• Sandra (7/5): Etablissement pratique pour 1 ou 2 nuits. - Bien placé. Taille de la chambre agréable avec rangement. Luminaires pas agressifs. Très bon accueil de l'hôte Propreté de la salle de bain pas top. Literie pas super confortable mais ok pour 1 nuit. Rue très bruyante. Je n'avais pas assez de force pour relever le store ou alors c'est qu'il était cassé. Une machine à café dans l'entrée serait appréciable :-)
• Mikhail (9/5): - We picked that place because it was close to Tuscolana station. Not that much to see around but we had absolutely wonderful dinner in some restaurant nearby (though I guess that could be true for any place in Rome). The room was nice and clean, they even let us come 2 hours late for checkin without any extra payment. There is an old elevator in the house, very interesting if you like old elevators :) Really everything was great, and for it's money - perfect.

Nel bagno della mia camera c’era lo scaldabagno ed è veramente rumoroso, penso che sia lo stesso anche dell’altra camera, perciò se l’inquilino dell’altra stanza usava l’acqua si attivava anche in quel caso… chiudendo la porta del bagno va un po’ meglio.

• Eliz (5/5): - not far from transportation to the city center, quite a large bathroom, spacious bedroom. the room was not the one from the main photos, our was looking at the small courtyard so no direct sunlight was coming in blocked from the building across, also the bidet was not working well and was noisy at night, sometimes the water was cold in the shower, but most importantly there was a common room, we were not notified about it when we were welcomed, but we found it after trying since we were supposed to have kettle and we did not have one in the room. The available utensils there were all plastic- plastic cups, knives etc, which is not good for your health especially when drinking hot drinks. This common room has enough space to be utilized better so that someone can at least make a sandwich.
• Del Prete (9/5): Come a casa - La cordialità della proprietaria ti fa sentire come a casa, con disponibilità e cura, grazie anche ai servizi che mette a disposizione. Posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla di Roma, è abbastanza vicino a ben due linee metro che consentono di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti (se invece ci si vuole allontanare dal centro gli spostamenti allungano parecchio i tempi).

• Cristiane (10/5): Voltaria e indicarei com toda certeza - A recepção foi acolhedora e simpática, a Margherita é uma querida e nos recebeu de forma carinhosa. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e a limpeza é excelente. Café da manhã farto e variado. Super indico. Não teve nada que não gostei.

The bedroom was as advertized but sadly the restroom smelled poorl - Property looked like the pictures and was a good value for the cost. Liked that they had coffee/tea in the general area. The restroom smelled strongly of sewage and moisture, especially when the upstairs neighbors would flush their toilets. The shower head also seemed to be malfunctioning with very poor water pressure.

Custo benefício ótimo! - Ambiente agradável e confortável, tinha tudo que precisávamos e está localizado próximo da estação de metrô, o que facilita a locomoção. O chuveiro demorava esquentar em alguns momentos, provavelmente devido ao boiler, era necessário esperar um tempo após outra pessoa tomar banho, mas nada que atrapalhasse.

• Αρβανιτόπουλος (9/5): Πολύ καλό - Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά, το προσωπικό, η αίσθηση ασφάλειας αφού το σπίτι είναι σε καλή περιοχή σε πολυκατοικία με δύο πόρτες εισόδου μια τρίτη για είσοδο στο χολ πριν την πόρτα του διαμερίσματος. Το σπίτι καθαρό, μικρό αλλά οικονομικό και για λίγες μέρες στη Ρώμη είναι ο,τι πρέπει. Αν έπρεπε να βρω κάτι αρνητικό θα έλεγα το τηλέφωνο στη ντουζιέρα το οποίο έριχνε με υπερβολική πίεση και το γεγονός ότι 4 βραδιά που μείναμε δεν άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες. Βέβαια υπήρχε έπιπλο έξω από το δωμάτιο με χαρτιά υγείας και πετσέτες οπότε αν χρειαζόσουν προφανώς έπαιρνες μόνος σου.

The apartment was great as well, nice facilities and clean! The location is convenient if you're planning to take trains from Rome Termini. However, it's quite far away from most of the main atractions in Rome.

This place although I feel guilty since I am Catholic for doing it, needs to brought down to the level it is at. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel and its gross and disgusting. Its not clean at all. Its the opposite of clean. The staff was nice, this does not deserve a good rating online. This is a gross place. and its a 2 star hotel. Everything I wrote above. Dirty place. Disgusting.

The common room was also handy. Only a kettle and coffee machine in the common room. No microwave or any other way of preparing food. No English options on the TV which was also not intuitive to operate. The shower could do with a little maintenance.

The location is well-connected to everything by train or bus; even the airport train line and the train line to the seaside are just 300 meters away. The amount of warm water in the shower could be improved.

• Maciej (10/5): Great place to stay - Clean room, comfortable bed. Helpful host. About an hour walk from the colosseum, couldn't be better. A lot of great places to eat in the neigjbourhood.
• Kirstie (7/5): A quick visit to Roma - Check-in was seamless and the apartment is located only up one flight of stairs making it easy to enter/exit the building. The metro & the bus into the popular areas is within 10 minutes walk, as well as the overground train line to the airport. There is a little café (Asti) around the corner that does good & cheap cappuccinos! The neighborhood is quite loud with a lot of vehicle & people noise at many hours of the day & night. The bathroom is fairly clean, but the shower walls & base lining do appear to have some mold. It was fine for a quick shower, and for the few days we were in the apartment, but it could use an update & deep clean.

Check in - bed experience: The host did not answer us by phone. We could only leave a message on the answering machine. No one answered the intercom, so we waited in front of the building, hoping that the host would answer.The host entered the building next to us without any communication. At the end, we also waited for the room to be cleaned (it was 5 p.m.) The bathroom is not very clean (the toilet; the doors of the shower have mold).

The location is perfect, very near the metro and train stations. Proffesional customer service, quick replies to all the questions. Additional bed was rather for a child than adult, but at the end we were nicely treated by the owner.

• Alla (9/5): Nice guesthouse in convenient location. - Well located guest house within walking distance of metro A and reasonably close to Roma Termini, in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is clean and well appointed. AC works well (we stayed during a heatwave). Only downside is that there is no kettle in the room. There is a coffee machine in a different room but we didn’t have access to it 2 mornings out of 3. A kettle in the room would solve this issue.

The room was really clean. There was air conditioning and heat. There was a small refrigerator. The towels were clean. The doors on the shower were a bit hard to open and close. There was hand soap in the bathroom, but there was no body or face soap provided.
