- Paula (5/5): - A vista da pousada é linda e a área externa é muito bonita. A limpeza é bem ruim, os banheiros não estavam muito limpos, e o quarto também, tinha um cheiro muito forte de umidade no quarto. As toalhas de banho são toalhas já muito usadas. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. A cama também não é muito confortável.

Poderiam melhorar na limpeza e deixar a cozinha de dentro da casa disponível para uso, pela facilidade e higiene, pois os utensílios de cozinha do lado de fora da casa ficam suscetíveis às sujeiras do espaço.

- Fabiola (5/5): Disappointing stay - Breakfast was disappointing. They serve a very basic meal. Most of the time things were missing like jam or cheese bread. The room is also basic and rustic (nothing like the photos). We had issues with noise. Once was the bathroom pipes and the other day was a party from next door neighbour. Overall, the place is too expensive for what it offers and we will never go back there again. After this experience we have decided to get an Airbnb at Campeche and it was the best choice ever. - Margarita (7/5): - El lugar donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y bonito, al lado del canal, frente a unos crros donde ves selva tropical y te visita un capibara La limpieza de la habitación no era la mejor, el baño desde que llegamos estaba con muy mal olor, las sábanas estaban limpias pero tenían hoyos, el cubrecamas estaba limpio pero manchado al igual que las toallas.

- Lara (6/5): - Pousada bonita e com espaço verde muito agradável. Localizaçao boa. Quarto Aroeira é muito bonito e confortável. Legal que não precisa pagar estacionamento de veículos e deixam controle remoto do portão com os hóspedes para livre acesso. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, muito simples e o que vinha nas cestas não condizia com a quantidade de pessoas hospedadas. Mas cestas não vem louça, tem que pegar no quarto... E não havia louça suficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes, tivemos que pedir mais xícara, talheres e copos... No geral, sentimos falta de cuidado com o café da manhã e atenção à quantidade de comida por hóspede. A limpeza do quarto não foi muito boa, ao trocarem os sacos de lixos não retiraram do quarto e esqueceram os sacos sujos dentro da pia. E dentre 7 dias de hospedagem só trocaram o lixo uma vez. Acreditamos que poderiam orientar melhor os hóspedes se os funcionários deveriam tirar os lixos ou nós mesmos. Nossa porta/fechadura de senha digital também não funcionou muito bem, acabou a bateria duas vezes durante nossa estadia e afetou nossa entrada no quarto. Como não tem funcionário 24h na pousada, nessa ocasião que ficamos trancados para fora não havia ninguém para nós dar apoio (por volta de 20h de uma segunda-feira).... tivemos que fazer contato e esperar os funcionários virem para abrir a porta e dar uma chave extra visto que a fechadura digital não funcionava.

- Tiago (5/5): Ok - Pousada agradável, limpa, bem equipada, com boa localização e visual bonito. ao pedir água para beber, informaram que não tinham; no dia do passeio, aguardamos até o horário informado para o café da manhã (8h), mas ele ainda não estava pronto; e não houve flexibilidade para um checkout um pouco após as 11h, o que nos obrigou a sair com pressa. Falta de papel higiênico e sugestão de colocar blackout no quarto.

Podría mejorar el alojamiento en el aseo y disponibilidad de artículos. También que el anfitrión se adelante y disponga la clave del wifi.

- Hilda Cristina (5/5): Decepcionante - Fui passar 6 dias pra comemorar o aniversário de casamento de 24 anos E um quarto super simples não tem microondas não tem aquecedor não tem TV Estou falando de uma suíte, chegamos a pousada estava em reforma, não nos avisaram uma barulheira infernal a princípio ficaríamos no chalé mas as fotos enganam e minúsculo não dá pra abrir as janelas fomos para a suíte, tem uma caixa d'água que faz um barulho chato incomodativo toda vez que alguém usa a água perdemos noites de sono por isso ficamos 6 dias São quartos só para dormir se conseguir e claro Tem café da manhã e claro, café frio com gosto de garrafa velha, pão integral fatiado duro, para o casal eles dão uma salada de frutas pra dividir, 2 pães de queijo pra dividir um suco que vc não define o sabor de tão ruim e aguado que é

- Leon (10/5): We loved every second. - Great hosts (different than the ones who take care of the communication via Booking), romantic and relaxing location, parking in front of the apartment, central between a couple of beautiful beaches, good restaurants closeby, supermarket around the corner, and we loved the welcoming labrador and the beautiful cat. we will definitely come back!
