- taniaqatar (6/5): Horror reception experience - It was not my first time staying at this hotel. Room was clean and silent, all needed things were provided, price is good. Restaurant service was good. But reception 😡 I’m from Qatar and I forgot my ID at home. My husband booked room under his name but I was not allowed to go with him because they demanded my physical ID. I have provided my ID from Metrash and was ready to sign letter that at 7pm my nanny with baby is coming and she will bring my ID. Mr Anil was super negative, he sent security to stop me going to the room with my husband. That’s the worst what I’ve ever faced in Qatar for last 10 years. As per their information that even kids aren’t allowed to to the room if ID isn’t provided. For your information, Mr Anil, my baby was brought in the evening and she stayed the whole night “illegally” in your hotel. Anyone can go to the room easily through backside door and security doesn’t ask ID of any person. You have to be reported to the Ministry of Interior for unsecured services. (According to your hotel policy what you provided me). So conclusion is that: you must put yourself in shoes of your customers to let them feel comfortable to be back to you but you let me feel like I’m the biggest criminal of Doha 🤯

- JohnLG33 (6/5): Nice hotel. Poor size family room. - We booked a family room. But it is simply a normal size room with 2 extra beds squeezed in. There is inadequate space for 4 suitcases and no storage space at all. Very disappointed with the space. However. Beds were excellent comfort and service from staff was spot on. Breakfast was good but no decent coffee. Don't bother having the burger there. It's was like a school canteen burger. Very basic gym and pool. 15 minute easy walk to a metro, but youre a good 30 mins ride away from the centre. This place is very well priced to be fair. But I would not recommend this for families.
- Cantay (10/5): - One of the most affordable, but best hotels I have stayed at! Perfect staff: very friendly, attentive, and energetic! Very nice, quiet rooms. High quality breakfast. Located in one of the best neighborhoods of Doha (there are many interesting buildings around). There is very easy access to town by subway and tram.
- Maryamfarhan (6/5): Update on my experience - I am currently staying at this hotel and have had a very disappointing experience with their housekeeping and customer service. I requested housekeeping to clean my room, but after waiting for more than 2 hours, no one came. When I called reception again, I was told that my request was not put through, which is why housekeeping did not come. I waited for another hour and called again. This time, a staff member named Abdul was very rude and claimed that housekeeping had come three times but I did not give access. I explained that no one had knocked on my door, so how would I know they were there? Abdul then became defensive and insisted they had pictures showing I did not give access. I would like to add to my above review Premier Inn Operations Manager Rose came to see me on her day off and ensured my stay was comfortable in addition to that housekeeping manager Rai came to see me and resolved my complaint. Thank you to Rose and Rai.
- Olabanjo (10/5): - It was a very good place for me and family. The cleanliness by the house keeping was timely and top notch. The staff santos one of the house keeper was good and respectful. Also one of the chefs from Algeria I can’t remember his name was very respectful and perform his duties well. The environment and the hotel itself is really cool and sirene for someone looking for that. All in all it’s an excellent experience for me and family.

The facilities are great and very reasonable room rates. Staffs are very accommodating a special thanks to Ms. Angelica who take care of us, also the whole reception team who are very accommodating and HK team who made our stay more comfortable.

I want to order the food from outside. Reception staff helped me to order the food from outside. Ms. Tei, Salim and Anil were so helpful.
- Sharhan (6/5): Good value for price - So the staff are really very friendly and nice. This is the highlight if the stay. As for what made me not so happy with my stay is 1- the first day I asked for a slipper and I got it on the third day after repeating my request 2- on the fourth day of my stay, I went out from 8:30 am till 6 pm to come back and find the room the same way I left it. Ofcourse they offered to clean it when I complained but I was so tired to leave the room for them 3- on my departure day, there was a water cut!!! One more tip for those who are planning their stay to attend a course like I did, the tram is 1 min walk but the metro is 12 mins walk and in September, it is too hot to walk 12 mins. As I understood, weather is nice only in October till Feb Overall I would say it is a good value for price as it is cheap compared to other options in Doha.

- arunt871 (10/5): Pleasant Long Stay Experience - I stayed there for almost entire month of July 2024 (except for 3 nights). The booking was online through a third party site at relatively affordable rates and I am glad that I made this choice because it has far better amenities and hygiene standards compared to some of the other hotels where I stayed in Doha. The location is a bit far-off from Doha downtown or from the airport. But, if you are one who have your reasons to stay around Doha Education city like you work in QNCC, SIDRA, QSTP, University, or sports academy, then this hotel is best located for your daily commuting. If you don't have cars, don't want to spend on cabs, or is a environment conscious person like me, then you can use public transport very conveniently and almost free like Education city tram, Doha Metro. Tram station is right in the front. Metro station is a bit of walk that can be difficult depending upon the weather. Most of the hotel's clientele is coming from many long staying guests, families, and family visitors from other GCC over weekends who want to enjoy amenities like pool and restaurant. So, the ambience feels like a harmonious place, community like feeling. All facilities indoor and outdoor are super clean. Staffs are super cool. All young dynamic persons who understands and speak multiple languages, always ready to help and assist; Front desk - Rahul, Restaurant - Fairly, Pretty, Ashish and one more (Sangyo?) staff member from Bhutan, and all other staff members as well. Amenities are well.maintained, timings are very friendly. Restaurants dishes are sumptuous, tasty, clean, and at affordable rates. They do accept some online offers and offer discounts to resident guests. Pool and gym are most liked by kids, and other guests. There are washing machines and dryers. Inside rooms the toiletries are not provided in small kits - which in my sense is the best way to minimise wastage and reduce plastic waste. Room service is prompt, house keeping teams are very attentive and regular. Rooms are sufficiently large, new, clean, and well maintained. If you are habituated of staying in areas which are close to market and shopping places, please don't stay here. That may be a downside of this hotel's location. Everything else is very good. I had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. I plan to visit again in September.

I feel comfortable and at home because of the accomodating staffs especially the reception lady Angelika she's also from the same country where Im from . - Luis (8/5): - Quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk to education city metro, across street from TRAM (education city, which is free) this takes you to SIDRA and then you walk 400m to the Qatar National Library Metro Station. 75 QAR from airport by taxi and 50 back by UBER. Hotel has a small pool with jacuzzi, the gym is small but convenient, with view of the pool. Restaurant is well priced, good food, ate there once a day every day. Room cleaning Guy FRANCIS clean our room every day and did a great job, very respectfull and polite. Will come again for tourism, not for business as it takes 45 mins by metro to go to westbay

The only drawback is the proximity to the city. By metro you need 1 h to get to the center. By taxi/uber around 30 min. Also you have nothing around at walking distance.

Though the hotel may be in the quiet area, transportation to any park of Doha is very easy and simple with your Uber app. They are so effective. The staff were awesome both the front desk staff and the room cleaners. I will sincerely appreciate Frank one of the room cleaners, his timing are so right cos he comes to clean very early. By the time you come back from breakfast, the is already made. Thank you Frank. The kitchen and restaurant staff are not left out on this as they dish out fresh and hot meal every morning. On new year day we made a request and the restaurant manage made sure it was provided for even in his absence. Generally, it was a friendly and peace 14 nights here.

We first arrived at midday as I wanted to check in even though the room would most likely not be ready. I was told to come back later to complete the check in process. I returned to the hotel at 7pm and was told there was no room ready. I waited until 8:30pm but the room was still not ready. I had two children with me who just wanted to go to bed. In the end I had to get a taxi elsewhere so the children could sleep.

- Darryl (8/5): - The ceiling of my room was leaking (drip once an hour or so) not a huge deal but was the first thing notice when opening the bathroom door. The gym was pretty basic, but done the job. Although the cross trainer was out of service. Staff were great and attentive. Very helpful from the security team, breakfast and front of house. Can’t fault the service. Breakfast was very well presented each morning and food was good. If staying at this hotel, best means of travel is via the metro which, however is a 10 minute walk is the heat. So a taxi maybe more suitable if going out early in the mornings.

I want to thank everyone who helped me during my stay: Lorah, Rahul, Arathy, Rai, Achref and Ben. They were so helpful during a difficult time and I’m very appreciative of their efforts. The quality of the rooms was great, I wish I had had a chance to check out their pool and gym. The WiFi is fantastic as well!
