2 Zimmer als Schlafzimmer nutzen konnte.

• Egita (8/5): The value for money was absolutely worth it, and we really enjoyed our stay. - Great stay! The location was ideal – close to the metro and other public transport, yet the area was quiet and peaceful. It was a big plus that parking was included in the price and conveniently located nearby. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything needed: dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, coffee machine, oven, and microwave. Highly recommended! Minor drawbacks: cleanliness could have been a bit better in some areas (under the bed/sofa and between the radiators), and there could have been more plates.

• Sinisa (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut! In der Nähe befinden sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Schloss Schönbrunn, das technische Museum sowie eine U-Bahn Station. Außerdem ist in der Nähe auch eine Parkgarage, wo ein Parkplatz inkludiert ist. Der Host hat uns auch sehr klare und hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben. Für zwei Nächte ausreichend. Das Apartment (Loft) befindet sich im Tiefparterre (d.h. teilweise eine Kellerwohnung), was bei der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war (ebensowenig aus den bereitgestellten Fotos). Teilweise merkt man eine gewisse Abnutzung des Apartments.

• Pavlína (8/5): - Lokalita je velmi dobrá, byt je velmi pěkný. Vzhledem k probíhající rekonstrukci v domě (nikoli v bytě), bylo v pracovní den ráno hlučno, nicméně chápeme, že tento fakt nelze ovlivnit majiteli bytu. Z toho důvodu také bylo poněkud prašno na podlaze.

Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einen großen Daumen hoch .Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe. Das Check in ging problemlos. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.
• Detlef (8/5): Sehr schöne Wohnungen mit viel Komfort in sehr guter Lage. - Wir hatten beide Wohnungen als Familie gemietet, liegen auch gleich nebeneinander. Die Wohnungen sehen aus wie auf den Bildern und sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr viel Platz. Große Küche, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Sehr gute Lage, nebenan Supermarkt und Bäcker, U-Bahn, Bus und Bahn nahe, zur Innenstadt nur wenige Haltestellen. Schönbrunn gleich fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner Park nebenan. Viele kleine Restaurants. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage gleich um die Ecke zur Wohnung gehörend ( man muss wissen, dass man in Wien nirgendwo kostenlos parken kann, in jeder Strasse besteht Gebührenpflicht!) Schlüsselübergabe über Safe einfach. Besitzer hat auf e-mails immer sofort geantwortet. Wegen den Baumassnahmen war es etwas staubig, aber die Arbeiten sind fast fertig, sollte also demnächst kein Problem mehr darstellen und minderte für uns das Erlebnis auch nicht.

Binada 1 yıldır süren tadilat nedeniyle pencerelerin tamamı inşaat poşetleriyle kapatılmış, hava yok, güneş yok hapishane yada kümes gibiydi ve heryer inşaat tozu. Nefes alamadık uyuyamadık, işletme sahibine yazdığımda bugüne kadar bu durumdan kimse şikayetçi olmadı şuan birşey yapamam artık yerleşti iz dedi. Ve işin komik tarafı gözünü para bürümüş li işletmesi hakkında yapılan yorumları ya görmemiş ya da dikkate almamış çünkü herkes belirtmiş bu durumu. Görselleri de paylaşıyorum kesinlikle uzak durun. Ayrıca konumu güzel denmişti biz ona istinaden tuttuk ama Viyana'da heryer güzel inanılmaz bir metro ağı var her yere 15 dk da zaten ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Saygılar

• Denys (4/5): - The location of the apartment is excellent. The zoo and bus stops are within walking distance. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to the city center. The apartment itself was not clean – dust under the bed, table, and chairs. Construction near the building starts at 7 a.m., so it’s impossible to get proper sleep. And the cherry on top – cockroaches. As for the kitchenware, there are also downsides: the only knife is the size of a matchbox, so you can’t really cut anything with it. There is no frying pan. The cleaning supplies are clearly diluted with water, they don’t even wash off grease properly. And there are no sponges for the dishes.

There was restaurationwork going on on the outside of the building, that made it a bit darker and noisier than usually, but all in all not a big problem.

• Kristen (6/5): Staying on a construction site - Our stay would have been much nicer without the 7am wakeups by construction workers shouting and banging at the window. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and we struggled to find the right coffee for the machine in the grocery store. It’s on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise from the hallway. We would have appreciated more communication explaining more about the area, transit (where to buy tickets), the coffee, parking etc. Maybe a warning that it’s currently a construction site. The pros: very comfortable bed, an easy walk to the castle, grocery store was 1 minute walking.
• Božena (5/5): - Apartmán ma skvělou polohu – blízko centra Vídně, takže se snadno dostanete ke všem hlavním památkám. Postele byly celkem čisté a na přespání to bohatě stačilo. bohužel probíhá rekonstrukce celého domu, a tak se už od 6 ráno ozývá hluk, což výrazně zhoršuje možnost si pořádně odpočinout. V apartmánu byl cítit zatuchlý pach staršího domu a v myčce jsme našli nádobí, které tam pravděpodobně nechali ještě předchozí hosté.

• Maylinn11 (7/5): Under construction - Location is nearby the palace which is nice, grocery store almost next door, great bakery end of street, city center 30 min walk or easy public transportation. Tea and some coffee cups were a nice touch, as well as the availability of soap, dish soap, towels etc. The outside of the building is under construction. The building next to the livingroom is also being worked on! Due to the heat they start at 615 every morning and they work all day. Lots of noise. Drilling in the walls, curring tiles...We booked this trip to get away from construction done on our house. It would have been much appreciated if this renovation being done, was mentioned somewhere. We would not have booked. The bathroom smells bad and grouts could benefit from vinigar. The matrass in the livingroom is 10 cm thick and very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor.
• Tracey (10/5): - The apartment is large and very nice. There is one bed in the bedroom and one in the living room. Full kitchen with a washer, and a drying rack in the bedroom. The building is older with renovations and scaffolding on the front. The parking garage has very tight spaces but it was nice having a place to park that was safe. Overall quite nice and spacious with great communication. Everyone we met while coming and going were very nice and helpful.

The apartment has a living room with a full sized bed alond with a big confy sofa, full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was great

• Jernej (7/5): Really nice apartment if the cleanliness is not the issue for you. - Perfect location, near to the U-bahn, Schonbrunn...Easy to Chek-IN and Check-OUT, easy to find parking spot. Before our arrival our host sent us all important informations and instructions. Cleanliness. The bedding sheets were not changed from previous guests, in the bathroom there were still towels from previous guests hanging on the wall, on toilet there was no toilet paper, on the kitchen table were still bread crumbs, dust on the floor everywhere...In general, cleanliness is the issue if you are traveling with three little children.

• Dragomir (9/5): Overall OK - Overall OK with the access and facility. Very close to Schonbrun (approx. 20min on foot). There are also shops and pharmacies nearby. Our family enjoyed the stay there. We travelled with a small kid and baby and it was somehow cold and there was no control of the heating.

• Arianna (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Would stay here again! Only a 15min walk to the palace , Billa grocery store around the corner and parking! Very detailed instructions to get keys and where to park. Host was responsive! Very clean and has the basics of what you need. My only complaint has nothing to do with the apartment but maybe the host can warn when there’s a marathon or event because it took us over an hour to try to leave the city after nearly every road gps told us to take was closed off. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!!

• Dorian (7/5): Overall OK stay, but would not book again - Nice location, very close to shops, public transport and some restaurants. Parking is also easy to get by, there are many spaces near the apartment, and if you come during the week there is a close-by garage where you can leave the car. Apartment was overall ok, but on the cleanliness side it could have really be better - most of the cups were dirty, forks that were not clean, appliances that were also not cleaned, and floor seemed that it was not cleaned. Overall fine if you do not have high expectations, but i think value for money isn't there.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - It is a big location, near the bus station and Billa. 20 minutes walking distance to Schonbrunn. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. It has all the facilities you need, including a dish washing maschine. At first it was a little cold in the apartment but then we turned on the heat and it was perfect. We didn't received the room from the pictures but in the end we had a nice stay.

The apartment is on the ground level (even two steps underground) and it seems a little bit unsafe as windows are looking on the street. Windows are oriented to the schools entrance/backyard (means noisy during the day).

• Marco (8/5): - Schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement und sauber. Trotz Schule nebenan ruhig. Die Küche könnte mehr Geschirr und Besteck aufweisen, da laut Beschreibung auf 5 Personen ausgelegt sollte auch für jeden ein Set da sein.

• Mojca (7/5): Good - Excellent location for visiting Schönbrunn Palace, as it is only a ten-minute walk away through the park. Not very clean; we had to wash the dishes before use. The bed linens were washed, but they had old stains and were torn. The apartment would need refreshing as the photos on the Booking don't resemble the actual state.
• Adrianna (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is well placed, good communication with rest of the city, rooms are clean, bed is great and very comfortable.
• Priscilla (9/5): Great! - Perfect location to visit Vienna and especially Schönbrunn palace! The place has everything; a kitchen with dishwasher and a beautiful stand alone bath and separate shower. The supermarket is very close. The only thing we missed was a bread knife, so it was pretty much perfect.
• Daniel (9/5): Just great, everything just as it should be :) - Place very nice, a lot of space - it will be perfect for both short and long stays:). Perfect communication with owner, before arrival all information about self check-in provided. Helpful guides about parking was also very nice:) Location is very good, few minutes walk to Schonbrun If you need to comment that it would be nice nice to have normal table instead of bar type table it means that place is really good :) But really, this is only one small inconvenience if you are travelling with kids

• Rohan (10/5): Great value for money - Very beautifully designed and well maintained. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was a smooth check in process, completely contactless. It has a grocery store right next to it for all your supplies. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there, so just a minor issue. Also, the sofa bed in the hall is a little small for two people and not very comfortable.

• Irina (5/5): acceptable! - the problem is that this property is very expensive, I paid somewhere around 700 euros for 6 nights and I remember this was at the beginning of March, I don't want to imagine how much it would cost in high season. it doesn't deserve to be so expensive it's not to my liking
• János (8/5): Great accomodation in Schönbrunn. - Bed was comfortable, bathroom is 👌, excellent. Equipment was very good. Apartment was ground floor. It was baby friendly. It was not too clean. Little dusty below the bed and on some similar place.

• Florian (9/5): Nice apartment, 10 min walkable to Schönbrunn - Nice apartment, 10 min walkable to Schönbrunn, big rooms and a lot of space inside. Free parking on street, as per availability on weekend. Arogant answer from owner/administrator when we mentioned we wanted to be enough warm inside. At the end was enough warm.
