- Robert (10/5): - This is a "conditional" five, so as not to deceive you. Keep in mind that you are in a medieval Alsace town. Buildings were smaller then. Rooms were smaller. If you are looking for a huge American hotel room, those don't exist unless you go way outside of the town - and what fun is that? The room was small. Parking was a 1 block walk, but was only $5 (approx)/day. However: the room, while small, was very clean. AC worked great. Power was adequate, if just (a few more bedside outlets would have been nice). Shower was great. Location is superb: step out and absorb a gorgeous medieval town, Kaysersberg, complete with shopping and dining a-plenty. (Lion D'Or is highly recommended). All within walking distance. Easy walking distance. I wouldn't want to put three people in a room, but for two it was fine. Quite romantic. Breakfast was good. Not the best, and the room is a bit cramped, but the quality was high and the staff friendly. Recommended for US Vacationers.

Dadurch wird bei der Dusche eventuell das halbe Badezimmer nass und die Badewanne wird rutschig. Dennoch: ganz klare Empfehlung für das Kle, ich würde es wieder buchen.

Hotel location is outstanding - if you are doing the Alsace wine road - recommend you choose this town (Kayersberg) and location for overnight (Ribbeauville is too tourist crowded). Located in the center of the city - the only issue is driving in and out (through very narrow) streets with limited to no parking in front of the hotel. They do provide you with parking space but in public lots on the outskirts of town (about 5 min walk). Pleasant stay in a charming location.

The hotel is heaving with character and charm but has been completely renovated. The room had a super cosy feel with deluxe bed and cool little bathroom. - Karen (10/5): Lovely dog friendly hotel - We are travelling with a little dog and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more welcoming- a bowl of water and a bed were waiting for her. The hotel is very central, but quiet and very convenient. We loved it!
- Armin (10/5): Mitten im schönen Elsass - Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes kleines Hotel in Ortsmitte mit eher kleineren Zimmern ohne wirkliche Aussicht. Zimmer modern, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, dennoch mit Lokalcholorit durch die jeweilige Fototapete der betreffenden Nachbarorte, die auch die Zimmer benennen. Frühstück okay. Service immer aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel liegt nahe der Kirche und der Flaniermeile mit allerlei Restaurants in diesem schmucken Örtchen.

Surprisingly, it is modern, with nice lobby, elevators, AC in Room and nice size bathroom with all modern fixtures and a large shower area. Walking out of the hotel, you're stepping right into the center of the village. Overall, excellent hotel and amenities for the price we paid.

- Martin (8/5): Knapp vier Sterne - Ganz ok, aber doch mit Mängeln. Personal war freundlich und nett. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr alten Gebäude; dadurch muss es Kompromisse bei der Raumgestaltung geben. Der sog. Executive Room war eine Enttäuschung; spärlich möbliert, mit ungünstiger Raumaufteilung, Dusche und Waschbecken ohne Abtrennung im Schlafbereich. Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein; das Frühstück selbst eigentlich zu sparsam für ein vier Sterne Hotel; selbst in Frankreich hat man dies meist besser.

- Michael (10/5): A little gem - We loved staying is this fantastic hotel in Kaysersberg. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, check in was easy, a token for parking (which is nearby) was a welcome bonus. A simple but ample breakfast served in the bar area was a good start to the day. Our room was really clean and comfortable and there was no noise so the whole stay was very relaxing. The hotel has an eco friendly ethos which is nice to see. The furnishings and decor are stylish and to a good stardard, the walls are decorated with fantastic murals of the regional landscape, the furnishings give a nod to local traditions and show a sense of pride in the region. We love visiting Alsace, Kaysersberg is a wonderful town, with lots to see and with access to many more treasures in the surrounding area. Hotel KLE is a little gem in Kaysersberg and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Det eneste vi bemærkede, som vi kunne sætte en finger på var, at der var lidt koldt på værelset, selvom vi skruede op for varmen. Men sådan vil det være, når man booker hotel i en gammel by :)

Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Dejlig morgenmad, serveret på corona venlig måde. Det eneste minus ved hotellet var at toilettet, på vores værelse, var seperat fra vaskekummen, så man skulle ud i selve værelset for at vaske fingre. Det fandt vi ret uhygiejnisk, og irriterende hvis det var om natten, hvor den anden sov. Derudover var bruserekabinen også i værelset, således at man ikke kunne gå i bad om morgenen uden at vække den anden. Og afløbet lugtede af kloak, så vi var glade for at det var sommer, så vinduet kunne stå åbent hele døgnet både p.g.a. lugt og fugt.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Tastefully redone old residence in a picture book setting. Boutique hotel. The rooms are small but updated with taste and good sense. Yes I duck my head at the corners of my room, but the shower is big enough fior three. Good breakfast with ample choice including local Alsacienne foie gras. Parking is a challenge in the tiny streets biut off season no problem and the local sticker is free. From romance to fantasy the village and the hotel are a good match.
- Deborah (10/5): Great location, great staff! - Staff so very helpful, from parking instructions to chilling our wine for us that we purchased that day to dinner reservations. Wonderfully located, both within Kaysersberg-Vignoble as well as the Alsace wine route. Clean modern, but rooms a bit small even by European standards. Highly recommend!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is quaint and well-located for enjoying the town and surrounding area. The bedroom was small, but cosy, and the bed was comfortable. I would suggest that they add some yogurt to the continental breakfast, which currently offers fruit, bread, coffee, and juice. Also, the coffee maker in the room does not work well. Otherwise, we loved this place.

- Hannes (8/5): Nice room in a beautiful hotel - This was a very pleasant hotel. It’s in a beautiful historic building in the center of amazing Kaysersberg. The room was fairly small, but very nice. Excellent, effective and quiet heating (a problem in some hotels in the area).

- Diana (8/5): GREAT AIR CONDITIONING!! - I loved this hotel MAINLY because of the Air conditioning!!! I had no idea how hot it would be in the area . Most places did not have any AC at all! Coming from America it was a bit of a shock as we are used to having AC everywhere. Fortunately we found this place with excellent AC! We did not have the breakfast so we could not comment on that. The town is beautiful!! The only negative would be the parking situation as the car park is located a bit of a walk from the actual place. When arriving via GPS it was a bit confusing, and walking up with the Suitcases was not great fun. But other than that it was an excellent stay I and I would HIGHLY recommend it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The Hotel KLE is the new name for the Hotel Constantin. It has been remodeled a little but is still charming. I miss the former proprietor who i understand has retired. She brought a charm that’s not quite there now. This is most evident at breakfast which was very good but not great. Overall very nice place to stay.
