- Rose (8/5): The closest stay to Mama Baobab! - Great lodge directly opposite to the magnificent Mama Baobab Tree, lovely local staff, generous breakfast, good rooms, comfy beds and some great facilities on site. Lacks a sense of connection to the local area, even with its location. Greater integration with local community, culture, and the baobab tree would really enhance the experience.

- Stiel (10/5): Baobab Lodge - wie zu Hause - Estelle und Jack sind tolle Gastgeber und haben einen wunderbaren Ort, wie eine Oase gestaltet. Die Liebe zum Detail und das ganze Ambiente machen die Lodge zu einem sehr speziellen Ort. Wie die beiden und auch Dani und Bouba sich sehr persönlich um uns gekümmert haben, fühlt sich an, als wäre man zu Hause. Und auch die Touren, die wir von der Lodge aus unternehmen konnten, haben bei uns einen sehr nachhaltigen Eindruck hinterlassen! Wir würden jederzeit (schon wegen Estelle und Jack) wieder dort übernachten! Ein ausserordentlicher Ort, mit ausserordentlichen Menschen! Trotz intensiver Suche, haben wir nichts gefunden, was besser hätte sein können ;-)

Desde la educación de los propietarios, la atención increíble, un largo etc. La comida es deliciosa, las instalaciones impecables. Nos hicieron pasar una estancia inolvidable, sin duda es un lugar que recomiendo totalmente. Podría extenderme hablando de la hospitalidad y lo agusto que Estuvimos. Sin duda este sitio merece MUCHÍSIMO la pena. No lo dudes, no te vas a arrepentir. Nada, no hay nada que no te puede gustar. Es una pasada.

- James (8/5): a tranquil getaway - Wonderful friendly staff - Marie-Helene and the rest of the staff made us feel totally at home. Delicious freshly cooked food. Super calm and peaceful in beautiful surroundings - a tonic after Dakar and Saint Louis. Relatively accessible for Saloum Delta which we loved. Great air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool Water pressure was low at certain times - pipe being repaired, so perhaps temporary. You'll need a car to get around (we got a taxi for 10.000 - 15.000 CFA each way to Ndangane.)
