- نجلاء الشاكر (4/5): - لاشي المناشف استخدام مره واحده قماش مقرفه ولا فرن كهربائي بغرفتي المناديل يعطونك كرتون واحد الغريب انه مجدد وتغير بعض الطاقم لاانصح به نهائي طلبت قهوة والبنت بشفت الساعه وحده ضهرا قالت طيب ولا اعتذرت لما اتصلت بعدها بساعه قال المصرى دى مشيت دى مااعرف إيه ولما نزلت لقيتها جالسه معاه ذوقيا تعتذر يعنى حلف كذب عمووووما لاانصح بهذا المكان نهائي واخر مره اسكن فيه

- اللقماني (5/5): - نظافة الغرفة وجميع الخدمات حولك عدم وجود عوازل في غرف لدرجه يسمع حديث الغرفة المجاورة وازعاج جدا سيء وغير كذا الغرفة غير مطابقة للوصف وتم تحدث مع الاستقبال وتم انتقال الي غرفة اخر جدا سيء والمكان منعزل وكله عماله والباب لايري من الاشيا الا حوله عشان تدخل الغرفة وتم الاتصال مرة اخري بالاستقبال وتم اعطا غرفة كانت جيدا ولكن لن تتكرار الزيارة نهاي لهذا الفندق

- Alhinai Abuali (6/5): إقامة متواضعة مقابل المال المدفوع. - * الموقع جيد وقريب من جميع الخدمات. * رحابة وتعاون أفراد الطاقم وحسن استقبالهم. * السماح بالخروج المتأخر لحد الساعة الثانية ظهرا أو الثانية والنصف. * تم توفير سرير إضافي للشقة بناء على طلبنا وبدون مقابل. * السعر كان مرتفع ولا يتناسب بتاتا ودرجة تصنيف الشقق المتاحة حيث كان حجزنا لشقة من غرفة واحدة. * تسجيل الدخول المتأخر النزلاء الفندق حيث تم تحديده بالساعة 4.30 عصرا هل هذا منطقي لنزيل متعب يبحث عن الراحة بعد عناء رحلة جوية أو قيادة طويلة. * تم اعطاءنا شقة بدون نوافذ وكانت الحجة عدم توافر شقق أخرى. * وجدنا صراصير صغيرة في الشقة قد تكون خرجت من دورة المياه. * وجود بعوض في لوبي الفندق وكان الأحرى تركيب أجهزة صواعق كهربائية للحشرات. * عدم توفير فوط قطنية كالسائد في جميع الفنادق والاستراحات والنزل والشقق الفندقية،والاكتفاء بإعطاء فوط ورقية للاستخدام لمرة واحدة. * الشقة بها مطبخ تحضيري صغير وبه بعض الأدوات ولكن بدون طباخة.
