Es cierto que las escaleras son pesadas, son 4 pisos PERO no es sorpresa, uno lo sabe desde el momento en que contrata. Tuvimos un retraso importante con el tren, nos contactamos por WhatsApp y respondieron rápidamente. No hubo problema con el horario de acceso producto de la demora. Muchas opciones para comer cerca y supermercado en la puerta. Básico y sencillo pero útil y practico. Ya lo sabia porque en la descripción del alojamiento no lo ofrecen, por lo que no es una critica. Solo es una sugerencia: colocar un horno o microondas. Solo hay hornalla para cocinar lo que limita mucho la posibilidad.

• Sillas (8/5): Nice place to stay in Florence. - I liked the location and it’s near everything. It really has a lot of narrow stairs which gives a nice touch and makes you feel in an actual ancient tower, but I wouldn’t advise it for the ones with a lot of luggage and that have knee and cardiac problems. It’s a workout every time! But a good thing to burn all the calories from the pasta and sandwiches in the town. It was not a problem for me but keep in mind that! There should be a body mirror in there and the expresso machine should be cleaned from the inside. I would have loved to have a coffee but it was a little dirty.

• Richard (3/5): Uncomfortable and unhygenic - This place has a very central location, though that is really the only positive The room is extremely basic with old and cheap furnishings that do no reflect at all the high cost of the room. The duvet supplied had no cover and despite multiple requests and assurnces that someone would come and fit a cover none ever came. So we had to sleep for several nights with a dirty duvet with no cover - completely unhygenic considering the many guests who come to stay - the next guest can be sure that a good deal of my sweat is now embedded in that orange duvet (enjoy!). The bed was not level and on a downward slope and the old pillows were as comfortable as using a rolled up t-shirt. There was a gas boiler in the bathroom and NO cabon monoxide monitor - highly dangerous. The paint was peeling, the plastic bin was broken. There were stains and mould in the bathroom. The stairs were very steep and the night time (3am) noise from drunks below were only mildly inconvenient compared to everything else already mentioned. There was no shower gel or shampoo, only a mini soap in sachet. There were 2 coffee pods left for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Phenomenally stingy, given the high cost of the accommodation. Smoke from the neighbour filled the stairs and entered the room. The hosts were totally unresponsive despite multiple messages and calls and refused to compensate for not providing the required bedding. This listing should not be on Booking.com
• Maksut (5/5): Passable - The room is very near to the main attraction points. The stairs are really really steep.
• Marija (8/5): Overall, good value for money if you’re planning a short stay in Florence and wanna save some time (also money). - Very good location, literally 1 min from Palazzo Vecchio. The building is medieval and the stairs are indeed steep, but we didn’t mind that. The apartment is cute, authentic, yet a small sofa chair would make it feel more comfy. Considering the history of the building I believe the maximum has been done in terms of the size of the bathroom, however the shower requires a bit of fixing, since the water drainage is not ok.

• Melissa (9/5): Perfect central Firenze apartment - Lovely apartment, has all the facilities you need and the location is perfect! The stairs are difficult but there is warning and it’s worth it for the view and location!
• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Very near many attractions in the old town. No staff on duty. Self check-in but they did answer emails very quickly and were friendly. Apartment is on the 4th floor in an old medieval tower with very ,very,very steep stairs with warning/danger signs on the wall. No elevator. The apartment was loud due to the typical Italian windows which do not insulate against street noise. Many loud drunk tourists in the streets at night. Later on after the drunks quietened down about 02:00-03:00am the street cleaning trucks made their rounds with lots of noise. Then about 07:00am the garbage trucks made their way through the small streets and they were not quiet at all. About 07:30 the construction site across the street started working and using a powerful drill which was very loud.
