- JOHN (10/5): In and out of Phoenix for a music show. Best location ever! - Great bed, linens and fabulous pillows! All was spotless. Staff was helpful. Bar pizza was good and convenient. Breakfast was amazing. We decided to pay extra for the location close to music show. Easy in and out of downtown location saved time. We like to self-park, but there was a close by structure so we parked a block away and hauled our bags over. That will be a consideration next time.

Also enjoyed the variety of sauces & condiments offered at breakfast. Great location - comfortable beds + pillows, rooms and hotel was clean like new. Helpful and attentive staff. Parking options were limited so we used the valet. We had an issue with the shower tap dripping after using it, but managed to fix it ourselves (it needed an abnormal level of force to ensure the taps was off all the way).

Will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix. - It was so convenient to everything, walking distance to food and shops, the valet parking attendants and all other staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast was great. We loved our stay. There wasn’t really much to be disappointed with, although my daughter didn’t like the look and location of the bathroom tap. She didn’t like that it was off to the side. I didn’t mind it at all

- Brenda (5/5): Two hundred plus for not even 24 hr stay - Pets allowed, although my dog is a registered animal. It was noisy, I didn’t sleep well. There’s no complimentary parking at all! You have to pay for parking at parking garages around, which is an inconvenience when you have luggage, items, family’s or pets. They offer valet parking, for 42 dollars and it’s all done on a separate app. It’s a mess! Never again…I’ll get an airbnb next time.

- Giselle (5/5): I don't know if I want to come back. - The location and breakfast its great. Valet parking was good and fast service. I got into my room and the room was ocupied. I got a second room that was not clean, the third room had the bathroom sync clogged, they sent maintenance but he couldn't fix it. He said he would send someone else during the day and never happened. So disappointed. I asked for at least a late check out the night before for the inconvenience and they wanted to charge me $45 dllrs extra.

- Paul (9/5): Overall it was very nice. I especially enjoyed my King suite and the great breakfast. - Breakfast was outstanding. Location was a little out of the way from the Convention Center. I finally got more familiarized with the street locations. The front desk at Hampton Inn gave me a pocket map of downtown Phoenix which was very helpful. Business Center was not available. I was having some technical issues with my phone and would have liked to have been able to check something online from a computer in the Business Center.

- Kimberly (7/5): - What I like that it was very clean The breakfast was wonderful What I didn't like is when you sat down on the bed it sounded like a tin can be and smashed the bottom base is made out of some kind of metal in our room it was not sturdy second of all our refrigerator in our room did not work third that I called to confirm a bathtub and they said they do have bathtubs but they try to blame it on booking.com saying that they're not up to date when it had nothing to do with booking.com I called the resort And they said they my room did have a bathtub when I got there we got there early and they did find us a room availability I did tell them that I had a room with the bathtub They said none of their rooms have bathtubs then I said why did your employee when I called said that my room had one They had no answer also I didn't know about a $50 fee that I had to pay when I got there but it's refundable third I did not like the fact that you have to pay for parking I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay for parking especially when I am a person staying there and that I've been to more different hotels that have at least a microwave in their room They do not even have a microwave or iron to iron your clothes or a safe many other hotels that I've stayed for way cheaper they provide all the things that this one did not would I stay here again unsure maybe but now I know rooms are very basic not exceptional like others

Also the breakfast was nice I enjoyed their egg omelette & the waffles my family enjoyed their time here as well.

Being an international tourist, they made me feel cared for. Special mention to Bryce, Monica and Assistant General Manager. This is a place I would recommend to anyone travelling to Phoenix Downtown.

- CazzaHayes (8/5): A comfortable haven on a convenient corner - This hotel is close to downtown and a short walk from the conference center. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Even though the hotel is on a corner, it is not noisy or busy. The check-in desk is quite small but all staff are friendly and very helpful with all sorts of odd requests about wi-fi and travel. The rooms are relatively large and spacious. My only comment would be there is not much drawer space. Only a slide out tray in the bathroom and none in the room except for baskets in one of the cupboards under the TV. What it does have is a mini fridge which is handy. There are handy USB ports as well as mains sockets and a decent table and chair for any work. The rooms are functional and comfortable but there are no 'luxury' touches like additional seating or furnishings. There is no room service but there is an in-house shop for evening meals - although there is so much variety in downtown Phoenix you may not need to use this. The hotel breakfast is adequate but there is little fresh fruit and the choice is reasonably limited with scrambled eggs, sausages etc, toast and bagels or cereals. The waffle maker is a good option though. The tea and coffee choices are limited but they do the job to get you ready for the morning ahead. The breakfast room is nice and light - floor to ceiling windows and there is also a small bar in the same area for evenings.

- Tuck Weng John Elvin (8/5): Overall very satisfied except the encounter with counter staff on check out day. - Clean, convenient and comfortable. Room is large and well arranged. Will consider staying again. Staff on counter on check out day not so friendly. We left our luggage upon check out for business meeting. Upon return, wanted to temporarily take out luggage so we can change to comfortable clothings and move around city before our evening flight. Counter staff seem a little annoyed and wasn’t exactly friendly. Although she finally help us to do so. First impression last!
