- patrick (7/5): - So very close to the freeway both on and off so easy access price of the day staying there was good price when I booked on Booking.com
- Schwab (5/5): Not much of a view at this hotel: Don't pay the $20 for a "room with a view" - Location: Walking distance from my meeting on Monday. VIew special: I paid $20 for a room with a view. My view was onto the wall of another high rise building and the roof of a parking structure. I was told that one could see the space needle from the room and so it was considered a "view room" -- to see the space needle one had to press ones left cheek against the window pane and, yes, there was a glimpse. I want my $20 back.
- Tonya (10/5): -
- Penny (10/5): - Staff very nice. Kat was especially attentive. Clean and Comfortable

- Christopher (6/5): Convenient place with bad parking and little to no staff interaction. - Close to major attractions (~10 min drive from Space Needle/Pikes) but you’ll either need a car or an ORCA card to get around somewhat easily. Good if you just need a convenient place to stay in Seattle for vacation. Parking lot is mid and difficult to find parking. View was meh. Room was fairly clean and spacious but it had an extremely strong bleach smell that lasted for the first day and gave my gf a headache. Didn’t have house slippers and staff was not very helpful both in person and via phone.
- Daniela (4/5): Disappointed - Location They were unable to provide us the two rooms that we reserved. They canceled one room and made it inconvenient for us to accommodate.
- Dena (7/5): Good and comfortable - The location was great. Service was also good. The room was generally very clean especially on first glance but the longer I looked the more I’d notice things like stains on the carpet or hard water buildup on the shower head. Could’ve used a little extra attention to detail for cleanliness.
- Diego (10/5): - Comfort
- Gwendolyn (9/5): - The location was great!
- Blake (10/5): -
- Ying (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Beautiful clean space, comfortable beds. - Room was huge -- 500.
Very clean and quiet. There was a group near the bar when we came in. They were very loud. We wanted to leave the lobby as quickly as possible.
They were there, hours later, still drinking. And throwing up in the lobby bathroom. We wondered why the bartender didn't cut them off.
Also: breakfast was mediocre.
- Siu Mei (9/5): Relaxing stay in Seattle! - Spacious rooms, gym and gym equipment in room, convenient but quiet location, friendly staff, easy access to public transport No microwave
- Rustin (4/5): Highly stressed, - Parking lot ok, room excellent, excerise stuff nice touch. Bed very comfortable, filtered water/ice available. For an out of towner, had to park off property because it was difficult using gps to locate entrance and how to get to it. Very frustrating with local traffic. Called to get directions on how to approach and where to go only to be put on eternal hold with a final hang up. Finally parked, walked the neighborhood to find the proper entrance and how to get in. Your staff really didn’t give a “shit”. And assumed their instructions that were not very clear was adequate. I will not recommend future stays because of that reason. Breakfast is too late in the mornings for us early risers who need to be to work. Didn’t get to enjoy any form of a breakfast. Where would one go new to town and does not know the area. What a way to start a day, no food and cranky as a result.
- Enrique (9/5): -
- Taylor (9/5): - My bathroom sink would not drain efficiently. Other than that it was a great room Parking. But it was out of the property’s control. People just weren’t parking correctly, maybe it hard to get in and out.
- Areli (10/5): -
- Crystal (8/5): - Very clean and friendly staff
- Margaret (7/5): Basic accommodations - comfy bed but overpriced - It was in a pretty good location, though not especially close for walking to any of the major sites. Bed was comfortable and room was well equipped. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Floor was dingy and it is ridiculous to pay $8 for a bottle of water. Cost for the room was higher than I would expect for pretty basic accommodations.
- Courtland (10/5): -
- Edna (10/5): Cozy hotel with everything you need in one spot - Love the location. Love the retro mcm modern vibe & rooms were great! Bar and food downstairs. Walking distance to needle about 16 min walk not bad. Lots of restaurants on the same street you can walk to. Would stay again.
They even had umbrellas to barrow if needed when you walk out. Nothing bad actually. Everything was great
- Naomi (10/5): -
- Theresa (9/5): -
- Octavio (10/5): - the service on the front desk it was no good he did three mistakes about my room; I had to walk 3 times looking for my room and it wasn't filling good.
- Deja (9/5): -
- Jordan (10/5): -
- Alex (4/5): - i booked well in advance and requested a quiet room. however my room was overlooking the 8-lane main road intersection. it was incredibly difficult to sleep because of the traffic noise.
- Mai Kou Khang (10/5): -
- Marina (10/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): - Modern hotel in downtown Seattle. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms
- Evaristo Rondon (10/5): - Impressive place. Cleaned and very nice staff
- Jill (9/5): - loved the lake union neighborhood. only a couple of blocks to lake union waterfront. breakfast was ok.
- JORGE JOSE (8/5): Ok como escala para tomar el crucero - Un hotel basico pero que cumple. Muy usado por pasajeros que tomaran un crucero al día siguiente.
- Trail12264245877 (10/5): Clean and comfortable - This hotel has a fitness/wellness vibe. Our room had a balance ball, yoga mat, foam roller, and foam block. Amenities included Apotheke plant-based hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (2 different types). Shower had two different shower heads.
It was an easy walk to Lake Union restaurants. We were able to find street parking which is free overnight until 8 am, except on Sundays (when it is free all day).
- Jeff (10/5): Nice place to stay in Seattle - Cool hotel in a great location.
- Shannon (1/5): -
- Jack (10/5): -
- Daniel (6/5): - When you are advised Breakfast is included this was not the case for us, you basically get $30 credit for 2 people which doesn’t cover the cost for two breakfast options and two drinks (one coffee and one Orange juice), we was charged an extra $11 to cover this cost. Parking is very expensive as well considering location. Otherwise pleasant enough stay for the price point.
- Chad (10/5): - I’m very picky about beds and pillows and thought these were wonderful! The parking garage is very tight though if you drive a larger vehicle it can be difficult to maneuver.
- Irland (8/5): - We had a small family reunion. The location was convenient to the city attractions as well as serving a good variety of choices for breakfast.
Parking in the cramped area with all the tight turns was problematic. Several times I had to back up to swivel around a corner or to get into a parking spot.
- Sydney (10/5): Great hotel in the heart of downtown - Fast, friendly check in. Hotel was clean and tidy.
- Chavvie (10/5): - nice atmosphere
- Tifuh (2/5): - This is the worst hotel experience i ever had. Rooms were terrible . There was this stench in the hallways like burning incense. Room has a thermostat that wasn't working. Rooms were extremely cold in a bid to keep out the nad smells. Called for help severally because i couldn't sleep in the cold, it felt like a freezer and no one showed up. Waited at the reception like forever. Finally made the hard decision to check out after about 5hours of checking in. No compensation at all, i was charged for the 3 nights i wanted to stay. Receptionist was so rude about it. Never again
- Sigers (10/5): Great. - Room was very nice. The people were friendly and helpful. Nothing, it was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 30 day trip.
- Adrienne (8/5): Beautiful view, nice location - Service was good, room very nice Breakfast options but it was good
- Amy (6/5): - A very highly scented hotel. It smacks you in the face when u enter.
- julie (10/5): - Clean and quiet hotel
- Rebecca (8/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): - Limited parking available on site but we managed. Rooms were clean, walkable to different dining options or entertainment at the Space Needle.
- Dennis (10/5): - Nice property. Bar was nice, with activity due to happy hour marketing. A bit away from the shore line activity for tourism but manageable with uber. Not a lot of dining options in walkable but what was there were nice and options adequate.
- Marlene (10/5): - Staff was super helpful & friendly!
- James (10/5): - Staff and cleanliness was excellent.
- Kevin (9/5): -
- Alan (10/5): - Great new and clean. Our room has a marker board!
- Shelley (10/5): - It was difficult to find due to poor signage (gps kept saying we had arrived & we were in the middle of traffic congestion looking around & could not locate). Once we located the entrance & checked in, we were very pleased with our accommodations: clean, safe, we got a corner room that had a great view. We will revisit!
- Judi (5/5): Custom service not great - Clean room and close to our event. Drinks at the bar were good. Unfriendly staff. Slow elevator, stair exits unclear. Housekeeping staff and front desk are not friendly at all. Hardly any direction on the location of our room or information about available amenities. Should have included breakfast for the price. The parking garage was tight and our car got damaged.
- Kristen (8/5): - Friendly staff, spacious rooms, great area.
- Ghodrati (6/5): Great location and clean, comfortable room—but the lack of basic amenities and unexpected extra char - The location was excellent—very central and convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Breakfast was good, and the person serving it was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the easy access to parking and the availability of parking space. Great location, but disappointing service and unexpected charges. The hotel’s location was excellent—very convenient and central. However, the overall experience was let down by poor room facilities. Basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided in the room. I had to request each item from reception, which they did supply, but these essentials should be ready in the room upon arrival.
What I really didn’t appreciate was the unexpected extra charge. I was supposed to pay $818.92 USD for a 2-night, 3-day stay with breakfast included. However, my credit card was charged $916.67 USD. The reception never informed me about any additional fees, and I only discovered the overcharge after returning home. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and left a sour impression.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible service and was not a cheap hotel! - I was here for work for 4 days.
The good: the gym was really nice, rooms are fine. Nothing special but just fine. Quiet and clean.
The bad: service was soooo bad. I went up and ordered breakfast and when I asked for milk or cream for my coffee, they told me I had to buy it from trh grab and go drink section. Huh? He walked me over to it 😂 Then when ordering breakfast, I wanted a la carte egg and toast, just one egg (on menu) and they kept ringing me up for a $24 egg breakfast and I continued to say no and point to menu, they said okay if you don’t want fruit and meat we just won’t give it to you, still $24. Anyway after about 5 minutes and a line piling, I caved into the big old breakfast. Last, I accidentally left something in the room. I’ve called room service and left about 5 messages for 3 weeks. Not even a call back. Never will I ever stay here again.
- Jane (10/5): Good location - Lovely modern hotel with gym activity box in room
- Victoria (9/5): -
- 曉華 (9/5): -
- Courtney808 (5/5): Won’t be back - The staff was great The rooms were so hott as well as the fridge that you couldn’t adjust. All my son’s milk went bad after one night and my entire family was complaining about how hot the room was for sleeping. The food was extremely overpriced and wasn’t great at all.
- lpunkin (6/5): Not a Great Option if Your are Driving - We have stayed at a lot of hotels in very urban areas and the experience here was the worst we have had as visitors who are driving to the hotel. There site does say parking is limited but that is something we are used to seeing. This place however had a ridiculously small amount of parking and the spaces were too small even for most regular sized cars. Minivans, trucks, or SUVs had no chance. Worst part was trying to maneuver in the garage. It was so tight and sometimes nearly impossible to move around. Great stay though if you are taking a shuttle, transit, or ride share.
- ARMANDO (10/5): - Clean and convenient
- John (8/5): - Room was nice and clean. Front staff gave incorrect information about the credit for breakfast. A car was added to my account incorrectly but staff removed it.
- Steve (10/5): -
- Katie (10/5): - The staff was wonderful during check in and arranging transportation to our terminal for our cruise. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- Jon (9/5): -
- Daiya (7/5): -
- Kassidy (10/5): - I had a lovely stay!!
- Araceli (10/5): All around it was a great stay - Very fast check in and out They’re ice machine soaked on the eighth floor
Doe zonder.
- Ammar (4/5): - We struggled to park the car because the hotel doesn’t have enough parking slots so they asked us to park outside in the street !!!!!
That was horrible when you arrived at 11 pm after 3 hours driving then you have to find a park for your car even you paid $350 to stay in hotel for one night !!!
- SONIA (10/5): - We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The location was perfect for us. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was that at times, only one elevator was working. Still, it didn’t take away too much from the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.
- Kristin (10/5): - Great stay convenient location.
- Lyndsi (2/5): - Booked a 2 Queen Bed room FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE get there, check in, go up to the room and open the door and it's single king bed. We had to sleep on the floor. Hotel just strugged their shoulders and said sorry we're sold out nothing we can do and to talk to a manager during the week. After getting a run around from the manager, Majd is his name, he finally told me they are going to do nothing. I think this should of been comped or discounted. Did not get what I paid for and no other options. Maybe if they would of told us at check in they messed up that would be one thing but they just moved us along and did nothing to help.
- Mark (10/5): - All good
- Andreas (10/5): -
- Melanie (2/5): Didn’t get to sleep due to housekeeping, trying to enter our room three times were told that we were liars and was argue - It was newly renovated Staff tried to enter our room 3 times while we were sleeping starting at 8:15am on check out day - I talked with manager and I was told all of us in our room were lying and no one entered our room and I was talked down to like we were children! Do not stay here management was demeaning and argumentative!
- Lindsay (10/5): - I loved the hotel and the location. There was just one downside to it: the parking garage. The spaces were incredibly tight and small. It was very hard to park our car. They also do not have chargers for electric cars. It was $45 to park for one night (plus a six dollar parking tax) and that seems way too high for a garage is so hard to navigate and park in, along with not having charging options. If we had known, we could’ve parked in another garage nearby for cheaper and they had chargers and much more spacious parking spots. Lesson learned.
- LOURDES SOLANO (10/5): - Wonderful hotel to stay at. Every staff member was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were well kept and clean. They had great entertainment throughout our stay. They even had a laundry facility that was so convenient for quests. I highly recommend this hotel.
- Lindsey (8/5): Convenient and relaxing spot - Clean and modern. Room was a nice size. No complaints.
- Laura (4/5): - This hotel really ties to nickle and dime you. The hotel staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly.
- Nicole (8/5): Overall a great area and clean hotel for a decent price - Location was great and it was clean It was just super busy and didn’t seemed staffed enough. Not a big issue. Felt a little expensive for one night.
- Nichole (4/5): - When we checked in at 4 our room was not ready, and there was no parking available in the parking garage.
- Michelle (8/5): - A
- Kevin (4/5): Convenient location, nice rooms, but service leaves a lot to be desired - Spacious room, comfortable bed No daily cleaning, no fresh towels delivered each day. I went up to front desk in the morning to request room cleaning, they said they would, but they never did. I stayed 3 nights and it’s ridiculous that they didn’t even clean it once. At least leave new towels by the door each day if the cleaning policies are minimalist.
- Irene (8/5): Great room bit noisy from road side - As our son lives nearby it was the perfect location, if a little noisy from the roads below. Fab beds, huge room, great shower! expensive for any extras or small items to eat or drink
