• Verified traveler (8/5): セルフサービスな分、自由度が高い - 隣や上の階のドンドンという足音や物音は少し気になりましたが、それ以外は特に気になりませんでした。 全体的にセルフサービスで、ゴミ捨てやタオル交換などは自分で行います。スタッフにサービスしてもらい、至れり尽くせりなホテルを求める方は別のホテルの方がいいかもしれませんが、コスパ重視の方は満足できると思います。
• Dina (10/5): Great value - The staff were very helpful and considerate. This is a great place to stay if you want a basic and comfortable home base for sight-seeing. It was easy to catch the bus and train to other locations.
• CHIENCHIH (10/5): OYO就是棒 - 空間舒適寬敞、有書桌、房內有洗衣機、廚房、流理台、浴缸上方還有小台液晶螢幕，隔音良好，附近有24hr麥當勞、松屋、吉野家、燒肉店，便利商店也很多，從飯店走出去大約5分鐘就能到地鐵站

• Verified traveler (2/5): ベットに虫が大量発生！ - ベットで寝ようとしたらまず一匹虫を発見したので殺してそのまま寝ようとしましたが、時々体がピリピリしたりと何か反応して寝苦しく、起きてベットを見てみたら…南京虫やトコジラミが大量発生していて、とてもじゃないがそのまま寝られず、着ていたパジャマを脱ぎシャワーを浴び直し、夜中の3時に荷物をまとめてホテルを出ました。たまたまホテルの隣に親戚が住んでいたので、夜中に電話しとめてもらえましたが、大変な思いをしました。フロントには人が常駐しておらず、翌日連絡をし、宿泊予定の2泊分の返金を申し入れました。お正月だった為、手続き等がスムーズには行きませんでしたが、返金対応はしてくれました。設備は整っていたし、パッと見は清潔に見えたので、設備に関してのレビューはokにしました。

• LAI MUI (10/5): Wonderful trip - It was good for family, the rooms have three beds, we had good enough space to use. We will book the room again next time.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 室内着の用意があるのか分からなくて 念の為持っていったので 良かったのですが 日本人なら 宿には館内着など通常あると思う場合が殆どだと思うので 宿泊情報に 記載があったほうが 宿泊準備をするにあたって 悩まなくて済むと思った。

• SJ (10/5): - Great location and the room is very spacious, which is very surprise to me after staying in multiple hotels/apartments in Japan. This is really great and if i ever come back to Kyoto again i will definately book this place again.
• KaiLing (10/5): 乾淨舒適 - 附近機能好，有藥妝也有超市，坐公車和地鐵都很方便；入住時一進房門就很舒適，冷氣很安靜不吵，雖然隔音沒有很好，也沒有到房間打掃，但只要把垃圾放置在門口，每天都會有人去收垃圾，好處是不會有行李物品遺失的疑慮；房內有小冰箱、小洗衣機和微波爐，浴室設有烘乾功能不怕衣服不乾，真的很方便。是以後有機會還會想住的飯店。(退房時會另外收取住宿稅)

• Verified traveler (8/5): - There is a washing machine in the room, so that was very convenient. It was very spacious, clean, and enjoyable, especially for its price. It wasn't located near the large, touristy areas. It was a very peaceful area. The only thing is that the employee told me that we had not paid yet, and I had to pull up my credit card statement, and she had to call her boss in order to clear up the misunderstanding. Other than that, the staff was very nice.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall, our party of 3 enjoyed our 2 night stay at West Ave Saiin. It has a laid back feel and you can easily get what you need on your own at the front such as towels, laundry detergent, etc. I believe there is no front desk person after 5pm, but they make it easy to call and check in. The room itself was clean, simple and spacious. We appreciated the free washing machine inside the room and there is a small kitchenette if you wish to use it. It is in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, but will require a local bus or walking to get to a train station, which was a hassle with our luggage. Other than that it was pleasant and we would recommend it.

• Jeremy (10/5): Gem of a find - Place is very new, open only since March 2018. Staff are friendly and not intrusive. Rooms were spacious by Kyoto's standards, utility items are well thought of and practical. Beds were big and comfy. Location is close to the bus and subway stations, and 24hr food/convenience store is nearby as well. Great value for money. Gem of a find.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 綺麗なゲストハウス。でも音が、、。 10月最終週の金土と宿泊しました。 出張で京都に来たので、季節も良いし、ついでに少し楽しもうかなと。 1泊7,500〜12,500。ゲストハウスにしてはかなり高いなと思いましたが、秋の京都では仕方ありません。 部屋はとても綺麗で、案内も必要なことだけを分かりやすく書いてあってよかったです。 とくに、洗濯機に加えて、洗濯物干し用のピンチや沢山のハンガーがあったのは便利でした。あと浴室乾燥機がかなり優れもので、温風をすごい勢いで出してくれるので、下着が半日で乾きました。 一方で、気になったのは音です。 私は音に少し敏感な方で、仕事や睡眠のときは、耳栓をしています。 この部屋は、冷蔵庫、電車、大通りの車、の音がします。 幸い、耳栓をしていれば気にならない程度でしたが、音を気にする人は要注意です。 あと、要望としては、有料レンタルで良いので、部屋着があるといいなと思いました。 ビジネストリップだと部屋着は旅行に持っていかない人が多いと思います。 結論、ゲストハウスで寝て洗濯したいだけの人にはおすすめです

• Kyungsu (8/5): 웨그트 에버뉴 사이인 후기 - 교토 다운타운에선 좀 떨어져있지만, 가격대비 이정도의 시설을 찾는게 쉽지 않을 정도로 깔끔하고 잘 정돈된 숙소였습니다. 사이인역에서 가까워서 접근성도 좋습니다. 짧은 여행이 아니라면 여러모로 사용하기 좋은 호텔형 호스텔이라 생각됩니다.

• DAIGO (8/5): 快適！ - 部屋も風呂場も広く、快適でした。 部屋着はありませんでしたが、それ以外は必要なものが揃っていましたので、不自由ありませんでした。 またスタッフも愛想よく、話しやすかったです。

• Tobias (8/5): Rent, nyt og pænt værelse - Meget venligt personale - rent, nyt og pænt. Det eneste problem var, at det var svært at finde hotellet. Vi var to voksne og 2 børn (9 og 11 år).
• Jörgen (10/5): 5 dagar i Kyoto - Familjeresa med två barn (9 och 12). Vi stannade i Kyoto i 5 nätter och uppskattade hotellets läge, enkelt att åka med buss till Gyllene Paviljonen, Palatset, Nin-jo castle, Kyoto old-city, Gion osv. I närområdet finns det gott om matställen och livsmedelsaffärer. Hotellet hade precis öppnat när vi var där och allt var helt nytt och fräscht. Riktigt bra wifi - gick till och med att se Netflix för barnen. Tjejen som skötte hotellet var bra på engelska och mycket hjälpsam och trevlig!
