The breakfast was superb, and we really enjoyed the wide variety of options available in the spread. One thing I did not like was that the room had no window, which made it feel a bit enclosed.

If you are either above or below the restaurant, all you can hear from about 5.30am onwards is the dragging of chairs on the floor. Room was not clean. Dirty cotton ear bud and dirty tissue thrown under bed with all the thick dust. If your room is next the Elevator the noise wakes you up in the night and early hours of the morning

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, und insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gestimmt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, was für uns aber völlig in Ordnung war. Das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem gibt es einen Aufzug und grundsätzlich auch die Möglichkeit, einen Transfer zum Flughafen zu organisieren. Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig. Wir waren im sechsten Stock und direkt über uns (im siebten Stock) befindet sich der Frühstücksraum. Ab etwa 6:30 Uhr morgens, wenn das Frühstück beginnt, hört man deutlich, wie Stühle über den Boden geschoben werden – man wird dadurch ziemlich schnell wach. Auch Geräusche vom Flur hört man sehr stark. Bei uns haben in zwei Nächten Leute mitten in der Nacht auf dem Flur telefoniert, was man im Zimmer sehr laut mitbekommt. Das Frühstück ist außerdem stark asiatisch ausgerichtet. Wer ein klassisches westliches Frühstück mit z. B. Müsli oder ähnlichem erwartet, wird hier eher nicht fündig. Der angebotene Flughafentransfer ist zwar praktisch, aber im Vergleich relativ teuer.

Nos quedamos una semana por trabajo, pero es un hotel que solo sirve para quien necesita una noche (máximo 2) cerca del hotel porque su vuelo se ha demorado o cancelado. Es sucio, el pasillo está lleno de moscas de la humedad (de esas que se ven en los baños) y había que abrir y cerrar rápido para que no entraran. El baño, en lugar de una ducha normal, tenía una máquina de sauna y ducha escocesa… innecesario y sucio. Si limpiaban mal el cuarto, no quiero ni pensar en lo descuidados que eran para limpiar eso. Me daba asco tocar cualquier cosa. El trapo para limpiar el piso lo pasaban en una pasada por donde no se chocaran cosas, ni por abajo de la cama, ni por debajo de mesas ni sillas. El respaldo de la cama estaba lleno de polvo… y eso está a la vista. Una tarde se me cayó jabón líquido en la mesa de luz: cuando lo fui a limpiar, había quedado un círculo más claro… era un que el jabón había limpiado donde no hacían más que pasar un trapo húmedo, nunca limpiaron en profundidad. La “ducha” se inundaba, era porque estaba llena de pelos. Horrible. El desayuno era pésimo: tostadas, fideos, poco más. Yo suelo leer comentarios en los que la gente se queja del desayuno y siempre pienso que es una exageración, pero este merece tener una mención de lo malo que era ese servicio. En un país en el que puede ser un poco difícil comer, uno cuenta con el desayuno como para asegurarse que tiene una comida con cosas seguras. Pero entre lo sucio que es y las opciones tan limitadas, esto no era opción. Lo único que rescato es lo amable que fue con nosotros el guardia de seguridad de la entrada, un hombre que fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudó y se preocupaba cuando nos veía salir con lluvia y sin paraguas. Todo el hotel olía a cigarrillo. Había un cartel que decía prohibido fumar pero al lado había un cenicero (se entiende que no eran muy exigentes al respecto). Las almohadas tenían olor a humo.

The hotel has no flexibility as room was not going to be used they decide they would not refund anything even for the entire following week. I can see this if they are fully booked but they had plenty of rooms left but are not interested in making the customer happy I hope this review finds them well Regards

• Nhu (10/5): - Le Saigon is a beautiful hotel with beautiful room decor. Great customer service from the reception staff and the concierge staff. They even offered to use their personal charger to help me charge my phones because I didn’t bring the 110V converter for my chargers. They not only helped book Grab for me but they also checked and keep me updated on driver’s arrival status and made sure I sit in a comfortable, air conditioned area until my Grab arrived. Overall, a 10/10 on staff service, beautiful and clean room, and very comfortable pillow and bed. I showed up very late for my room, they offered to upgrade me to their more fancy sister hotel in the same neighborhood for no extra charge. This is definitely my new hotel for all my future bookings in Vietnam.
