No mosquito found. Need to keep it up. Suggesting to provide 2 litres of water bottle at least. Toiletries need to provide more for couples. Confused about room categories, between King Executive deluxe and Crown suite.

We had to separately do the reservation. They were blaming booking.com whereas we had confirmation from booking .com. The hotel's behaviour was very unprofessional . They were blaming booking.com . one person who's behaviour was excellent. His name is Imtiaz. He was very sorry for the whole issue.

I really loved behavior of the staff and they always served and conversed with a positive and helpful attitude. Security guards were also extremely helpful with the car parking facilities and served any help that was needed. Air conditioner in the room was too old and positioned which blew air directly towards the bed, for which, sleeping during night time was a bit uncomfortable as I often felt cold. Unfortunately, adjusting the vents and flaps did not help much either for the position. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the washroom which makes the stay a bit uncomfortable as the washroom floor stays wet for a long time and bad odour cannot passout of the washroom

We stayed there for 3 days and we got the same breakfast menu everyday. There was no full length mirror in the room to get ready. I found a lot of difficulties while getting ready, i.e. wearing saree, putting up makeup, etc. This was quite disturbing for me.
