• Bruno (6/5): Posto incantevole e pet-friendly, da curare un po’ di più - Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il posto ci è piaciuto tanto, soprattutto gli spazi esterni, davvero belli e perfetti anche per chi viaggia con cani al seguito. Noi siamo stati nel trullo più piccolo: ideale per due persone, silenzioso e ben organizzato. In generale comunque è stata una bella esperienza e lo consigliamo, soprattutto a chi cerca tranquillità e un posto pet-friendly. Come nota meno positiva, abbiamo riscontrato un odore di acqua stagnante e un po’ di muffa in bagno. Per carità, essendo un trullo può anche essere comprensibile, fa parte in parte della struttura, però secondo noi ci sarebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione in più su questo aspetto, che renderebbe l’esperienza ancora migliore.

• Lisa (6/5): - Excellent host, good communication via WhatsApp, the most beautiful dog Mozart ❤️ good recommendations for local restaurants, parking, sight seeing etc. The accommodation itself however is unfortunately tired, cleanliness not up to scratch, tiny palm sized travel hairdryer, old leaking shower with barely any pressure. The areas around the accommodation are in need of a good tidy up. It looked as though it was once a beautiful place to stay, but has just sadly not been maintained over the years. Swimming pool was a lovely (clean) addition. Location wise it was a good base for visiting villages in the Valle d’Itria by car, although we had hoped to walk locally (into Martina Franca for example), but this just isn’t really possible/sensible with the route there (busy, lots of cars, no pavement, industrial type area).

Andrea and his mother treated us extremely well during the whole stay. Mozart, the dog, was super great. We already miss him. The appartment we stayed in would require a face lift. Furniture and especially kitchen and bathroom were outdated.

• Karolina (10/5): Perfect - Very nice place. Nice surroundings if you like countryside, but still close to Martina Franca city center, Alberobello or Locorotondo but also to the beach. Nice and clean rooms, tasty breakfasts in the room (can be discussed and agreed with the host). Lovely and friendly dog " host" welcoming you at the entrance. You can use the pool peacefully. Nice price even in the season's peak so I can definitely recommend! Probably the only thing that could be more convenient would be extending the pool opening hours. Now it is until 7p.m. and it would be lovely to use it later when back from the sightseeing :) The rest is perfect!

• Philip (9/5): Superb - The authenticity of spending a few days / nights living in a trullo is an experience that everyone should experience. On arrival we were greeted by Andrea and his mother, as well as the faithful mascot, Mozart the labrador. We were offered coffee and were given a brief tour of the trullo. Andrea recommended a few restaurants in the local town of Martina Franca and also the nearest supermarket. All within a 19 minute drive from the property. This property is in a perfect central area and within an hour of the majority of the wonders of Pulglia. Would stay again in a hertbeat Nothing
• Fernando (6/5): Ok but not true to photos or other reviews. We booked this place based on photos and other reviews and felt it fell shor - The property itself and the views are beautiful. The Trulli are charming and the Masseria house is beautiful. Proximity to the towns is perfect. Mozart dog is so very cute and friendly. Overall, it seemed dated and not well kept, and was not true to photos. There are photos of hammocks and comfortable chairs to read and lounge in the shade, but none were to be found on property. Only some uncomfortable wood benches not very well shaded or in direct sun. Not sure if this is because we came in shoulder season? But we came there so we can tour small towns in the morning and relax and read outside on property in the afternoon and that wasn’t really possible. Also there is a photo of a pool but there is no pool on site. I’m very confused about the reviews that talk about lounging by the pool (which we hoped to do) and yet there is no pool or mention of one by the owners. The shower in our Trullo was pretty bad. It was basically an RV shower and you couldn’t stand under the stream, you had to hold it and wash yourself the whole time. It is so small you can barely turn around in it and was a bit moldy in places. There were so many small things that could be done to make it feel comfortable and as though more care was put in that were missing - for example hand towels in the mini kitchen or paper towels, a dish drying rack. It just felt like a lot of things were cheapened out on and not well kept. Also please be aware breakfast is 25 euro per day, it is not included. Lastly, the bed in our Trullo was very uncomfortable - again - not that hard to get a comfy mattress these days or a comfortable topper.
• Christoph (10/5): Exceptional - A real nice place. Good breakfest with homemade cakes and specialities of the "mama". To sleep in a trulli is a kind of adventure - but a good one. Everything was provided in this little house. We felt very comfortable and recommend it.

• Alex (9/5): Beautiful traditional farm property to get the flavour of Puglia, would definitely stay again. - This is the perfect property for a discovery of the south of Italy (Puglia). The property is situated outside beautiful Martina Franca with incredible towns dotted all around. It’s a classic farm property with a legendary dog, the pool is beautiful and rooms clean with facilities. We stayed as a group and loved sitting around the property watching the sunset.
• Andres (10/5): Quiet and comfortable place - The location is nice and tranquil. Andrea and Elena were really gentle. Breakfast was fine, the pool has a view to the field which is relaxing. Ideal place for resting the wifi signal was not the best, but considering that you are in the middle of field it's acceptable
• Bartosz (7/5): Good - If you are looking for an historic/authentic trullo experience than this accommodation surely provides such. Premises are nice, rural, swimming pool is a nice refreshing experience. Owners are nice, breakfast is tasty and served by a lovely and chatty person. Loved the dog too! I understand that The Trullo Age/Historic experience comes with some limitations in terms of quality of interiors etc, but I observed a lack of investment towards more pleasant experience inside the house. Bathroom was moldy in some areas, kitchen should be better equipped, coffee table was loose. At entry we could smell a strong chlorine detergent which for sensitive people could be overwhelming. Guests are also asked to collect rubbish and take them out themselves - which I found bizzare for a managed property.
• J. (10/5): - In very quiet surrounding, nicely renovated trulli. Perfect central base for day trip exploring Puglia. Warm and professional staff. Loved our one week stay, although outside temperatures were high. Fine swimming pool to cool down.

Je recommande les yeux fermé, d'autant que le lieu se situe à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêt des Pouilles.

The property is located 6 minutes by car from Martina Franca but also close by of Cisternino, Ostuni, Alberobello, and also the coast. it was a great experience to sleep in a trulli: colder than a normal apartment, but very calm place. • Francesco (10/5): Rustic farm stay. - Great value for money. Rustic trullo that was spacious and authentic. The resident hosts and farmers were great and accommodated all our needs. We even had Murgese horses up close to the trullo. Location and security was very good, would definitely return.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Country stay full of beautiful surprises - We loved our country stay in a trulli, which had been remodeled to preserve historical details. The dogs and horses on the property enriched the experience. Breakfast was plentiful and homemade desserts were delicious. We were asked about our breakfast preferences when we checked in. The hosts were wonderful - very welcoming and willing to please. (And they had the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. I would go there just to check out the Alain Delon look-alike.) You need a car to get to this location. The GPS stops a little short of the main entrance- just go a little further; you cannot miss it. There is a short drive on country roads, but all tourist attractions are within easy reach. Site pictures realistically display the room size - ours (Morelli) was sufficient (not spacious). The bathroom had all amenities within a small space, but we managed just fine. Our room was as good as new and very clean.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Cute rustic b&b - We were looking for a typical Masseria type accommodation as we had heard this was something special in the region. We had no idea what to expect. This was more rustic than my typical hotel choices. It is definitely more of a bed & breakfast with a huge local appeal and flair. The owners, Andrea and his mother, Elena, were lovely and so kind. They put a lot of care into taking care of us and were very hospitable. They offered suggestions locally, helped with transportation and proudly gave us info on the area and history. We enjoyed our stay here.
