A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay and provide the property with a copy of their photo ID that matches the name on the booking confirmation, prior to arrival. The property will be in touch after booking to arrange this.

- M. (8/5): - This property is very good. we are very happy with them, especially with the office director, Mr. Michael who was is extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. The first night that we landed on the beautiful soil of Aust realia and we were not able to find the Lock-box, This wonderful manager was over the phone with us and guided us how to get that issue solved. He is a very nice gentleman. That is why we are in process of extending our stay with them for another whole year. The only thing I would change is to add some lights inside the apartment and outside which is really pitch dark at night. :) Ms. Marie is great too. We do recommend this apartment complex to friends and family.

- Gail (1/5): Fairly comfortable bed and couch and in good location. - It was very central and quite quiet even though it was on a busy road. The owner charged us much more than originally quoted in the advert and wouldn't show us the original quote. So far we haven't received our bond back. He said we left the place in a disgusting way and even though the bathroom basin was blocked when we arrived one person came to see it, didn't unblock it and the owner blamed me for the blockage. All untrue. I will never deal with Ready Set Host again. Michael (not Mike) was the only person who is a pleasure to deal with. The mop was left in filthy water and the vacuum cleaner hadn't been cleaned for ages so we couldn't clean properly.
