Clayton (6/5): Great Spot for Car Fans - The restaurant and coffee bar was nice. Team members were lovely and liked the car racing environment. We had single beds which were comfortable but very light and moved at the slightest touch. Just sitting on them sent them flying into the wall. Only beds and a kitchen chair in the room. Overpriced. Would rate it a 7/10

Shereen (8/5): Great location and rooms, friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again. - Convenience as we were there to partake in the ASBK races. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good view of the track from the room. Staff at reception and cleaning were polite, friendly and helpful. Bathroom fan wasn’t operating and whilst room was tided up by room service, the bath towels and other toiletries hadn’t been replaced with fresh/new ones over our 4 day stay.

Great atmosphere, friendly local staff, and delicious food. - The modern rooms and bathrooms and view of track., Even though we left early I love how you automatically get a late check out of 11am. I think a 10 am check out is too early and even having check out at 12 pm would be even better. The beds moved. I couldn't lean up against the wall because the bed would move away from the wall.
Hayley (7/5): Comfortable but isolated. - The bed was comfy and the restaurant looked nice but was unfortunately closed and given I have food allergies I had to leave to get my own food. Window seal was broken in our room and water leaked in. Cleaning could have been better, there’s cobwebs at the end of the hallway by the back emergency door.
Amie (8/5): - The facility itself is amazing. The car museum, the events, the views from the deck and your room balcony and the beds are the best in the world! Food at the restaurant provides decent serves and is nice although menu isnt huge. Housekeeping staff are lovely and friendly. Customer service needs a reboot. I only dealt with one nice, friendly staff member and that was at checkout (other than housekeeping who are lovely). Noone smiles! The restaurant staff look like they would rather be anywhere but at work. Almost an hour wait for meals, and the restaurant wasn't even half full.

John (6/5): Novel location but needs some work. - We were attracted to the novelty of staying at a racetrack facility and the Rydges provides modern accommodation as part of the Bends circuit. The reception area contains some beautiful race cars. Food choices in the evening were limited, but our meal was very nice. It would have been nice to get a view of the track rather than the car park, especially when the place was really quiet. That wasn't the case about 7.00am when a trucker in the car park decided to share his taste in music.... The carpet in the room desperately needed a vacuum. We'd paid for breakfast in advance and although we could choose items from a set menu, the cost of each item was less than we'd already paid and we were still asked to pay extra for tea and coffee (which we declined to do).

The Cafe downstairs was without staff for a while, leaving customers to wait 20 mins for a coffee, other than that issue it was an excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent restaurant and the view was spectacular!
