Et dommage qu'il y ait des travaux en ce moment sur la ligne de tramway qui réveillent le matin. Mais on reviendra.

Ne changez rien. - J'avais réservé une chambre PMR pour aller à un concert à l'Arena, et pour une fois je suis tombé sur une chambre réellement et totalement accessible en fauteuil roulant. De plus le personnel est très sympathique et bienveillant ! Seul petit bémol, pour ouvrir le parking il faut descendre pour sonner car la sonnette est face à la voiture au lieu d'être sur le côté, à revoir.

Clémence (10/5): Super séjour ! - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est super sympathique et souriant. La chambre était propre et conforme aux photos présentes sur le site ce qui est très appréciable. L’hôtel est super bien placé pour se déplacer sans voiture, en face de la station de tram et à peine 5min du métro. Beaucoup de choix (salé et sucré) pour le petit déjeuner et tout était très bon, mention spécial pour le jus d’orange et le chocolat chaud qui étaient super bon comparé à d’autres hôtels où le jus est juste de l’eau… En bref, nous reviendrons ! We only used the room for sleeping, so it was perfect. The shower was much larger than expected and much appreciated! Everything was very clean, and staff was helpful and friendly.

Haya (4/5): Décevant - 1- la veille de l’arrivée jai la mauvaise surprise d’etre prélevé d’une caution équivalente a une nuit d’hotel… nul part c’est indiqué que l’hotel prend une caution … 2- je n’ai jamais vu d’hotel dans lequel il n’y a meme pas une petite bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un café ou thé…. La chambre est certes confortable mais il n’y a aucin service… 3- impossible d’avoir acces au menu du restaurant de l’hotel depuis la chambre, pas de menu affiche à part au restaurant lui meme… Pour le prix de la nuit de m’attendais à beaucoup mieux….

Darryl (10/5): An excellent hotel. - This was one of the nicest and best valued hotels we stayed in during our 8 week holiday. We received nice pleasant service from the lovely young lady at the front desk on our arrival. We were given a nice roomy unit with excellent wifi, a great shower and good air conditioning. The hotel had free parking underneath. The location was very handy to public transport with a train and tram station right across the road. The metro takes you direct to the centre of the city. A really nice place and we would certainly stay here again.
Verified traveler (10/5): - Cleanliness is perfect. They changed the towels and sheets every day. Biggest bathroom I've seen in any hotel room (and I travel a lot), fully equipped. Comfortable beds, it was quiet all the time. Rooms have several power outlets, which is good if you have several devices to charge. They even have power outlets in the middle of the table in a restaurant so you can charge your phone while eating breakfast! By the way, delicious breakfast. Metro and rail station are 150 meters away, so its easy and quick to get to the city and airport. And all of this for a great price. If I ever come in Lyon again, I'm staying at the same hotel.

di (10/5): Great overnight stay - This hotel is as you expect if you book an ibis. The staff however made it great. The 2 young men on reception and the bar were very welcoming and made sure everything was ok for our stay. This hotel is in the city with underground parking. It has all the things you would require for a city break, the room was clean, the shower room great. I did get coffee in the morning but looked at the breakfast whilst I was getting it, it looked good. There are 3 of us and yes the room can become a little small when you use the sofa bed but that didn't matter. I'd say if you wanted somewhere to stay in Lyon this hotel is ideal.
