- Verified traveler (2/5): NOT recommend!Last minute to change our apartment - 1.Service:We originally booked the one at Arbat street. We arrived at the nearest station and call, when they suddenly told us that there were problems with the apartment (at 8pm) and asked to change location to Kiyevskaya, Apartments for APARTLUX BOLSHAYA DOROGOMILOVSKAYA 8. They sounded it was our fault to blame. We had to accept their offer since it was already late at night and difficult to find a place with 5 beds. We had to immediately take a few more stations to get to our new location. We were lost since we did not search this area in advance and asked for a pick up (which was just a few minutes walk), the manager declined. They kept telling us to call them, where we already repeated said we had no local call (more than 5 times), finally got it sorted through text. The wooden door to the apartment had an issue and we couldn't open the door. They failed to help and will not solve this issue until we explicitly repeat over and over again, and force them to provide a solution. Poor manners from the staffs throughout whole communication too. 2.Language:had a difficult time communicating with the staffs. They were speaking to us in English, yet they claim they do not know how to speak and wanted to end the phone call and pass the responsibilities to someone else. Back and forth back and forth. Just asking to check out at 9am took 30mins. 3.Facilities:The wooden door lock was broken and no one told us in advance and we were stucked.
- MARIYA (8/5): Путешествие - Уютная квартира,жили вчетвером ,места хватило,район хороший (центр города) до кремля 15 минут пешком. Не понравилось только,что были окна грязные (а вид-то ого-го!) и было очень душно,отопление ещё не выключили (были в апреле) ,а кондиционер надо чистить,с открытыми окнами спать шумновато. Да,и плита! Вскипятить воду невозможно, если собираетесь готовить себе кушать,то эта квартира не для вас.
- Diego (8/5): Excelente ubicación. Cerca del metro. - Excelente departamento 2 habitaciones. Buena vista. 1 estación de metro hasta la plaza roja. Restaurantes y supermercado enfrente.
