- Paul (6/5): Probably woudn't stay here again we were passing through. - Breakfast was ok - usual for Home2 properties. Property felt s though it could dowith an overhaul compared to other Home2 properties we have stayed in. The bedding was disappointing. Thin sheet which just covered the bed - not big enough to tuck in tight. The duvet was very thin and the cover keptfalling off the bed during the night (we are not restless sleepers) so that we kept waking up as the total cover weight kept changing. If one of us turned over, the other was left with no covers. The property is also quite close to the interstate and the traffic could be heard in the room which was suboptimal.

- Nancy (8/5): I would probably look for somewhere else to stay - This was a nice clean place to stay. Most of the staff could use a little more training in being helpful and friendly. They didn't seem to care about any conversations or what was going on. The evening staff was a new employee and was really struggling. He made it clear that he had only 3 days of training before he was left on his own. The key making system seemed to be broken so EVERY person that checked in got keys that didn't work and had to go all the way back to the front desk to get another set of keys made. He was really frustrated. When i talked to the manager the next day about it, she didn't seem to be concerned but said that corporate was working on it. I was in the lobby waiting for my laundry to run after we checked in and there were at least 20 people that had bad keys and were not very happy about it.

It's clear that the hotel is understaffed. While everyone who was working did a fantastic job, there just wasn't enough man power to keep up with the hotel needs.

The service was so terrible and our booking was refused yet they still charged me directly for a stay I had already paid for. The big blonde woman is rude. They refused my reservation, charged my debit card (I couldn't even give them a credit card before they did it, embarrassed me in front of my mom and friend as well as other hotel guests. I was put in a situation that was absolutely terrible. The hotel staff is horrible and they lie about charging things. I contacted Hilton and they 100% blame booking.com for not sending them the information and payment in the first place. The lady also said that the rate I was given through booking.com was not one they could honor. This was my first day away from home in over 10 years, I had a 75 and an 87 year old women with me after we traveled 6 hours and had walked around 3 only to have to drive home 5 hours all in the same day. So much for my birthday trip.

- juliemZ5755RL (2/5): Gross rooms and even grosser management. - Mind you I had done a cross the country road trip and back in 3 weeks staying at all Hilton hotels and this was my last hotel and last night on the road! I booked and checked in 1/1/26 after driving all day. I originally booked and selected a first floor room through the Hilton app and when I received the digital key it was for room 302. I called and Annette told me over the phone the owners would pay the cleaners on the holiday so none of the 1st or 2nd floor rooms were clean or available. Cool. I arrive and go to my room 302 located right in front of the open area ice machine. And immediately can hear multiple people stomping around upstairs. Not to mention the grossly stained carpet. I called the front desk and asked to be changed rooms because of these things. She moved me to 304 right next door that was just as dirty and had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I called the front desk again and told Annette I told her given that both rooms were dirty. Their rooms look nothing like the pictures online. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed given visible areas of the room were dirty and both rooms were so musty, and smelled it like mold. She apologized and I met her at the front desk. She told me she’d leave notes for her boss and gave me a piece of paper with the managers contact info so I could get my stay refunded because I did in fact not stay. The next morning I called the manager Cherie and I received attitude from the start. She said Annette didn’t leave her notes so she needed to go see the rooms herself after asking me what was wrong with them. She claimed the cleaners only leave the dishes clean and insinuated I was lying. I told her I took pictures and had no problem coming back to show her if necessary. She told me that wasn’t needed and she’d call me back then click. She hung up. She called me back about 30 minutes later, and offered me 5000 Hilton points but told me they wouldn’t be refunding my stay. Not what Annette had told me or I wouldn’t have gone on my way so easily. Honestly this is the WORST HILTON I’ve ever attempted to stay at and the manager should get a new job because she certainly isn’t good at customer service.

- Getaway34852601964 (8/5): Nice and comfortable - Nice hotel that is fairly new. Ended up staying here after the Hampton Inn we booked had plumbing issues and no water. Had two rooms because wasn’t sharing a bed with my mom and she didn’t want me to suffer on the couch. Both rooms were clean and nice though, the dishwasher in her room had dirty dishes. The cleaning staff are supposed to start the dishwasher and didn’t. Pool was nice, though it needs more shade. Breakfast hours are short so, you can’t sleep in and get breakfast!

The room was very clean, comfortable bed and and they accommodated me with an early check in. I also forgot my usb plug, but they had one and was able to use it and charge my phone. The hot tub was down and being repaired, so I didn't spend time in the pool. However.... the pool area was small, but nice and clean. Bonus.... Easy on and off the freeway.

Room 410 was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stop but you really could stay a while here if you needed to. It had everything . Breakfast was adequate . All you need to get you on the road again .Only minor complaint that the eggs resembled a piece of plastic but everything else was fine . Usual muffins / toast / cheese / ham etc . Pastries. Waffles etc Outside seating area separate from the pool is a nice touch . All in all a great property and we’d stay again .

I was told the top floor was reserved for long-term residents, but I was told the room would be on the 4th floor. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room located right next to the elevator. It was loud all night long and I hardly slept. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I checked out early because it was not a good experience. I will not be returning.

The housekeeping lady (tall and slender) checked around at 9:00 am on July 5 when we will leave for the day. Note check out times is 12 noon and checking at 3 pm. 9 am kind of early to expect guests to be outdoor. ( please NOTE: The breakfast time is till 10 am on weekends . Actually at 9 am of July 5, We were going down for Breakfast . ) I replied to her “in couples of hr”. She met me again while I was returning from breakfast at 10:17 am when I’ll leave the room. I told her in an hr. We left the room exactly at 11:31 am and Returned at 3:20 ish to find the room is uncleaned, no fresh towels put in, bowls n utensils from last night still in the sink, the bath not cleaned. However She did came in our room to remove the used towels and trash only. But didn’t tidy up or clean our room. Took pictures as evidence and called front desk. A person came and saw the uncleaned room. We came to know from her, the cleaning lady noted our room as done! ….. which is so untrue!! We have pictures of the unclean room as evidence. We are very disappointed. We didn’t receive the promised service we supposed to get. This is unacceptable. The tall lady gave me false impression that she needs to get in the room as soon as we leave. Trusted her to be only get disappointed. We had paid the price for the room and the service; but didn’t get what we supposed. This is simply not right! In addition to above, we encountered few more issues. July 3 we arrived around 9pm and dined in the room. Immediately we found one leg of the dinning table is broken. That night we needed an extra pillow. Called front desk twice since nobody brought it after first call. On second call my husband was told to come down to get the pillow. We didn’t. Next morning July 4 after one person used the bath, we found pool of water outside shower stall as the shower doors are not closing properly. Reported that on July 4th evening to the front desk for which the maintenance man came and fixed. Despite encountering issues soon after entering the room, we were polite and hold patience. But the false niceness of the cleaning lady made us totally upset. We travel and stay in hotels regularly past 35 years, never had this bad of an experience!

- Michelle (6/5): - When booking with Expedia, there was no indication that special arrangements needed to be made with this facility for a pet. Other motels indicated if booking and a pet room is needed, to call ahead to make sure a room is available. Booked a king suite room so that there would be a separate room with a pull out couch for a 2nd individual and upon arrival was told my pet could not go into that room. I showed the desk staff the booking I used and how it does not specify that arrangements need to be made for a pet room (and showed the girl the other motels and how they word it) and they still would not give me that room and instead had to settle for 2 queen beds with an individual who I have never roomed with before and am not related to. Was disappointed as I had stayed at this motel before without a pet and enjoyed it. And since I was paying almost $275 for that room, it seemed way overpriced.
- Heather (6/5): - The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rating is due to the elevators and jacuzzi being out of service. The pool was really cold as well. We had the option to stay with family but chose a hotel so we would have access to a pool and jacuzzi. We’ve had great luck with Home2 Suites in other cities so we were disappointed. There are small details that show that this location is below a Hilton standard. The permanent sticker on the mirror affixed crooked, the box spring of the bed showing, the dishwasher not emptied upon arrival, are a few touches to name a few. I think with a few repairs and some attention to detail, this will be a lovely hotel.

Next room missing light bulb for lamp, no shower gel soap and asked for a new one the next day and they brought it but didn’t install it which you needed a key to do it. Had to find the cleaning lady to take care of it. They don’t clean every day. Didn’t replenish the coffee /tea area for a whole day. I would not recommend this place especially for $200/nt. I will never stay here again.

- Ed626 (2/5): Horrible Hotel with dishonest house keepers - This place has gone down hill from it's glory days. Rooms are run down, they are not doing daily cleaning. Stayed for a week and only one clean all week. Another big issue is, there was no hot water in the morning. We were there for work and had an early 3 am wake up and to take a cold shower was absolutely crazy. The first morning I went down stairs and reported the issue with the attendant and she said she would report it but the whole stay it was cold in the morning. My co-worker had has the same issue in his room. We finally figured out that you need to run the water for 25 minutes before it get Luke warm. Another issue to beware of is the dishonest house keepers. Id you by mistake leave anything -consider it lost. Unfortunately I have to visit I have to visit Kingman regularly and the Hotel selection is limited. They are building a new hotel in town besides the one next to the Home 2 Suites which is also owned by the same people and is also a dump.

- V1196VRryank (2/5): Disgusting… Avoid - I stayed at this Home2 Suites on Aug 8 for an evening. Our room was disgusting. Upon just opening the door, a horrible odor came out of the room. After entering, we immediately went back to the front desk to get a different room. Naturally the hotel was sold out with no other rooms available 🙄. So we were stuck staying in the disgusting room. The only thing the hotel was willing to do was give us a spray to hopefully help the situation. It did not help at all. It was clear the smell was a result of pets being in the room. If a hotel is going to allow pets, you need to modify your cleaning approach to account for this. We will certainly not be coming back to this hotel again. Note I attempted to contact the hotel management on multiple occasions to see if they would attempt to make the situation right and they couldn’t be bothered to respond. Unlike you like intense, dirty animal smells, I would avoid this hotel.

We had the premade sandwiches. I would request a room not on the highway side as it was a little noisy. Just an FYI there is no conditioner in the shower.

- chris (10/5): Main street drags - Was there for the drag races. Great weather. Thought how great it would be if the hotel had a shuttle, had to drive to them. This chain always has good rooms though. The drag races were ok. Missed the first day, because the box office was closed (?) Also could not find a schedule for the drag races, or a leader board. Luckily, Oatman and rockhounding were fun too.

- Tara (2/5): - We came to this hotel because it’s specifically said there was an indoor and outdoor pool. This is NOT an indoor pool so the kids had nothing to do as it was too cold to be outside. We went to use the gym and all the treadmills were not working which leaves you to 2 machines that were being used. The photos and write up about this hotel are nothing like the property it’s self. Super disappointed and will look for another place to stay tonight.

- clintonag (6/5): Diamond Member Disappointment - I arrived around 2100 hours after driving through the snow, wind, sleet, hail and rain. I always know I can count on any of Hilton's properties as a Diamond Member and I try to use Hilton as often as I can. I checked in through the mobile app and requested the digital key. After waiting for a time, I never got the digital key and went through the front desk to retrieve an actual physical key card. After getting into my room, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same room (apparently when I checked in through the app and got the physical key it charged me again). After reconciling it with the front desk, it finally got handled. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. No complaints there. I slept well and the amenities of the room was wonderful. Upon checking out the following morning, I packed up the car for departure and decided to eat breakfast before I headed out. I was very disappointed. The juice dispenser offered 2/4 juices with a handwritten note taped to the machine stating "Apple + Kiwi out of stock. The omelets were individually wrapped in foil and was severely burnt to the foil that you couldn't peel the egg away without shredding the omelet apart, it was so brown and burnt. The "fresh fruit" was severely bruised and brown, oatmeal was significantly watered down that it didn't taste like oatmeal; there was no other protein or handheld sandwiches of any kind that was offered outside of the "omelet crisps." Everything else was bread or some sort of sweet bread. I was better off getting breakfast at McDonald's. I was very disappointed this time around as I've stayed at this property twice before and was not disappointed then. By far, this was not up to Hilton's standards. Upon checking out the front desk clerk gave me 2 waters "for the road" for a lousy breakfast!
