Enormeeeeeee El lugar súper tranquilo Pera desconectarse del mundo. Ángela la dueña siempre muy bien predispuesta. Aunque no la conocimos personalmente Siempre atenta y muy amable. Recomiendo 100x100 Que la persona que tenía que entregar la llave no estaba cuando llegamos.. Y nunca se nos presentó. Es el encargado de recibir a los huéspedes. Tuvimos que molestar a la dueña. Para que nos dé el wifi y nos dejaran entrar. Igualmente nunca nos hizo falta nada. Lo pasamos de MARAVILLA. Pero bueno un detalle a mejorar Al menos nos pasó a nosotros. No sé si es siempre así. Espero que no GRACIAS ANGELA POR TODO..

• Christian (1/5): AVOID! Incorrect location, badly maintained and dirty appartnent and facilities. - AVOID! This was the worst experience in 15+ years of booking hotels and appartnents through booking.com! First of all, be aware that the actual location is not what is indicated on the map of Booking.com! It is actually much further down the road, out of town. Please use google maps and search for Pipa Paradise to find the correct location. This was already reason enough for us to be disappointed since we are a family with two small children and we wanted to be close to a supermarket and restaurant (which it is not). But next to that the area of the apartment is dirty and has been very badly maintained with lose wiring everywhere, stains, cracked walls and ceilings etc. Also the pool looked like it was not recently cleaned with a lot of sand, leaves etc on the floor and floating around. And to top it off, when I complained directly to the owner and through Booking.com, the owner was unresponsive for the first 5 days (I booked 7 days)! And also after 5 days, the owner was unwilling to recognize my complaints.
