There is a taxi rank just opposite the hotel as well as the train station so getting around was really easy. Very reasonably priced so would recommend a stay here especially if you are on a tight budget

And they should have an iron and microwave in their hotel room..

- Martin (10/5): - In comparison to nearby hotels it's much cheaper but is just as well run and maintained the front door is security manned and elevators are only accessible if you have a pre issued card, it's also situated at the popular IBN Battuta mall with over 270 shops and restaurants and the metro train station is directly opposite making it central to anywhere you want to visit, rooms are cleaned daily and the place is absolutely immaculate with outdoor swimming pool, gym, massage facilities and its own pub Mr Toads with football coverage and the best prices in Dubai, well worth a visit I'll certainly be back on my next trip

- Amy (2/5): Damp rooms. Rancid smell. Awful customer service - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The rooms are damp and humid and the bedding and carpet feels cold and wet. The smell of the building is disgusting and it’s one of the first things you notice when walking in. There is a rancid aroma in the rooms and the pillows smell horrific. You don’t notice it at first but once you have settled into the room you will notice the smell. The smell is so ghastly it’s woken me up at night. Your clean clothes constantly feel wet and damp to touch. Don’t expect your sweaty gym clothes to dry either! Books and paper has crinkled, which is a sure sign of dampness/humidity. Upon raising my genuine health concerns about staying in the room any longer they offered to move me to a different room. I went to check it out and it felt the same - cold and damp. If I wanted to “upgrade” to the new tower, I would have to pay for that! What a joke. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a hotel. I have now moved to a new room purely as it is 11pm at night and I need to sleep and I refuse to sleep in the room I had. Sadly I booked this hotel for 7 nights and I will be checking out after just 3. What a waste of money. I appreciate it is summer in Dubai and it is humid, but I have never experienced anything like this before in any hotels or apartments I’ve stayed in. I don’t believe this property meets health and safety standards. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Location, with the metro was great especially with the unbearable heat outside. Pool was great to get some relief, and very quiet last week. Maybe the bar staff should be pro active and offer drinks at the pool as a missed opportunity.

- MOHAMMED (10/5): Great hotel with Exceptional service. - The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and immaculately clean, ensuring a relaxing stay. Its location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the metro station and directly connected to the mall, making it easy to explore the city and shop without any hassle. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. Special thanks to Thet, Ahmed, and the egg station chef for their excellent service and attention to detail. Most importantly, the staff at this hotel are outstanding. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Madelyn and Affan for their friendly and efficient service during check-in and check-out, and for accommodating my late check-out until 2 pm. Their professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Sandip from housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping my room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. Highly recommended!

- Daniel (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE!! When Dubai was completely flooded, this hotel was surrounded by 5 feet of water. I contacted the hotel in advance and they ignored me. When I arrived to see the condition of the hotel I called them and they didn’t answer. I received a message the next day saying the hotel is operating as normal, staff said I could have walked through the water with the 20kg bag on my head - risking electrocution and walking through what is presumably sewage. Its laughable! I couldn’t check in on ANY day to this hotel because everything was closed, including all roads. They have refused to refund me, and the hotel manager Niumal Fernando has agreed to this decision. It is disgraceful, this has happened to 90 people PER DAY! They will lie to you, anything to try to decline you a refund. Stay in Avani next door! Pay a little extra; trust me it’s worth it.
- Lori (4/5): - Our first room had a ceiling leak in the bathroom and wet carpet in the living area. The shower continually shifted from hot to cold. It was difficult to drive to the hotel, but that was because of flooded roads—not the hotel’s fault.
- lorenzo (2/5): - My Flight to Dubai was cancelled by the Air lines due to the Iran attack on Israel, so they closed the air space at my travel location. I reached out to the Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall location and explain my uncontrollable circumstance, and they did not waive or refund my money. Note: The rental car company Sixt gladly refunded my money. and also FlyDubai airlines refunded my money. However, Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall did not!!! Unacceptable !!!This is not good business at all. They kept my money and sold my room to some else!!

Despite our intention to enjoy the swimming pool before checkout, it wasn't available as they were still filling it. While the family room comfortably accommodated three, the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as expected. Checking in and out process was quick and easy.

Staff were so thoughtful as it was my partner’s birthday and they arranged birthday balloons in our hotel room, so when we entered room it was a lovely surprise Thank you so much. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai. Really nice swimming pool and gym. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Amazing value for money. Why pick anywhere else when IBN Battuta Premier Inn has so many positives. .
