Jon (5/5): Decent stay but they don’t play well with booking.com - Decent service and facilities. Location not so great, but quiet. They refused to give me an invoice because I booked through booking.com even though I paid the hotel directly. In such cases booking.com can’t give an invoice because I didn’t pay them. I asked for an invoice for weeks from the hotel and now they just say they can’t find my booking. Ridiculous.
Girl11eleven (9/5): Great Hotel for Park and Fly! - Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and airport shuttle to and from helped make it an east Park and Fly situation for our trip. Our car was secure and we will visit again for our next travel needs for park and fly! It was all good.
Kenney (10/5): - The staff was excellent. My daughter was upset that the pool was closed and we needed to leave prior to breakfast. Staff was so sweet to her and gave her cereal and milk to take to the room for the morning. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Lots to do nearby. The pool was closed but that couldn't be helped and staff was apologetic about it.

Noel (7/5): I would recommend this location. - comfort of the room was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was more tan adequate. Staff was excellent. Very close to airport. There are other IHG locations in the area, directions need to be more explicit/ something that really sets this location aside from the others. Breakfast was very good each morning. But Coffee in the lobby was COLD each day when we arrived from our daily activities.

Melinda (10/5): Clean, Quiet and great customer service - The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. When I checked in there was a concern about my mother being able to use the shower due to the tub. The clerk was extremely helpful and even took me to the room and showed me the shower and provided a shower bench. Everything worked out great. The breakfast bar is very clean and organized and has a great selection. During check-in I was provided with a list of nearby restaurants and other amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Tracy (10/5): - Holiday Inn Express never disappoints. Clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, as hotel breakfasts go. Friendly staff. We travel a lot and it's in the details. Keurig coffee maker, good size fridge, microwave, good lighting, convenient plugs for all our devices, etc. We stay at this hotel brand when possible, affordable, and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Paul (2/5): - There isn't enough characters to describe the incompetency, deceit, confusion and uttermost frustration that both Travelocity and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Rapids Airport North in Grand Rapids Michigan have caused. Travelocity charged my card for a 5 night stay that I didn't book whilst searching using the application. I immediately disputed the booking and requested a full refund. I never stayed at the hotel or received the services I was charged for. Travelocity refused to refund the charge of over $500 and said the hotel had already collected funds. I reached out to the Holiday Inn to seek reimbursement. Holiday Inn Express denies receiving funds and told me there was no reservation on file. I've spent over 4 days being circled jerked around, talked down to by the Holiday Inn front desk and pawned off by Travelocity. Travelocity has purported they have no ability to issue a refund. The Hotel staff at this Holiday Inn Express has 0 customer service skills, was rude and pompous. They would NOT identify themselves on the phone, the desk staff refused to tell me the managers name or phone number to escalate the refund. It took me several calls to the front desk just to get a word in as they would immediately transfer me to the 800 number or hangup. The Manager Renee, as I have been told by Travelocity, apparently is responsible for taking my money and not returning it. I have been saving months to book a room for this upcoming special occasion. Susan (10/5): This establishment was very convenient and comfortable for me to retreat to. - Breakfast was fine, although a little boring by the third day. But there were a variety of choices. The premises were VERY clean, and it was quiet at night even on the ground floor. The staff members were very helpful and courteous. Maybe some small pastries at breakfast? Not all that healthy, but a fast grab option.

Donita (3/5): Gave room away & gave us room key to walk in on another guest😳 - Rooms were clean and bed was amazingly comfortable. Love the soaps in bathroom. Our room was given away but they issued us a card to the room only to walk in on a guest laying in bed. Creepiest thing we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They had to spilt up our family of 4 into 2 rooms so we could sleep (with a late check in which was rearranged). None of the staff handled the situation appropriately and no manager was able to be contacted…ever by their own staff. We left and called for the manager ourselves later that day yet no one would answer the phone. I gave up after over an hour of attempted calls (to the number on my bill and verified it with the website as well). Nice hotel but extremely poorly ran with missing management. The security of this hotel by not taking my ID during check in, to giving our room away, to allowing us to walk in on another guest, to not having management accessible is largely negligent. I’d love someone from corporate to contact me. Thanks!
Gregory (8/5): - Only downside was, unable to shower in the morning before check out as the tub spout popped off when trying to switch to shower. Did not have time to wait for it to be fixed. Otherwise good hotel for a night or two. Breakfast had lots of selection but no juice available as the machine was broken.
