Breakfast was ok; typical hotel breakfast. Only - waffle maker so my son wasnât able to make one because the line was too long. Price increased just before I arrived and there was no parking available at the hotel so I had to find a garage on my own. There was no pen or paper in the room.

- Loretta (2/5): I wonât ever stay at this hotel again. I finally was about - Location I was locked out of my room and elevator for hours. They are having problems with the key system, people were sleeping in the lobby this afternoon. I wasnât able to go in my room, so I had to buy sunglasses and a hat do to the warm weather. When we checked in we were misinformed about the breakfast hours, so missed breakfast. When taking a shower the conditioner was filled with shampoo.

- Lozier (6/5): Not to satisfied with the overall stay. - It says I paid $170 online then I got there and it was $230 the hotel said it came with parking. I didn't have a parking spot when I got to the hotel. That's the only reason I got that room for the parking. Then the front desk said they couldn't tell me anywhere to park at they didn't know!! Wow I said lucky another guest overheard and told me where there was a parking lot down the street. I ended up staying parked in the alley way kinda scary to leave your car like that but it stayed safe. They lied about the cost and parking that makes me not want to go back to this hotel and the TV wouldn't connect to there cable television they have dish. it was really bad on top of the rest of the things that happened on new years eve!!

- Leslie (10/5): Staff was very welcoming, love the cleanliness, had everything we need and went above. - I love that the room had everything we need to make us feel at home. It was clean, organized and everything was in plain site. I love that it had a store for your convenience if needed and breakfast was hot and ready. The view was decent. We had a view of the hotel in front and on the right side and can see the corner of the courtyard. But it was nice to see how the weather will be for being outside, shopping and other activities.

- Mata (6/5): Parking was really hard, the garage is very small. Okay trip - The size of the rooms were great. The workout room was great. I made a reservation through Booking.com for a double queen suite. When I checked in, I went to my room that was a single queen with a pull out sofa. I went back down to the lobby since front desk wouldn't answer their phone. I was told that it changed to a king suite. However, I was telling the lady that my room was a queen, not a king. They couldn't do anything about it since there were no rooms left.

- Yalia (7/5): Convenient stay near Lake Union - Ability to find free overnight street parking nearby. Lobby and reception (shared with EVEN hotel) are high standard. Reception staff quickly checked us in (and later quickly relocated us upon request). Rooms were quiet and mostly comfortable (except HVAC). Our request to have two rooms on the same floor did not get honored. One room was equipped for wheelchair access, which we did not mind except the wardrobe was non-fonctional as there was no way to use the hangers. Also the HVAC vent of the bedroom was not functioning at all, making the room stuffy, and so we requested and got approved to be moved to another room.

- Jamie (8/5): - Room was perfect for two adults and a teen, but definitely much smaller than expected. However, it was nice having a kitchen with a full fridge/freezer as we stayed 3 nights and it helped us save a little money. The front desk wasnt very friendly with checking us in. Literally zero customer service, but the person who greeted us as we came and left the days following was very kind. The shower had horrible water pressure, even the teen mentioned it and its not something he'd usually comment on. The hide-a-bed was also really uncomfortable, so he opted to sleep on it as a couch instead. The main room's bed was really cozy though! The free breakfast was nice, but not very many options. Basically oatmeal with limited toppings, potatoes, a meat option (pork sausage), eggs in either scrambled or "cheese omelet" form that wasn't the best and some waffle makers. Only had bananas and apples as fruit, a little yogurt and then your basic bread options for toast and bagels. Based on pics I saw, I expected more variety but it was free and nice to be included with our room. The location was great too! A 20 min walk to the Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. I'd stay again despite the areas that could use a little improvement.

- Jill (8/5): - The rooms were nice - it was slightly confusing checking in late as they share lobbies with the Even hotel next door. Didnât know for sure where to go for the parking garage and parking prices werenât listed clearly on the website. In fact I was under the impression (not sure why) that there was free parking. There is not. Unless you find overnight free street parking that may or may not be the best idea. Breakfast was good -crowded and felt a bit disjointed as the different food sections were in different areas so if you wanted bagels they were in a different room from where you get the cream cheese. And with so many people it felt a bit overwhelming.

- Tanya (8/5): Great room - The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. We had two rooms and in one of the rooms the air conditioning wasnât working. Thankfully, the front desk moved us into a new room so there was no issue. The hotel had many cruise guests and they were not exactly courteous to others. They were blocking the breakfast area with their luggage as they waited for transportation. I believe this is where the hotel staff told them to wait but there were way too many people and luggage for the space provided. This was annoying as we tried to navigate through the luggage and people chatting to get to the breakfast line. The breakfast was very unimpressive, I would just skip it if I were you! The elevators were a long wait in the morning, it took almost 15 minutes to get back upstairs from breakfast area. The parking garage is extremely tight. Upon exiting we were forced to wait as the cruise patrons were loading their transfer vehicles at the exit to the parking garage. The hotel needs to work on managing a space for the cruise patrons and regular hotel guests. I wouldnât stay at this hotel again due to this inconvenience.

- Jessica (9/5): It was good - The area is central, the room was clean and spacious. The elevator is very small and takes a long time to go up and down, the bathroom in my room was very small and the fan in the bathroom was not working.

FRONT DESK, NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. IGNORE THAT, YOU CAN GET A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE. REMEMBER, IGNORE FRONT DESK INCOMP...., YOU SHOULD BE FINE.... P.S. TWO HOTELS IN ONE AND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE OTHER, THEN YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. i.e. feel like a step child, you'll be treated like a step child even if you don't feel like one before.... Otherwise, great bang for your hard earned dollars and indifference, however, the Latino Staff DID SAVE THE DAY! WOW, OUTSTANDING STAFF (MINUS FRONT DESK EVEN GROUP.) WILLING TO AMEND THIS OPINION.... HOWEVER, IF YOU WERE MY FRIEND AND FAMILY, I WOULD ADVISE THE FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE ISSUES.

- Laurie (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - This hotel is beautiful and located close to the sea port. They offer shuttle to the pier (for a cost) which was convenient for those guests going on a cruise. The only negative was that maintenance came into my room (when I had just gotten out of the shower) and brought towels which I did not request.

- Julie (8/5): - We were able to walk from the hotel to the Space Needle and Lake Union, which was convenient. On our last day there, a metal ceiling tile (in our roomâ1401) fell open and nearly missed hitting me in the head. We reported it and I donât feel like anyone really cared. Also, one evening we wanted to sit outside on the patio, but it was closed due to a private party. That was frustrating as well.
